Called this company today, when my son’s car was broke down on the side of the road. The woman that was helping me seemed helpful at first… But then when I was given the quote for what it would cost, I made A comment that that seemed really high priced compared to what I’ve paid in the past for further. I simply said it as a statement… I wasn’t rude or angry, I just made a statement. She then got defensive and explained the breakdown and I said OK but that still seems really high and as I was explaining, I don’t know that I can make that work. She says “well I’m not going to argue with you” And hung up. I was trying to explain that I wasn’t arguing, the price just caught me off guard but she hung up before I could finish my sentence. People today are just so used to angry, aggressive, rude people that they can’t handle anyone saying anything.
On my way back to Denver, we got stranded near Colorado Springs and SWFT Towing helped us out quickly. We car pooled home with a friend but once home we only waited 30 minutes and they had arrived for delivery. Loved the quick service.
Super cool team. Told my truck from Colorado Springs all the way to Rocky Ford. They helped me out a lot along the way. The wait for the tow was a lot less than most towing companies. If I need a tow again, this is the company I’m calling.
I have used this company twice now and both times have been simply amazing. Not only are they true to their title very swift. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been very kind and patient. Tanner is a Magician, damn near impossible task with expensive possible damages to incurred getting the vehicle towed. Tanner used his experience and determination and made it happen without flaw or any extra damage other than what caused the truck to need a tow. This man deserves a raise.

Great towing company office staff was very frendly and made sure fast he called me to let me know the ETA and was friendly and caring, the driver JD even went as far to try to make me laugh he said he knew I was having a bad day and wanted to try to make me laugh. I requested a tow through Allstate and was quoted an hour as an ETA. There was a Maverick close by and I was hungry so I decided to buy nourishment while waiting. Sadly, when I came back the car was actively being towed while I was walking towards the vehicle shining my flashlight. Yes, the driver attempted to call me but I did not hear my phone nor expect the car to be picked up early. My keys were on me due to auto theft in CO. The driver should have waited or not towed the vehicle without keys if no contact was made. Hopefully towing procedures in the state of CO change but never rely on what an App tells you. Always have your ringer on and phone in hand as you never know what to expect. It's great that they arrived within 30 minutes of the call. Thank you for your service.
I reached out to my insurance company(Allstate)roadside service this morning. My vehicle needed to be towed to the dealership. Swift Towing was my servicing company. The driver name was John. John was very professional and knowledgeable and needless to say. He arrived to my location quite swiftly, no pun intended. let me start by saying I never leave reviews but I locked my keys in the car. You can obviously imagine I'm upset but the dispatcher made me laugh that alone says a lot about some of the people that works there. Now for the tow truck driver himself Collin( I hope I spelled your name right) Dude is freaking awesome called gave his ETA and beat it. Not even a 4 minute ordeal. Made my night a million times better. I truly appreciate the customer service and hard work you guys do. I would recommend any of there services based off tonight. My car staked at a light entering an intersection and I caked my insurance company since I carry roadside assistance for a tow. I was given a 2 hour time frame for a tow truck to show up. 2 hours cane and went and I caked insurance back again and was transferred to another tow company. The app said 30 minutes which came and went my husband finally said forget this we can pay out of pocket and the first company he cashed was swft the dispatcher Ryan was very friendly and underside the urgency of my situation and caked his type driver John. John responded and was there in 15 minutes. He was friendly, professional and swft . 1 thing for sure and 2 things for certain I will never wait on insurance again and I will request John every time!
Awesome service. I called and the phone was picked up quickly and they were very quick to get my car to where it needed to be. James one of their truck drivers had amazing customer care. He let me know when he got there and then also let me know when it was dropped off with a picture confirming it! Very impressed with their service!
AMAZING company! Within minutes of my initial call to have a towing truck come get my vehicle, I recieved a quote, a call from their office, a call from the driver and then the truck here and loaded. Honestly, 15 minutes total, maybe 20 tops. Ryan called and explained things so kindly, then Jon called and told me his ETA. A few minutes later, Jon and his friendly dog Cherry were here. I was so stressed and these guys took so much of that stress away. They were prompt, kind, honest, and very reasonable with their prices. I would recommend them any day! Great company! Thank you guys
John and his best companion (Cherry the dog) were the saving grace of our day. Our family of 5 was on our way to the lake for the 4th of July fireworks. It’s also my daughter’s 10th birthday and our first camping trip this year. We were devastated when our truck over heated and our plans rapidly changed. John gave us a rate we could afford and towed us home. Not only our truck but he took our camper too. We were so nervous about leaving our camper behind. Every other quote we had to tow both our camper and truck was thousands more. We highly recommend working with Swift Towing.

Waited for almost hours for my car to be picked up. I was unfortunately quoted a much shorter time and felt strung on… Dispatch was short and rude to me. However my car made it home that night, Collen the truck driver was good to his word and was the silver lining of my experience.
Stay away from this towing company. Not only are their practices unethical, I'm actually wondering if they are even legal. They did not give me their rates and/or a quote before the tow, and the signature they had for the "liability waiver" was used in an invoice for a 3 minute tow from a dirt road to a paved road that cost $470. I was never told I was signing off on the invoice. The dispatcher I spoke with, who claimed his name was George, apparently does not work for the company. I was told "we don't know who you talked to" by another employee. I asked for the owner to call me to explain the charges on the invoice, who "George" is, and what their policies and procedures are for taking payments, but I never heard back. As a side note, "George" was so rude that talking to him on the phone felt like I was talking to a criminal. Was "George" actually the owner? Guess I'll never know.
Zane was awesome, courteous, prompt knowledgeable, and attentive to my car. He came early made us feel comfortable and did his job one thousand percent. I strongly recommend Zane and his company if you get in trouble w your classic car.
I would like to comend Collin, the driver who picked me up. As a veteran, it was refreshing to meet a focused, professional, courteous individual. He was very concerned about bending my license plate, and it took a bit of convincing, it wasn't an issue. You have a great driver in him. Should the need arise again, Swift Towing, will be my first call.
After waiting for my insurance company provided Towing company for 2 hours, I decided to call Swift both the dispatch on the phone to set up the tows service, and the Driver Johnathan were both extremely professional. Johnathan was on site in less than 25 minutes. Johnathan was very careful while loading my truck up and dropping it off at the Chevy dealership .Thanks again, Swift, for having a great set of employees

This company is shady as they come. They towed my car without any notice whatsoever and never contacted me after towing it with a bunch of my belongings in it to a janky lot on 260 east Taylor st co springs 80907. This address isn’t even listed online. Not to mention I had to call CSPD to find out who towed my car. Then the lady with swft grimes towing claimed that they didn’t need to notify me, give me any verification papers, or anything. Very unprofessional and unlawful Swft has shown to be.
Deceitful and unwilling to help. I spoke with a company representative regarding the retrieval of my vehicles and property in and around the vehicles that were on private property where they were towed from. I hold title to the vehicles and I am the owner of the property and the home where the vehicles were towed from. There has been no cooperation from the reps I have spoken with thus far. One of the. Ars was moved with the windows down. Now 30 days after the tow someone blurted some unintelligible street nam which I didn’t hear. ISO I still have not been able to do much as view the cars. Still no cooperation from mansgmebt or the owner regarding the “incident.” I am of the belief that everything has been delayed by the “team” so they can sttemot to bond for the titles. Hiwever then is simply not ok.
Kristian was AMAZING! He responded immediately, he updated us throughout the process and he went above and beyond. I hope he is the face of this company. He deserves a raise because of his his empathy and professionalism.
We had to have Onstar get us a tow for a faulty lug nut on a flat tire change. Shane was assigned to us. He called to confirm the location with professionalism and empathy. He arrived quickly (within 30 min of the call), explained the process, used his expertise, and got my Malibu up on the truck without issue.
He was extremely polite, excellent communication skills, and was a fantastic driver who makes you feel like a friend who cares about making sure everything arrives where it should in the condition it was picked up.
The standard procedure is that they take pictures of your car before and after it is placed on the truck for towing.
I will be using this company from now on in the future for my towing needs. They made it fast, reduced stress, and made it an excellent customer service experience.
