Very very disappointed in this company, we put in a tow request at 8:30 am and they did not respond until almost 3pm. After giving them repeated instructions on where my vehicle was and constantly telling them address details and car details to make sure they found it. They did not contact us for about 6 hours and when they did all they could tell us was our request was cancelled because they could not find the car. They did not bother to call us or text us or anything for additional information which they could’ve done if they weren’t able to find the vehicle. After the third time putting in a tow request they ended up charging over $100 for a tow that was less than a mile away (0.8 miles) Overall they are overpriced, have a lack of communication, and do not follow basic customer service regulations.
This was hands down one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. It took three separate attempts just to get a tow request placed correctly. The first request was entered incorrectly and left incomplete. The second attempt took an unreasonable amount of time because the representative clearly did not understand what I was explaining and was overall unhelpful. That request was then canceled without any call or notice to me or the additional contact number I provided. The excuse given was that they “couldn’t find the vehicle,” which is completely unacceptable. The car was alone in a parking lot, clearly accessible, and I provided clear, detailed instructions on exactly where it was and how to access it. Customer service then had the audacity to blame the cancellation on me, despite the fact that I did everything required on my end. To make matters worse, I was explicitly told the vehicle would be transported early in the day so it could potentially be worked on before the shop closed. Instead, the tow didn’t happen until after the shop was closed, delaying repairs by an entire day and forcing me to pay additional out-of-pocket costs for Ubers and transportation. The final insult was the billing. I was charged significantly more than the original quote, for a tow that was less than a mile. When I tried to get an explanation for the inflated cost, I was repeatedly transferred to people who were unhelpful and could only offer to “put in a complaint,” rather than actually explaining the charge. This entire experience showed a complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service. If you value your time, money, or sanity, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
these guys came and helped me when i was stranded on i225 in the middle of the night, was a pleasure to work with. Even the lady on the phone, i think her name was Allison was sooo sweet.
Absolutely scummy and predatory company using barely legal loopholes to tow cars. Gave me a warning at 11:30pm (was asleep) to then tow my car at 2:30am (still asleep.) They charged me over 300 dollars to get my car back after around a 2 mile tow to the impound lot. Urge your apartment complex to not use them, as they exist solely to scam working class people out of their hard earned money. The employee who answered the phone and the worker at the impound lot did not know the answers to any of my questions regarding pricing either.
Predatory tow operation. Had my truck parked at my friend apartment building for just 3 days and it was towed for a $440 release fee. Awesome business model
