Such a great experience with this company. I worked with Pablo and I could not have better feedback. Pablo took down my info and gave me an offer in less than five minutes AND he was able to get me on the schedule same day (he was able to get a tow truck out to me in less than an hour). 5 minutes after they drove my car away, I received a text from a different company offering me $200 more. I wish I had waited for their call back. Don't say on your website that you offer the best prices if it isn't true.
Gave me a payout amount for my car over the phone, came to get it, then haggled the price down to next to nothing. The only reason I took it was I wanted to be done with the vehicle. Next time ask necessary questions regarding the vehicle over the phone. I wouldn’t have sold it for what the tow guy told me to “take it or leave it” for. I also wouldnt have left this review if you didn’t text me asking me to- so there’s that. Have a good one.

I made a couple phone calls to other businesses & read some not so good reviews about drivers being rude or trying to talk you down on money instead of giving what you were quoted on the phone... until I reached Rosa over at A1 who was super nice & told me she, her father & husband ran this business.. after speaking with Rosa I knew right away I wanted to go with this company but needed a couple days to get the paperwork together that was needed as well as plan a day that I can make it over to my dads place.
In between my work schedules & kids sports schedules I am pretty busy & thought this could be a hassle & time consuming.
The day I got my paperwork & had about an hour to spare I gave Rosa a call back.. to my surprise she told me her driver could meet me in 20 minutes.. the driver was there right on time, was friendly, professional & had the cash in hand... from the time we met up till the time he pulled away with my car was about 10 minutes.
I usually dont give reviews but I am impressed & appreciative that A1 made this transaction so quick & smooth. They are also so friendly & respectable of people's time. I would definately recommend this company to my friends & family.
