Advanced Towing coordinated a tow for an old, non-working vehicle we wanted to sell to U-Pull-&-Pay. From the guy scheduling the tow to the guy who picked up the vehicle, everyone was super nice and friendly. They not only showed up as scheduled but even offered to come a bit early.
Dude was solid. Told me he was going to call at 6am for a 7am pickup way up in Florissant and he followed thru just as he said. He didn't have to come up to the mountains but he did and helped me get the car out of tricky spot for him off road. Appreciate you bro!
False advertisement and unprofessional reprsentatives the service rep refused to give his name after failing to schedule an appointment that was already in the works weeks prior his reason being it's not 8:30am when they're listed to be 24 hour service don't waste your money here
Called to get a quote on having my car towed, the guy said they have no availability and didn't even give me a potential day where they could. Not the best way to "help" a potential costumer.
Our car was towed illegally according to the new towers bill of rights. Yet when I brought this up the guy working told us he didn't care and there wasn't anything I could do about it. Am currently in the process of taking them to court for the damages done to our car when they towed it as well as breaking the law . Very shady establishment but hey its a towing company I've never encountered an honest towing company and this one is no different. BEWARE!!!
I tried calling five different towing companies this morning at 4:00 these guys I wish I would have known to call advanced towing because these guys were right on the money brother z real friendly guy just took care of me I would recommend this to everybody and screw all the other towing companies they're terrible they say 24 hours they didn't even respond to me after 5 hours so keep up the good work thank you again
Chris came and towed my classic car, that means a lot to me, to the shop. He really went above and beyond with helping me. He treated my car like the treasure she is. Chris even called me after he dropped her off and let me know my investment was safe and secure. Thanks Chris!
Just towed my 1973 Nova through Advanced towing and had a great experience! Zeek was professional, on time and super friendly. Couldn't be happier. Advanced towing is lucky to have him as a employee.
I had the pleasure of going through advanced towing twice. Both times they got to my location quickly and helped me get my car delivered to my mechanic. Zy was extremely kind and worked very quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend them and I feel blessed being helped by such kind people.
Called the day prior and made a 4pm appointment for my car to be towed. Called 1 hour prior to confirm they would be there at 4pm (I had to leave work early), they confirmed and called me back at 3:55 and said they were 5 minutes away. I waited at the car for 20 minutes and they called and said they were another 45 minutes away. Now the shop is closed and I can't be towed until tomorrow after work. Wasted my time and 1 day of scheduled repairs. Recommend another company if you want reliable service.
The men who work here are AMAZING! I know very little about cars, so I felt silly asking for help when I needed it. They didn't belittle me in the least! Instead, they made me feel special, and I drove away with a smile. Thanks, Advanced Towing! I highly recommend this place.
As we were preparing to tow our car to the junkyard, Casey from Advanced Towing told us about a recall on our engine that saved our car and saved us thousands of dollars. We are so thankful. In addition, Casey was professional, prompt, and skilled. We will be using Advanced Towing any time we need towing in the future.
Andrew took extra care of my car towing it to the shop. He even went as far as to use his own coat to make sure my front didnt drag when loading and unloading. Made me feel like he cared for my car as much as I do.
After an accident Casey brought my expensive subwoofer to my house nearby & they made sure I got all my belongings before the insurance took over.. I'm very happy; saved me $ and stress.

Was in a really stressful, expensive, and bad situation with another lot. Worked with Casey, and had faith restored. Really good, and honest person. Definitely prioritizes professionalism.
Saw their driver nearly run a lady off the road this morning. She was entering Powers and merging where the lane is short and ends quickly. Driver had plenty of time to slow down or make adjustments. Did he? No, he sped up! She was not going excessively slow but he sped up intentionally not making room and sending her into the road side gutters on a rainy day. Maybe they thought they'd create some business seeing how his tow truck nearly created an avoidable accident on their part. Bad form. Won't be using this company for any future needs. If this is how they operate, I can only imagine how much worse it would be to be a customer and assume they would treat your car just as carelessly.
If I would of been left an option for zero stars or negative starts that would be my rating . I called advanced for a tow because my power steering was acting up. (They did show up reasonably quick) and towed my vehicle to a Firestone nearby. During the release of my vehicle the man (Loyd) allowed my vehicle to roll off extremely fast and hard while having the ramp sitting sideways of a small curb smacking n scraping my car.(all on video)
Upon Firestone fixing my hose for power steering we now have an incredible knock in our vehicle that was never there.. I will be dealing with this appropriately. NEVER allow such carelessness with your vehicle if you want to keep driving it ..
Awesome towing company! They quoted me a good price for a local tow, showed up earlier than expected and the driver was very professional and courteous. I will def recommend them and use them in the future.
I will never recommend this company! I tried calling for a tow and the guy who answered told me the vehicle was not accessible because of how it was described and then told me to "calm down" because I became upset. The vehicle is accessible and you need new employees or if you are the owner of this business clearly you don't plan on being in business for very long.
*Update* Walt's Towing had no problems getting my vehicle, glad I found a reputable company willing to take care of their customers.
Had a really good experience with these guys. Scheduled over the phone. Then Larry called ahead to let me know he was on his way, came at a timely fashion, clearly knew what he was doing, took great care to not scratch my car, and was a pleasant guy all around. Highly recommend!
In a nutshell, my girlfriend called them this morning for a tow at about 10am and whoever this guy was told her it would be a few hours because they were backed up, and she said "oh it's ok". Tried to explain to him the best that she could what was going on, and not only was he rude, but he made her feel like an idiot. She told him to have a nice day and ended up going through a different company, thankfully.
So here's my experience, had a time set to pick up my car yesterday and supposed to get a confirmation call. The only call I get, my caller ID says its from some Auto Warranty place, so assuming its spam I don't answer. I wait for tow truck and when no one shows I call, turns out it was them - OK my fault. Rescheduled for 10:00am today, when no confirmation call I call 20min prior - no answer, tried 4 times. At 10:00 no tow truck, I call again, this time I get an answer. The guy who answers immediately says he and his driver called and I didn't answer. Now mind you I've been at the gym listening to Pandora for the last hour and a half. NOBODY CALLED! I tell him its impossible I missed two calls, his reply is I'm not going to argue with you and we are not going to keep rescheduling so you need to bring the car in yourself, the hangs up on me. I get today is Sunday and you probably don't want to work, but don't schedule a puckup date for Sunday then lie to the customer about calling.
DO not use them !!!! I was quoted an hour pick up time and after the hour was told driver was on way. After waiting more time The guy who answers calls Jeremiah was very rude and short!! Save the headache call another company! Also they always reply with a excuse to their low stars.. how about apologize and do better. Instead comment back trying to defend the poor customer service. What a joke

Casey took the time to not just load my car up and take off but he was willing to listen and help save my family and I some money. Super friendly and highly accommodating. I needed a tow after some battery problems and they sent Raymond over right away. Cheap flat fee compared to the other towing companies I had called in the springs area. It was a snowy early morning and he had no problem getting my vehicle where it needed to be. Will definitely be calling them again for my Towing needs!
Had my Audi towed last night due to engine problems, the company was very fast at responding and getting the vehicle loaded. The truck driver was nice to talk to and had a great sense of humor, a great service for a good price!
Don't trust them with your safety of your car. 10pm on a Friday holiday weekend black truck with double hook car on bed. Didn't have a 4 point hook or even a safety strap on. Wheel lift had only one strap no safety chain and no tow lights and driving very irresponsibly, and citting people off, professional and responsible tow company's are about safety and the lives of other in the 2017 that is also in the category slow down and move over law and respecting 1st responders and recovery services are in those category,so don't give us a bad reputation because your choosing to be lazy, DOT needs to be informed of your ethics.

but when I tired to get the car back, suddenly it is no answer, then it's all about this charge & that charge, and finally when I objected, it's f&&& you @--hole and some text messages of a rather nasty, sad man
