Auto Expert Parts is awesome and would 100% recommend them to anyone needing any part for a Subaru! Super friendly and always want to make sure that their customers are happy! Needed to replace a radio and were super helpful in finding the part that would fit and made sure it would work before buying. The business agreed to take a set of wheels off of a wrecked car so I could buy them. Keep in mind, this is all written out, so there is no confusion as to what they said they would do. (See screenshot attached) I was told we were good and could come in and get them in two days... cut to three days later, I took half of a day off of work, drove 30 miles to get there, and there the wheels were still mounted on the car, covered in dirt. Now, you'd think when the manager saw these messages, which we looked at, and then saw that the work had not been done, the first thing to do is apologize and then see what we could work out. He could have apologized, said took $25 off the price for my time and said he'd get me out of there in 30 minutes and I would have been fine. Nope, no apology, he just asked me to "come check out these wheels" like he was doing me a favor. It was all over from there. When he heard that I was unhappy walking outside, he got upset with me! Really?! What did he want me to do, be happy they wasted my time and cost me money? Just bad business practices from the top down. I don't waste my time with businesses that can't deliver on what THEY promise and can't just apologize when they do, and try to make things right, and I don't think you should either. Just don't go to that business and watch it go away. There's a bunch of other honest businesses to buy Subaru parts here in Denver. Avoid this place, and go to the others. The only thing I hope is that my terrible experience saves you time, frustration, money, and being insulted to your face.
The workers were really amazing, kind, patient people! They had a ton of parts, specifically Subaru, and had everything we needed. They also have roof bars/rails which were much cheaper than you'd find anywhere on Facebook marketplace or online.
Also, added bonus, they seemed proficient in English, German, and Spanish!
This place is great for Subaru parts they offer an amazing warranty on all of their engines and transmissions I have probably purchased 12 or 14 motors from these guys in the last several years Tim and his crew are honest hard-working guys and you can have confidence in the parts that you get from here.
