Luckily, I found CRT and was reassured that I would be getting a great ETA and price. The service was great! And my truck was brought home with no stalls nor damage. I have used Colorado Rockies Towing a few times, they are excellent! Responsive, reasonably priced, they treat your vehicle with care, and reliable. Definitely recommend, probably the best towing company I've worked with.
Tried to get a truck towed today that is per the internet under 7,000 lbs. Per the drivers classification he thinks the truck is a medium duty truck and can’t be towed. His definition of medium duty starts at 10,000 lbs! He refused to go to work today. That’s unfortunate for him cause he could have made money today but decided to let his ignorance get in the way. Maybe he will learn to check his ego before calling people names! I don’t recommend this company to anyone!!!!
Art roadside assistance called this business for me to tow my LIGHY DUTY TRUCK and they insist my Sierra 3500 is a medium duty truck. Seems as if they don’t know what they are talking about. Everything everywhere will agree that my truck is a light duty truck especially as it’s not a dually. Avoid this business because they are not knowledgeable about vehicle classes and that is NOT OK

Sam was incredibly professional and helpful. Used Colorado Rockies Towing after having a complete nightmare of an experience with another tow company. CRT also charged me about half of what another company wanted for the same tow. Would recommend this company and plan on using them again if needed.
I have had a lot of towing experiences in the last few months due to an ongoing vehicle issue that my dealership has not yet been able to reliably fix. And most of those experiences were absolutely awful. Not with Colorado Rockies Towing LLC!!! Sam was an absolute GEM. He is professional, courteous, nice, and also timely! This is the ONLY towing experience I have ever had that they have actually been on time. He treated my vehicle with care, and was so polite and friendly. This is the BEST towing experience I have ever had by a landslide. Do yourself a favor and use them for any of your towing needs.
