24 hour notices of towing shouldn't be stickers, it should be a simple paper notice. Unless the vehicle is actually in tow and going to the yard stop placing damaging stickers on windows.

This company showed up fast and took care of a car that had been blocking the fire lane for way too long. Staff was friendly and professional, and Shay did an excellent job making sure it was handled without any hassle. Nice to finally see a problem resolved. Would definitely use them again.

Christian changed my flat tire for me for free and I didn't even need a tow. Getting a flat tire, not being able to get the lug nuts off, and then having to call a tow truck wasn't fun. I really appreciated the favor.

Needed a tow, and was very impressed! Terry showed up in 15 minutes and was very helpful, friendly and made us laugh! Highly recommend this company!! They’re not expensive either.

Amazing company and amazing people I broke down on the garden of the gods road right before the highway on ramp really scary place to break down I called bugs towing I was light on funds they asked what I could pay and they said they would be on the way they saved my day not only did it get towed with in twelve minutes but the tow truck driver Logan recommended someone he personally knew to fix my car and he did it so much cheaper and better than a shop truly a blessing I highly recommend this company Logan your a life saver along with your company you work for thank you so much guys!!!!!!

The lady that pocks up the phone, every time I’ve called (twice) has had a horrible attitude and just extremely rude. This was my first ever car I’ve bought and first accident, the cops didn’t tell me any intrusions the tow company didn’t tell me I had to do anything but come get the car before the time limit and I followed every step the bank I financed the car from told me. This lady had no reason to be so rude with that horrible attitude when I never accused her of anything and was just telling her what my bank had told me to do and was asking questions. I did have a man call me later after I hung up on her because I wasn’t going to sit and be yelled at and treated that way, he was very respectful and gave me the information I needed and helped me understand what happened. Honestly the phone lady just needs to not be in charge of the phone any longer.

I think they are still illegally charging gate fees to retrieve belongings, BUT... the horrible experience I had, was from a person who was literally without a job by Monday because I'm probably not the first one that's happened to. I got in a wreck while moving and had MY DAD'S ASHES in the car; the girl who answered when I called originally refused to work with me on getting them and even spoke down to me for not being able to realize they were in the car for four days - having no idea I'd been looking for them. I guess she's no longer employed, but I still can't access my car just to get my belongings.
Long story short they are still charging a gate fee but they said they were willing to bring my dad's ashes so I didn't have to pay to get them. I still have a few coats in there that I might need but... It is what it is.
They did somewhat rectify the situation but I still don't think the fees are legitimate and I should be allowed to retrieve my belongings up to thirty days after tow. Probably will still be talking to the public utilities commission.Dec 30, 2025 -
Very professional and kind business. I have never had a good enough experience with a tow company to leave a review until today. Towing a car is never for a positive reason and can always be stressful. But JT was very helpful and professional and made the situation the best it could have been. He was very kind and explained everything very well. Hopefully I don't need a tow truck company again anytime soon, but this would be the one I would choose. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a car towed

I was broken down in the middle lane of Powers when one of their drivers stopped to ask if I needed help. Got me out of the road within 15 minutes and stopped a bad day from getting a lot worse! Daniel was friendly and professional during the drive to the mechanic, I truly appreciate his assistance. Pricing was less than I expected, would recommend and use again!

I recommend Bugs Towing to anyone who is need of tow services. Today my car broke down and I was left on the side of the road stranded. If it wasn't for Bugs Towing I dont know what I would have done. I want to thank Shay for helping me navigate throughout this whole ordeal. She was so helpful and calm that I recommend you call for her for all your tow needs or questions. Logan was so amazing how he handled our classic 1988 Grand Marquis from start to finish, thank you for parking it just perfectly!

I can’t believe how awful they treat people. Not only were they extremely rude to my father, they treated this elderly couple like garbage. They hung up on us twice while trying to get information on my car that had been towed after breaking down. If I could give0 stars I would. They are absolutely horrible to work with and do not recommend them to anybody. They should not be able to treat people the way that they do. I’m so appalled.

We needed to get a vehicle moved for a veteran and I worked with Luis and Jordan to get this done. I overheard Jordan’s working with the veteran and he was very professional and compassionate with the veteran who has been in a tough spot. Luis was super helpful in adjusting the initial plan after it was learned we needed a different setup and they got this veteran taken care of. I truly appreciate their flexibility and help in getting this facilitated.

Horrible company to do business with! My car got towed because I was apparently parked in a reserve spot and not a guest spot in my apartment complex and the resident had my car towed.
Upon calling to find out if my car was there, the lady on the phone was rude. Should have been my first sign.
Upon going to pick up my vehicle, the lady at the desk was rude. Maybe it was the white Camo Crocs that she was wearing that made her feel high and mighty or whatever, but sweetheart, nobody cares about your fake “county girl” act….I’m from Kansas and that’s country, not Colorado. She asked for a debit card and ID and I pulled them out and then proceeded to let me know that she couldn’t take it because my last name didn’t match on my DL (I got married in March and never changed it) and I proceeded to show her all my other cards that matched my DL and she said “I can’t take it even though those have the correct last name but you’re not paying with those”. I said I would show my marriage license (which is a legal document) and she said no. Finally got my husband to come in and give his card and DL and she acted like it was such an inconvenience for her. She took copies of them (I’m not okay with that—how do I know she isn’t going to charge our bank for random stuff). I spent 10 minutes examining my car and found scratches on the front of it that were not there before. Paid $300 for this whole ordeal. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Also, shred my husband card information or I will be filing for stolen card information since there was NO sign posted stating that y’all take a copy of it. Insurance company wouldnt pay a massive tow cost after I was run off the road because buugs towing is terrible.
They labeled my car as a “Tesla Charger” and the insurance company thought i drove a a fancy wall outlet.

Towing is a stressful experience, but this company takes a load of your shoulders! Everyone I encountered was exceptionally kind and patient with my questions and feedback. Definitely recommend Bug's to anyone looking for tow services!

Logan was able to move both of my cars from my old house to my new in one trip; both at once. Another company said I'd need a special tow truck to move one of them, but no. Logan showed up, walked me through the process of getting them loaded, Everything. Unloading went smoooooth. I will use Bug's Towing in the future and I cannot recommend them enough!

The dispatcher was so kind and helpful when I was stranded on the side of the road in the rain with my kids, and the tow truck arrived earlier than expected. Shout-out to the driver for being fast, professional, and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Hopefully I won’t need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, this is definitely the company I’ll call!

Was towed out of my apartment complex due to construction, sure it could’ve been my fault for not paying attention to the flyers. But how rude the lady on the phone was caught me completely off guard. She had a real god complex. No complaints about the tow, but the customer service is 0/10.
Edit:Just to explain further, the lady literally wouldn’t let me speak when I had a question about what she was saying to me and continued to finish her sentence where she sounded so happy to let me know I now owe them 275 dollars. Honestly no one wants their car to be towed, I was so mad because of this issue after waking up at 3 am to go to work and saw that my car was towed, but after arriving at their office to pick my car, the sweetest young lady assisted me and honestly my experience was soooo different from most of the others experiences I have heard. Thank you Shay I will never forget your help and exceptional customer service. Thank you for taking the time to hear me and to assist me in such heartwarming way. I hope they value you because you are a great employee.

My car was towed. My fault. I parked in the Burger King to go to Ford Ampitheater for a concert, my sister got me tickets for my bday. No place to park around there, lot full. No idea they would tow my car. Silly me, we are not in Kansas anymore! It was the attitude when I picked it up, that was galling. $460. While I had waited for 1.25 hours for them to open the gate to get my car, I got to watch them treat another customer, Ryan like a dog, also. He just wanted to get his tag and things from his totaled car. They doubled the price on what they quoted, because it was Labor Day. He complained. He had shown his DL, he was an highly ranking officer, retired, AF. She made a comment that his status would not get him preferential treatment. He stayed calm, but later succinctly, mentioned that he didn’t appreciate the comment. I warned him not to come back the next day, because had I waited a day it was going to be $620, instead of $460. After he was finished with his crappy treatment, I ask if she knew when my car would be accessible, since I had waited 1.5 hours now. They told me I would need to wait patiently, because I was the one that illegally parked…with a sneer. She enjoyed degrading both of us and the attitude expressed was, “you need to beg us for mercy, because we have the power here.” It was disgusting to both me and my new friend, Ryan. We have the resources to deal with this , of which apparently they resent and are hell bent on their lousy treatment of customers.
I owned my mistake, and resigned that I have to pay for it. My anger is directed to how they must treat people that don’t have resources. How many people that lose their house and have to live in their car, have it towed and don’t have recourses to get the car out, because of the inflated cost. Maybe they treat them better…but I doubt it. I learned a big lesson here, Ryan showed me the parking app, yay! He offered sympathy for my situation, while we were waiting, and waiting… We discussed how the world is an ugly place and we just witnessed it in spades. Totally unnecessary to be treated that way, and hoping Bugs towing employees will learn, you get back what you put out in the world. Eventually. I’ll wait. So, will Ryan. He arrived quickly, handled everything with care, and made a stressful situation so much easier. His rates were fair, and his customer service was top-notch. Fast and easy service. Our work van broke down and Bug's got us towed to the shop for repair. Shay was great over the phone and Cody was kind and speedy with the actual tow service. Whole situation was handled in 30 min start to finish. Thanks for helping us in during a stressful vehicle break down! Great job guys!

Breaking down in co springs was not awesome. But was awesome was all the nice people I’ve met. Tanner was a BOSS with loading and unloading my car. My car was being difficult and Tanner got it handled with ease. I called and Danielle answered on the second ring. Took my info and got a tow truck driver dispatched and to me in 20 minutes! Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Bugs!

Tanner was great, very helpful and did a great job moving my truck even though it was nearly too large for the tow truck. He also gave us a ride to the shop, which was very nice. Quick service, he arrived around ten minutes after I called the dispatch and the service was less expensive than I expected. All around awesome job!

My car died and was stuck on the garage. I could not get it in to Neutral. I had priced everyone in town and they were by far the better price. I was able to set an appointment and they came got my car out of the garage and took to the dealer to get fixed! Fast friendly and on time! Will use them again!!!

Sitting in the row truck currently writing this. Object flew out and caught two of my tires popping them both. My insurance company was supposed to dispatch a tow truck. Waited 30 minutes with no truck. Got a call that the company they dispatched wasn’t called they were just assigned. They canceled the tow and told me to cancel it with my insurance since they didn’t have anyone available. Called Bugs Towing company. They immediately figured out where I was and dispatched Jordan. He got the car on the bed and is giving me a ride back and I can send the receipt to insurance (which will be a fun little conversation with them). Will forever use this company in the future for any towing needs. Superb service and immediate support.
