Horrible place. Held my car an extra week. Changed keys and fried the electrical! Left dome lights on and destroyed a brand new battery! Avoid at all costs!
Sold my car there almost a month ago and still haven’t received my money from them they think it’s ok to make people wait this long. They suck and do bad business
apparently a knocking engine is not worth mentioning on a condition report and the $75 post sale inspection that they make you opt out of. feels pretty shady in order to sell vehicles

Having our dealership way up in Northern Michigan, we thought that buying cars in Denver would be tough. But, after contacting the auction and working directly with Louie Rodriguez, we were pleasantly surprised. He helped us through every step of the registration process. And he went far out of his way to help us out in other ways. One of the best auction-related experiences we've had in years. Exceptional customer service. Came in without a gate pass, but the info needed. The individual I talked to was quick to get the gate pass I needed and had the unit at the gate in a matter of minutes. Appreciated the service! Was out in a bit more than a heartbeat, great place.
Had to call numerous times and either call was dropped or the person didn’t answer. Then needed to make appointment to pick up vehicle, gave wrong time to call back. When finally got vehicle the check engine was in, along with smoke coming from alternator and messed with battery. Horrible experience!
This auction is a joke. Cannot pay for cars online or floor them. Called and bought a car over the phone. Few days later I called to check on it. The auction retracted the sale because they dont know who owns the car. No one bothered to tell me. Auto bid are cancelled for no reason. No one calls on if sales. Call 3 times in a row and you will get a different story each time. Dont buy here, stick with Adesa and Manheim.
First off they take cars from people that are trying to catch up with your car note after being towed because of covid-19 nobody is truly able to take care of their finances correctly places like this place give you a chance to come get your car this place is great for people that need a car auction off a good car make some money off these auction cars so if you're down to make some money come here this place is not that bad but it's by appointment only
I drive cars for B+L Auto sales and we go to Dealers in search of good cars to pass onto the public. It's wild on Thursday that's the sales day. The fast pace of the cars rolling into be sold and the auctioneers calling out the bids as fast as a tongue call roll. you can feel the electricity . you have to see one of these auctions to believe it. Dealers is one of Colorado's best
Want a headache? Took them 94 days to get a title to a car. The car was paid for already. Every staff member there acts like you're an inconvenience to their day. Oh and don't bother leaving a message for anyone, because you'll just have to call them back because they'll never call you. Too many other decent dealer auctions available that don't come with the headache.
These people are the most hospitable people I’ve met in my life. The minute you walk in as a new buyer or seller, they give a tour of the facility and introduce you to the people who will be helping you buy or sell cars, the locations of the vehicles, the test track, the bidding locations, everything from A-Z. They also give ice cold refreshments and fruits and even cooked and baked goods. Not to mention, the coffee and tea is covered too. Even though it’s in the middle of nowhere, this is the place to go as a dealer.
I've purchased several vehicles here but will no longer even consider them no matter what kind of deal it is. Paul in arbitration never calls you back and then when he does he says I waited to long to make a claim. It's been a while since I have been so blatantly lied to by a professional business I almost couldn't believe it. They sold me a true lemon and said the seller makes them a lot of money so I am out of luck. Me and my money will support other auctions.
This is the best auction in Colorado! They have a huge variety of vehicles that is in great condition they have they own auto mechanic shop and auto detailing shop so every vehicle is fixed and clean when it leaves the lot. I read some negative reviews below mine and they are false statements they must be talking about someplace else! I give it 10/5 stars!
