Daniel was very curious, timely, and a good communicator. He text when he was on his way, and had the car hooked up in no time; not to mention we were at the Manitou Incline so getting the car towed and turned around was BO problem for Daniel! The car was safe, secure, and he made those 14 point turns with ease!!! Don’t waste time with other tow agencies, just call Bugs Towing for ALL your needs!
Bugs was amazing. They offered a very reasonable price and were diligent in trying to make sure they had the specific equipment I needed. Daniel was my driver and seeing him take every precaution to not damage my vehicle was so assuring. He was very kind and answered all my questions while also explaining what he was doing along the way. I highly recommend this company and want to say thank you, very much.
Encountered a fine example of driving/ towing today by a Bugs towing truck.. Tow truck was removing what appeared to be an abandoned vehicle as it had a bright orange tag on the window. However the vehicle being towed was tracking in left lane as tow truck was in the right lane causing big safety risk as cars tried to navigate around. On TOP of that the vehicle being towed had a bunch of garbage/ junk on the front bumper.. of which all feel off IN TRAFFIC on fillmore overpass. Yes, reported to CSPD as it appeared to be automotive chemical bottles. Of course it wouldn't be complete without running a red light (Fillmore at Wood ave.. was red BEFORE truck crossed line) The best part was when I contacted the tow company, telling them of improper tow, and unsecured load about driver/ company not using correct equipment and securing before driving off, I was asked if I'm a tow man.. then hung up on.. A roll back would have eliminated any poor towing/ tracking, or hooked up with a dolly.. and literally walking around the vehicle would have prevented the debris from falling off the towed car.. This review SHOULD NOT be taken as fully representative of the company as I can not speak about them. But specifically the driver, and the individual answering the phone.. after such an interaction, and reviewing the complaints and lack of BBB accreditation. I would certainly look elsewhere before considering giving this company any business.. unsafe, reckless, and irresponsible.. multiple moving violations seen in less than 2 miles of being stuck behind.. Do Better Bugs Towing..
