They are a great service. It took them 15 minutes to get to my car. Very considerate and the dispatcher was very nice. They told my car where I needed to go. They had no problem with anything.
Logan was able to move both of my cars from my old house to my new in one trip; both at once. Another company said I'd need a special tow truck to move one of them, but no. Logan showed up, walked me through the process of getting them loaded, Everything. Unloading went smoooooth. I will use Bug's Towing in the future and I cannot recommend them enough!
The dispatcher was so kind and helpful when I was stranded on the side of the road in the rain with my kids, and the tow truck arrived earlier than expected. Breaking down in co springs was not awesome. But was awesome was all the nice people I’ve met. Tanner was a BOSS with loading and unloading my car. My car was being difficult and Tanner got it handled with ease. I called and Danielle answered on the second ring. Took my info and got a tow truck driver dispatched and to me in 20 minutes! Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Bugs!

Luis and Terry were very helpful! Luis helped out a fellow Texan and took care of us with a tow to the gas station to get me and family out of the road when our car broke down down to earth and humble. And Terry our driver to take our car to Tony's shop was awesome and funny. Good guys for sure!! Even gave recommendations for us to check our while we waited for our repairs.
Shay with Bugs Towing just towed my car off the side of I-25 after my tire popped. He was super friendly, got my car loaded quickly, and dropped me and my car off at the nearest Discount Tire. I would highly recommend Bugs Towing. They get the job done and they're very pleasant to work with!
Tanner was great, very helpful and did a great job moving my truck even though it was nearly too large for the tow truck. He also gave us a ride to the shop, which was very nice. Quick service, he arrived around ten minutes after I called the dispatch and the service was less expensive than I expected. All around awesome job!
Mishap occurred out at Mirror Lake near Tincup where my transmission pan was smashed. I called Shay and within about 4 hours, Terry arrived! The quick dispatch being just over 3 hours away was fantastic! Once Terry arrived he helped me remove the hitch for my camper so we could tow it back too! My car died and was stuck on the garage. I could not get it in to Neutral. I had priced everyone in town and they were by far the better price. I was able to set an appointment and they came got my car out of the garage and took to the dealer to get fixed! Fast friendly and on time! Will use them again!!!
