The telephone segment was great. A little repetitive, but thorough without complications. Arriving at COPORT in Denver, well that was ridiculous. Absolutely NO customer service interaction what so ever. You have to scan a qr code ro sign in. Told me a 6 minute wait. 10 minutes later I inquired about the online sign in. I was told to wait for a text to be assisted. 20 minutes later I inquired again about the wait and was FINALLY asked what I was waiting for. I replied to sell my car, including the fact that I had until 4:30pm to do this or the lot closes. I arrived at 3:45pm. It wasn't until 4:20pm, until anyone took any action. I was told to drive my vehicle through the gate and to the right... The vehicle had to be checked in, in order for me to receive a check. Over an hour and ten minutes, from the time I arrived, did I receive a check. The process (after it had been started), took approximately 15minutes. No apologies either. If I hadn't intervened, I would have had to drive back to Aurora during rush hour, and back again the following day. Ridiculous...
One of the worst Coparts in the US, a tiny lot for trucks that come to pick up cars. A small lot and all the edges are filled with cars, it is impossible to turn around, you have to drive in from the road in reverse. The employee sitting at the computer, he has everything strictly according to the apoitment, even if you are a little late due to traffic, you will be loaded only the next day, even if the fork lift is free and there are places in the parking lot for trucks. Idiocy with an unwillingness to work is apparently the credo of the office employees, they get paid by the hour, they do not care about anything else, and that the driver will lose a day of the work week because of their laziness does not bother them. In general, the impressions from visiting this auction are the shittiest. Nobody here needs anything and no one wants to help. Customer focus is at a low level.
Quick and honest company for junk care sales. They didn't have the highest offer for my vehicle, but the fact that they come and tow it off and I could schedule the day was very helpful. I would use their services again.
