SWFT towing assisted me greatly in my time of need. The weather was miserable and extremely cold. The dispatcher was concerned and courteous. The tow truck driver was amazing, friendly, and courteous as well. Delivered my car home safely.
They took 8 hours to finally get our car out of the snow. in the process, they damaged my neighbors mailbox. Then they charged us $450 on top of Allstate Roadside Assistance. Allstate told us it was good my to be only$32 more.
Phenomenal experience with SWFT. The dispatcher and driver were very professional and kind. The response time was awesome, and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend using SWFT. I will be using them any time I need a tow.
These guys went above and beyond to take care of us after being completely screwed by another tow company in Colorado Springs. So thankful for the work they did to get our vehicle back home after it being totaled in an accident. In the future we will be calling SWFT for our towing needs.

I had high expectations but they simply did not show up. Told them I was stranded with my 1 year old they said they’d be there within an hour… hour later and their dispatch said he’s on his way, 35 minutes later it’s 10 minutes, then it turned into ok he’s picking up a car and dropping it off, then another hour rolls by and the tow truck driver said he’s on his way to me, I asked what the holdup was I’ve been sitting for a few hours and he said he just got the info. Lol I said well Someone’s lying and it ain’t me, I called their dispatch verified yes it’s swft towing at the dispatch no third party.
If I’m trying to give you money be honest. If I’m stranded with a small child be compassionate be honest. I had high expectations and chose at that point to take my business elsewhere (where they actually came within 10 minutes), god willing I never have to deal with a company that has no issues lying to the people trying to give them money.
I wanted to leave a very positive review I needed a tow and my money was a little tight. The young lady was willing to work with me and get my car towed up to Highland Ranch for more than decent price. Something that I can actually afford without hurting my wallet. The driver was very delicate with my car, and I truly appreciate him for his professionalism and the friendly conversation all the way up north from the springs. If you really want a hyper professional space to get your Vehicle towed please shop here do not shop elsewhere, especially as a veteran. I was taking care of vets. as a business we need reliable tow company and were using another that rimes with ugs towing and they are rude don't stand behind what they say and the lady who answers the phone just wants to argue and tell you how wrong you are so i looked around and after finding swift towing i stopped looking Theresa was amazing and just wanted to make sure our customer and our business had what we needed and honored every thing the other said they would but did not we will be using swift as our first call for any and all tows. thank you Theresa and your team for being so amazing and so convenient we look forward to doing more business with you guys.
I like how fast they responded to my request. My car auto locked itself with keys in and ignition on. Staff was understanding despite the fact I was very concerned. Colin was very helpful and quick at getting me access to my vehicle in a very professional manner. Give that dude a raise and the proper recognition he deserves. Thank you!!
When they say they won’t leave a comrade behind they mean it! They showed up within 10 min and got my BMW towed even though it needed 2 trucks worth of parts to do it. The driver was both hardworking and kind. I will use them next time I need a tow!

Swft in a excellent town company. I need a tow at 11:30 @ night and they came within 5 mins of my call and the price was very reasonable. The team took great care of me while stranded on work travel. Called a couple times to make sure I got to the airport to get replacement, and again to verify that it was replaced and safely back to the hotel. Thank you for such great service
Called this company today, when my son’s car was broke down on the side of the road. The woman that was helping me seemed helpful at first… But then when I was given the quote for what it would cost, I made A comment that that seemed really high priced compared to what I’ve paid in the past for further. I simply said it as a statement… I wasn’t rude or angry, I just made a statement. She then got defensive and explained the breakdown and I said OK but that still seems really high and as I was explaining, I don’t know that I can make that work. She says “well I’m not going to argue with you” And hung up. I was trying to explain that I wasn’t arguing, the price just caught me off guard but she hung up before I could finish my sentence. People today are just so used to angry, aggressive, rude people that they can’t handle anyone saying anything.
On my way back to Denver, we got stranded near Colorado Springs and SWFT Towing helped us out quickly. We car pooled home with a friend but once home we only waited 30 minutes and they had arrived for delivery. Loved the quick service.
Super cool team. Told my truck from Colorado Springs all the way to Rocky Ford. They helped me out a lot along the way. The wait for the tow was a lot less than most towing companies. If I need a tow again, this is the company I’m calling.
I have used this company twice now and both times have been simply amazing. Not only are they true to their title very swift. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been very kind and patient. Swft towing has taken some of my most stressful situations and simplified them with a painless tow service. I can’t recommend this company enough they will always be my first choice.
Tanner is a Magician, damn near impossible task with expensive possible damages to incurred getting the vehicle towed. Tanner used his experience and determination and made it happen without flaw or any extra damage other than what caused the truck to need a tow. This man deserves a raise.
Such great service. John was quick to get to me. When there was no key drop at the mechanic he drove across town to get my keys back to me. Bonus points for having the world's sweetest dog.
I requested a tow through Allstate and was quoted an hour as an ETA. There was a Maverick close by and I was hungry so I decided to buy nourishment while waiting. Sadly, when I came back the car was actively being towed while I was walking towards the vehicle shining my flashlight. Yes, the driver attempted to call me but I did not hear my phone nor expect the car to be picked up early. My keys were on me due to auto theft in CO. The driver should have waited or not towed the vehicle without keys if no contact was made. Hopefully towing procedures in the state of CO change but never rely on what an App tells you. Always have your ringer on and phone in hand as you never know what to expect. It's great that they arrived within 30 minutes of the call. Thank you for your service.
I reached out to my insurance company(Allstate)roadside service this morning. My vehicle needed to be towed to the dealership. Swift Towing was my servicing company. The driver name was John. John was very professional and knowledgeable and needless to say. He arrived to my location quite swiftly, no pun intended. It’s great, when you can depend on your roadside service to be there for you. It’s even better, when you need a tow and there is a guy like John. Thanks John and Swift Towing!
Awesome service. I called and the phone was picked up quickly and they were very quick to get my car to where it needed to be. James one of their truck drivers had amazing customer care. He let me know when he got there and then also let me know when it was dropped off with a picture confirming it! Very impressed with their service!
Zane was awesome, courteous, prompt knowledgeable, and attentive to my car. He came early made us feel comfortable and did his job one thousand percent. I strongly recommend Zane and his company if you get in trouble w your classic car.

We had to have Onstar get us a tow for a faulty lug nut on a flat tire change. Shane was assigned to us. He called to confirm the location with professionalism and empathy. He arrived quickly (within 30 min of the call), explained the process, used his expertise, and got my Malibu up on the truck without issue. He was extremely polite, excellent communication skills, and was a fantastic driver who makes you feel like a friend who cares about making sure everything arrives where it should in the condition it was picked up. The standard procedure is that they take pictures of your car before and after it is placed on the truck for towing. I will be using this company from now on in the future for my towing needs. They made it fast, reduced stress, and made it an excellent customer service experience.
Kristian was very helpful and obliging. He not only towed my car when another driver refused to, but checked to see if he could figure out what was wrong with it. Sure enough, he was able to tell me what was wrong with it and even got it started for me, albeit briefly. Now I know what to do to fix my car. While we were standing in the 6 ins or so of snow, I mentioned that I haven't been able to get my snow blower started and he offered to look at it for me too. Top notch service. Thanks Kristian!
