Randy's High Country Towing opened on October 23rd, 1974. We started with 1 truck and 1 driver and now have over 45 pieces of towing equipment and over 30 employees to better serve the people of Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.
Randy's Towing is located at 1205 E. Las Vegas Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. We have an office and shop for our trucks on 17 acres of land. All of our business operations are done at this location. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We have dispatchers on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays to better serve our customers. Anytime our customers need us, we have dispatchers answering phones and drivers ready to tow.

Excellent experience moving a shed with Juan and Paul. Great communication with the office staff making the appointment and getting a quote. On moving day, the guys were on time, quick, and safe. Highly recommend. Fast and friendly at a great price.
The clutch went out in my car after I shouldn't have made the trip from Salida to Colorado Springs but due to a family emergency I took the trip regardless but got stuck in Springs. I gave Randy's a call and a tow truck driver by the name of Doug came to pick up my car and deliver it to Penrose. This man was the most courteous, professional, easy-going, and helpful tow truck driver we've ever experienced. We followed him down to Penrose due to my grandpa Phil meeting us there with a trailer to take my car the rest of the way home. After driving very safe, not speeding at all, and ensuring we were all good after drop off, he even offered to help load my car onto our own trailer which anyone else would have left without even thinking to offer. Doug went above and beyond today on service and quality. We were very blessed to have this unique experience which you don't often have in today's society. We highly recommend Randy's High Country Towing. Rates were more affordable than another quote coming from another towing company. Used to be such an amazing company but with the new ownership came new management and that man is going to run Randy’s legacy into the ground. It’s crazy to see drivers who have been with Randy’s for over 30 years not retired but fired because the manager doesn’t like to hear anything contrary to what he thinks will work (legal or not). Seems to quite a few locals that the new management is trying to get away with doing less than legal things and the new owners need to fire HIM not the old timers who have helped make Randy’s what it is (which is why they bought it in the first place!)
I liked the old owners instead of these new guys who just took over all the friendly people ive know for years are gone thanks to those new owners I won't call for a tow here no more id rather go somewhere else
Nothing but great things to say about Randy's and the driver, I believe his name was Isaac, who took special care to pick me up off I-25 in early morning traffic to take me to Heuberger's for service. I was driving from Golden and only made it to Happy Canyon Road when I called. My car was dead. He was very sympathetic. He understood I was stuck on the side of the road for three hours. He was very nice and very professional. It was a bad situation and he was there to help. I tried my insurance company and the 911 numbers first, but no one would show up before Randy's, who drove up from Colorado Springs. If you are in North Denver, I would recommend them - they will get there sooner than any of the bozos in town!!
Terrible front office planning. Got a appointment for a pick up almost a week out and they still were 45 minutes late. Now ive got no vehicle for another week because they forced me to miss my appointment at mechanics. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY.
My family was broke down on the springs our hitch broke on out fifth wheel. He was the honest company we talk to that day.

I’d give a 0 out of 5 if I could. My car broke down and I had them tow it to the shop, when they unloaded it they ripped a lot of the fasteners holding the bumper on. Didn’t realize how bad it was till I went to go pick up my car and had the mechanics telling me about it. I called Randy’s and they ended up saying it had been 6-7 days at that point and they wouldn’t do anything about it because I can’t prove it. So yeah… be careful
We were disappointed with this company. We called well in advance of a need for towing and were assured they could do the job. When the date arrived they said they weren’t sure if they could fit us in and refused to give an estimate. They even wanted us to provide a credit card number with a signature without a job total.
I just want to point out what great customer service! We recently had a vehicle get towed for our company and needed some additional information from the vehicle. The entire staff was super friendly and very helpful, thank you!
Randy’s made this experience much more pleasant than I expected it to be. The young man that helped me was very kind and courteous.
That being said, I would prefer Randy’s to tow all my vehicles!!!
I use Randy’s multiple times a year when one of my field technicians gets stuck in the snow or vehicle has a breakdown/flat tire, etc. They’ve always been great on the phone and quick. The drivers are also fantastic. Communication is also a high point. We don’t use anyone else now as they’ve always taken care of us quickly.

They did exactly what they said they we’re going to for the price quoted and did it well in a very stressful situation.
They went out of their way to come to Denver for a heavy tow back to CoSpgs.

I’d stay away from this towing company—they’re basically scammers. They initially quoted one price for the tow, but once the job was done, they refused to release the truck and abruptly demanded more money.
Local car dealer recommended Randy's for towing a car that was DOA. Person answering the phone was professional and polite. Driver arrived in promised window and called 10 minutes before to let me know he was nearby. Service was efficient and professional.
I needed to have my vehicle towed from a repair shop to my home. I called three companies and by far, Barbera's response on the phone outshined them all. First, I was glad to get a real person (only message at one of the others). Second, I was grateful for her cordial and professional response to my need. The job was completed within 2 hours after I called. David, the driver, was also phenomenal. Courteous and caring and was very careful to follow my request in where to place the car. I wish I could give them a 6 star referral!
I was contacted today to have my car picked up for Subaru maintenance. Whoever the woman was that called both me and my son this morning, was HORRENDOUSLY RUDE! And it was just so unnecessary too. She was rude to me that she wasn't able to get ahold of my son EXACTLY at 8am (even though he was told he didn't need to be there or anything for the pickup), and then she was even more rude to him when they spoke, and she complained to him that he didn't answer and then continued to be snarky and just rude about how the pickup would work. Subaru needs to use a different service because these people are absolutely ridiculous!!! And this woman seriously needs to work on her customer service skills, at the least. YIKES to whomever else has to encounter that craziness!
Overall great experience. The truck showed up right on time, my car was loaded up quickly but with care, and everyone was incredibly nice. Hopefully I don't need a tow truck again anytime soon but if I do I'll be calling them first

Had a small accident that damaged the wheel to the point the car couldn’t be driven. We called and the driver was out within 40 minutes. Everyone we talked to was super polite and professional.
I was worried that loading and unloading would cause further damage, but the driver did amazing about protecting from further issues.
We needed to be towed a bit over 5 miles through town to the shop and was expecting a tow bill over $200. But to my surprise, we were told the price BEFORE the tow and it was HALF of what I expected!

If you need quick, friendly service during a heated moment - don’t call Randy’s. You’ll be met with a lack of customer service and general kindness alongside an apparent rush too great to help those in need. Would not recommend.
I recently had to have my car towed to a car dealership from one end of the city to another. It was imperative that it get done by the end of the work day. I depend on my vehicle for work. I wasn’t able to get help until at the latter part of that day when I called Randy’s High Country Towing Service. They sent a gentleman named Yaz to help tow my car. I was a wreck by the time he came to help me. He got me through 5:00 traffic across the city to the dealership in time before they closed. He was the most patient, kind, and attentive person. I was so stressed out and he calmly got me to my destination. He had to wait after hours until they retrieved my purse so he could get paid. They screwed up my bumper on my RV and when I asked how they're going to make it right, they simply hide behind their liability release waiver.
When I was towed again two days later by somebody competent they said you should never be towed by anybody making you sign waivers. Look up Royal Gorge instead of these losers. Royal Gorge RV and Towing are awesome, Randy's is not.
Randy’s Towing did an awesome job helping my family to get a stuck U-Haul out to help with a pending move. It was difficult but they were patient & got my family on the road! Thank you!
I was in a head on accident yesterday and called my insurance USAA. The dispatch was awful. So, the Police called Randy's. USAA said it would be 90 to 120 minutes, but Randy's was there in 20 minutes. The driver Troy was awesome. First words out of his mouth, "Are you OK?" He was super patient and kind. More than the police or the dispatch. Troy took care of everything. Had the paperwork ready, helped with my keys, and made sure everything was out of my car. I would recommend Randy's High Country and I would differently ask for Troy!
Kaecy picked up and moved my car, was extremely professional, courteous and made sure to take his time. 10/10 will use Randy’s again because of his professionalism.

It’s never fun to break down. High pressure oil line in my case. 40 ft Motorhome with car trailer. Randy’s to the rescue! They quickly and expertly towed both trailer and RV to a great mechanic shop and managed to park it so expertly nothing was damaged. Amazing skills, Russel! I failed to remember the name of his coworker but he was quite knowledgeable and very friendly too. These guys are true professionals. They took a bad situation and made it much better without a lot of fuss, and added a little sense of humor to lighten the mood! I’m truly in their debt!!!
