Paul and his team were responsive throughout the whole process of picking up my junk. From price quote to scheduling to additional questions prior to pick up to their on time pick up I could expect an almost immediate response. They were fair with the pricing and I would use them again in a heart beat!

Hire this company...no need to look anywhere else! They're responsive, professional, and have very reasonable pricing. I called Junk Be Gone to help clear out my fathers home to prepare it for sale. The task at hand seemed enormous. I received an immediate call from Paul who offered to come over an assess the job. Rather than try to maximize his profit, he provided guidance on what items we could first sell or give away in order to help reduce the size and overall cost of the job. After taking his advice, we hired Junk Be Gone and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the job. They showed up on time, with great attitudes and knocked out a big job in 1/2 a day. Paul followed up with a call to make sure everything met our expectations. If we ever need similar junk removal service, there's no doubt we'd use Junk Be Gone for the job!

These guys are way better than 1-800-GOT-JUNK. For starters, their prices are more reasonable. Further, they provide the exact same service. I set up my appointment weeks in advance and they showed up right on time. Victor and Justin (who hauled away my junk) were polite and professional. They answered all my questions and explained their pricing carefully. I even ended up paying less than the initial estimate on the phone. I would absolutely use Junk Be Gone over any of the bigger companies in the future.
They were fantastic! Junk Be Gone responded to my message quickly, better prices than others, they got me in the next day, called before arriving, not only on time but early, and were in-and-out in just a few minutes. It was such a quick and easy experience I'm mad I didn't do it sooner.

I did not know a business like this existed! All this time I thought the only way to dump out your furniture was to leave it by the dumpster and hope and pray the trash men take it away!
I came across Junk Be Gone via a google search. They had stellar reviews so I thought I would give them a shot! They responded quickly and I had a day and time for a couch and chaise lounger to be removed for the next day!
They called 30 minutes before arrival time to let me know they were on their way as well as asked what was the best way to approach (I live in a two story apartment with a front and back entrance!) They arrived on time and ready to go! They were so friendly and nice, I loved that! They got the sofa out in as little as ten minutes! They take cash, checks and debit/credit cards! I told a couple of friends and clients about Junk Be Gone!
I highly recommend these guys! Well worth it and I’m glad I chose them! Will be looking forward to using them again this Spring for more removal!

The crew, Victor and team, showed up promptly and ready to work. They showed themselves to be compassionate and empathetic. They moved quickly and efficiently and the task was completed much more quickly than we thought. The price was exceedingly competitive compared to other quotes. They did offer to replace some of the furniture which we had removed, but we did not need that service, as we are doing a deep cleaning this afternoon.

I initially spoke with Paul on the phone on a number of occasions with questions about their pick up service, as I had to clear out my parents house after they recently passed away. It was a difficult time and Paul was incredibly kind and helpful, as well as informative and professional every time I spoke with him. Not only do these guys have the best prices, I chose them because of how kindly I was treated on the phone. When I booked the service, again with Paul, it was easy, fast and hassle free. When Justin and Chico showed up, they were right on time and actually called me before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. They were equally as kind and helpful as Paul (where does this company find these great guys?!). On top of that, they were friendly, funny and hard workers! I had several heavy items that Justin and Chico picked and threw in the truck as if the items weighed nothing. They also worked amazingly fast! It took them one hour to load up their truck, which I'm sure would have taken me and my brother at least a day to complete. They also swept the garage once they were done, which I thought was a nice last touch. While it was a trying time having to clean out my parent's house, having the help of these guys made it less traumatic and hassle free. I would absolutely use them again if needed, and highly recommend them to friends, family and even strangers who need to get rid of stuff! I really cannot praise Paul, Justin and Chico enough, they were all amazing. Book them for your junk removal needs, I promise you will be well pleased with their service!
Junk be gone is great. I recently had them come and remove a couch and old carpet from my house. They were the most affordable service (I did my research) and they replied very quickly even on the weekend. They were flexible and very transparent with their rates. As soon as time came for them to pick up, they were here and were done in only a few minutes. I appreciate their friendly demeanor and hard work ethic. If I need anything else hauled, I will go back to them and I totally recommend that you do too! Thanks for the great all around service!
Awesome service! Super fast - They responded to my initial email right away, scheduled a pickup for the next morning. Showed up with 3 guys to haul a large, heavy item from my back yard. Cleaned up after they got everything out and were super friendly along the way. Reasonable price and very efficient. I'll recommend them to anyone that I know who needs things hauled away.
Can't say enough great things about Paul and Justin at Junk Be Gone. I reached out to them last minute for a move and not only were they able to fit me in, they were kind, pleasant, easy to work with and I could tell they actually wanted and appreciated my business, unlike some of the other companies I'd talked to. Not to mention their bid was highly competitive and and stayed straight forward once they arrived (again, in contrast to my experiences with other companies).

Local guys with friendly service and fair prices. I had my junk pile ready, they came by while I was working and picked up all trash and even swept up after themselves. Much cheaper pricing wise than all other quotes I have received, also verbally recommended a competitor of theirs as they thought they would be better equipped for a different job I have as well - refreshing to see that kind of customer service. Highly recommend, will absolutely use again in the future! Best service in Denver!
This is the second time I have used Junk Be Gone. Can't say enough about these to upstanding young men, Paul and Justin. From start to finish the whole experience was simple and they were professional and super reasonably priced. Website was easy to navigate and appreciated the pricing right there to see. Really nice to work with and in this day of less customer service they were excellent. Absolutely will use again. Next time for my home!

Justin and Paul were awesome! They responded quickly, arrived on time and were really nice. Their prices were WAY better than any other company we called!! They took extra stuff and didn't charge us extra, they were helpful with telling us what we would be able to recycle or donate instead of trash and they even took the donation items and dropped them off for us. Overall, great company and great experience, will use again and we highly recommend!!
Paul and Justin from Junk Be Gone were wonderful to work with. I needed to move out of my apartment within a few days and had a lot of older furniture. Paul called me back within 2 hours and, after juggling the schedule, set a time for 2 days later to pick up all my used furniture. They were fast and efficient. I had a little bit more than I thought but somehow they made it all fit. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again.
