They took my car keys with them after dropping off my car and I've been trying to reach them since August 11th but their voicemail is full every time I tey calling and they haven't responded back to my contact inquiry. I'm about to have to go down to their shop. Thank goodness I have another car because I can't drive the one they towed back without the keys....
Our Ford Edge was toast and had a hard time rolling off of the tow truck, but right from the start David was super patient and very kind. I would totally recommend this towing service and ask for David. He definitely turned our entire day around with his amazing service and kind smile. I also really appreciated how he was gentle with the car and worked very efficiently. I hope we do not need a tow service again but if we do I will be calling for David.
Dylan is the best driver. He has such a great customer service attitude even though he didn’t have equipment he needed. I can tell the equipment needs to be replaced though. That’s a serious OSHA violation…

I broke down at the 11 mile marina. The only positive thing about the experience is Pantusa coming to rescue us. The rental car company couldn't arrange for a ride for the 5 of us, because Uber and Lyft does not service way out in the middle of nowhere. I am positive that my family would have been stranded out there after dark had Paul and Pantusa not come to get all of us. They made sure they had a large truck come to get our minivan that was large enough to get us all back to the springs. Thank you Paul and Pantusa. We all appreciate you.
Had Pantusa show for a insurance tow because my car lost power. Didn't have to go far, but ol boy, Walter is what his shirt said, he was real cool and fast and super friendly but not in a creepy way. I asked to have my car parked backwards into an apartment complex covered parking, man shoot...he did that so smooth and without any hiccups! If I need a tow in the future, I'll probably call these guys 1st.
The service was outstanding. Matthew contacted me in advance to clearly explain the entire process, which I greatly appreciated. The response time was impressively quick, and the vehicle was loaded efficiently.
Matthew demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and was exceptionally courteous throughout. Overall, it was a great experience

I want to share my great appreciation for Dylan Who stayed with me since I was alone with a rental car from enterprise awaiting an Uber to take me to the enterprise rental place. He stayed there with me for quite some time until the Uber driver arrived. He said he was glad to do it because if a family member or friend of his was left alone with a flat tire rental car he would hope that somebody would stay with them.
It gave me great comfort to have him stay with me and I can’t say enough about Dylan as a really good person. we need more of him in this world.
Walter , gave a great, easy, tow experience , I had to check in at the dealership my car was being towed to and he gave me a ride while he towed my car as well. Will be using them again if I ever need a tow In the springs!
Took over 5 hours to get a tow after multiple times of them not showing up in the estimated time. Once we did get picked up the tow truck driver was speeding like crazy. Over 55 mph in 35 mph zones. Cutting lanes and overall just reckless. Don't waste your time with this company.
Pantusa was assigned by BMW roadside services to pickup our BMW convertible and transport it to the local BMW dealership after a tire was split thanks to yet another infamous Colorado pot hole strike. I was very impressed with the quality of the service and the attention to detail the driver paid to ensuring the vehicle was placed on the flatbed without damaging the front fender which has a very low clearance. Using 2x4s under the end of the bed, he slowly drove the car up on the flatbed and secured it with straps. I hope not to have to use a towing service again; however, if I did, Pantusa would be top of the list. Thanks!
My insurance and I had a miscommunication that caused the driver to deliver to the wrong address. They were only doing as they were told. Me and the driver were confused later on, and I had them worked it out with my insurance which reassigned them for the tow back to the right place after it was sorted on mine and the insurances end. They kindly had me first in line the next day because the place was closed. The next day, the new driver, about 30 minutes into opening of the tire place. They let me know the tire place took care of my tire, which was another mishap. However, this is not at all on the driver and I was able to cancel the new tow as the issue was resolved with a little compromise from the tire place.
I appreciate them honoring their word and making it right. I'm just sorry for the whole thing and learned to be precise and double check my dispatchers notes before they put in an order.
These folks were sent out by geico for our roadside assistance call. Just a dead battery, so all we needed was a jump. Driver was friendly and helpful, and got the vehicle started right away. Only issue was their ETA kept getting pushed back over and over. They were about 2 hours later than their initial arrival time stated. Super cold day so there were alot of dead batteries, so we were understanding.
My Volvo received fantastic care getting it out of a carport with a wall very close by. It took the driver an hour to fix dollies under the wheels to be able to get it in a position for loading on his truck. That was a lot of care and patience. Thank you.
Russell, our tow truck operator, was awesome. I don't give praise easily, but he seriously went the extra mile for us. Our car was totally dead on a very dark country single lane road. Russell arrived and immediately saw he had to back up to get to the car - which he did with skill - about a city block long. He helped me get my car in a position to get it on the truck. He was here and back on the road to take out car to the shop in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend Pantusa Towing. It was an extremely professional experience.
My husband popped a flat on his way to work yesterday and pulled off the shoulder. The snow was deeper than he thought so now his car is stuck. We can’t dig it out ourselves either, we already tried. I set up the tow through our insurance. That was as of 6am. At some point in the day, the tow got canceled. I set the tow back up and were assigned to PantUSA again. This was about 5pm. Get an ETA of 90-120 min, which is fine. Weather is bad, tow companies are busier. Come 5pm, our insurance company checks to see if they’ve made it. Through the tracking I can see they haven’t. ETA updates to another 2 hours. Not ideal but okay. Around 10pm the insurance company calls & says it’s gonna be another 3 hours. Again not ideal but with bad weather I’m trying to give them then the benefit of the doubt. The whole night, I get various texts saying the ETA has changed again. We called at 745am and speak with Ale. He tells us that someone will be there in 2 hours & assures us that it won’t be rescheduled again. Come 1030, we get a text saying 28 minutes out. 30 minutes later get another text saying another 3 hours. We called again, and are fortunate to speak with the same person Ale. He tells us another 3-4 hours because there aren’t a lot of drivers and they’re busy. I explain that we’ve been waiting since yesterday evening and he just keeps saying they’re busy and I should be aware of how bad the weather is since I live there. I’ve never heard of such an unprofessional company. The weather is bad, and I get it’s a busier time for them, but I have a hard time believing that they couldn’t get someone out in the 19 hours we’ve been waiting. While writing this review, got news that the dropped the job and now will have to be re-assigned. I mean we knew this, but still. Very unprofessional. Will NEVER use this company again.
Joe has towed my baby, my Tahoe, two times in the last month. Each time was a great experience . Communication was 100% which I respect and appreciate. He handled my truck safely and swiftly. His customer service skills are top knotch and given the poor circumstances it was a joy to see his face each time he helped tow me. Professional kind man. Will always refer this company!
Quick and great communication. Had a transmission blow on me and I had a truck there in 15 minutes, They were careful with how my car was loaded and unloaded, and worked with me for where to drop it off best. Highly recommend. Cost was not outrageous considering it was a Sunday and I was on the side of the Highway.
Stan was a true professional! He called when enroute to my location and asked the issue with my vehicle, gave me his current location and ETA. Upon arrival he communicated the process of what was going to happen through drop off. At the drop off location we had good conversation and I could tell he has been doing this for years! He definitely deserves recognition from Pantusa Towing Colorado LLC! Stan is the real MVP even though my car my car has had a bad day I didn’t with the service provided.
Had a ball joint break on my Ram and was a difficult tow to load / unload. Jose was excellent and made sure everything went on the truck smoothly without enduring further damage as this type of breakdown usually experiences. Jose got my truck home (Pueblo west from Colorado Springs) and took the time to park it in a place that left me access to do the repairs. He was awesome and I highly recommend Pantusa towing!
Amazing experience! I had the pleasure of dealing with Elias @ Pantusa Towing. He went above and beyond to take care of my car, when it was stuck in park. He did everything possible to minimize dragging and used skids to protect my new tires. This is what customer service looks like. Thank you so much for taking good care of me and my car!
These guys are awesome! I lost my car keys on a mountain in a river and couldn’t drive back to town, so I had to call the towing service to get my car back. (I only had one car key). A day later they brought back home the car and .. you won’t believe it.. even the key! When they were on the parking lot, where my car was standing, they talked to a person who pointed them to the car key someone obviously had found in the river and put on a stone next to the car park. Everything was fine and they did a great job, being attentive and careful about everything! Thank you so much!!
Pantusa did an amazing job for me today. Had a breakdown and within 15 mins had a call saying they would be on the way to toe my vehicle to the correct destination. Driver showed up an a extremely respectful time frame and manner. He even went the extra mile for me as the business I was having the car towed to was closed at the time. Thanks to the driver for making this experience EXCELLENT. If in time of need and have to call a tow pantusa towing will be getting the business. Thanks again on your superior service.
