I know its not fun getting stock on the road and had to find a towing service but I google and came across Denver Express Towing with top rating. they were great and quick. friendly driver.
Got two pumped by a broken radiator hose on the way to Steamboat Springs. Thought about setting the car on fire because it’s my girlfriend’s pos Chevy but I guess she didn’t want me to. Since we lived in CO Springs we figure the best place to get it towed to would be Denver for parts accessibility. Called Denver Express Towing and the price was banana land good. Driver got to where we were broken down (Idaho Springs) 30 minutes earlier than expected, hooked us up right away and got us moving. Hope these guys get more business because they need to buy a new tow truck as the one we got picked up in couldn’t be bothered to go up hills, but I wasn’t complaining with how punctual and affordable they are.

This place was a life saver!! After being trapped in Idaho springs and being unable to contact any local car shops, this team was willing to drive out to get us and tow us back to Denver at a VERY affordable price. I got estimates from other tow companies that were nearly 3x as much with a 3+ hour wait time. The team at Denver Express Towing was out within an hour and even helped us get back to town since we were out of a car. Highly recommend!
I had a good experience with Jose at Denver Express Towing. I was nervous and worried because my car had some type of electrical issue which caused the alarm to blare when you opened the door. Sticking the key in the ignition wasn't working to turn it off and it wouldn't stop for what seemed like forever. It was very attention grabbing and embarrassing but that didn't bother Jose. He went and picked up my car and brought it to me in a very timely manner. He even offered to come back and fix what could be wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend Denver Express Towing and will call them again if I even need a tow.
Edit: The driver is clearly lying. We never refused to pay. We wanted the mechanic to look at the parking brake. He just assumed we werent' going to pay despite us never saying we wouldn't and refused to unload the car and yelled at us. The mechanic at the end told us he felt bad for us after witnessing this behavior. Neither of us were aggressive to the driver. We just kept telling him to calm down.
We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. We waited for the tow truck and told the driver not to use the parking brake because it had an issue. We said this several times as we were worried he might inadvertently use it- and then ofcourse we saw him use it. He denied it repeatedly and told us that the car was working and refused to talk about it reasonably. When he arrived the car at the mechanic, he insisted on us paying before unloading the car (presumably because he didn't want us to have the mechanic check the parking brake first). He just screamed and shouted at us and almost started shoving us. We paid him and ended the encounter. All we wanted was for him to be reasonable, but the aggression he showed and the almost physical violence unnerved us. Horrible experience all round.

I don’t leave reviews for pretty much anything but these guys are really looking to do what’s best. They got involved in a car accident I had even though they didn’t have to and ended up having the only footage proving the other party was in the wrong. They’re great people and it’s clear they help however they can.
We needed a tow on a Sunday for my 16 year olds car. It was quite a ways from our house so we were worried it was going to cost a fortune and possibly not happen until Monday. After trying to reach several companies unsuccessfully, Denver Express Towing was next on the list. They answered right away and after confirming pickup and drop off locations they provided a rate and ETA over text. To our surprise they were able to pick up in 30 minutes (ended up arriving earlier), and the price was very reasonable. The driver was professional, very polite and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Denver Express Towing. If we ever need a tow again this is the only company we will call!

Carlos is an absolute hero. Saved my family & took us home before dropping the car. He even offered to stop if we needed anything for the kid store, restaurant whatever. At the end he even refused a tip. Promote this guy or at least make him the face of your business. That's the kind of people you'd want as an employee and do a friend!
Vehicle was towed within 1 hr from time of call. Driver was super friendly, gave my husband a ride back with car, and worked with us on getting the invoice for insurance to get reimbursed.

Rude and unhelpful. They were dispatched by my mom’s insurance.
Once dispatched, I called the contact number provided by farmers AND the actual business number… multiple (5) times with no answer, so I looked up the business name and called direct multiple times. when I finally reached someone (30 min after promised arrival) they were quite rude and unprofessional. It sounded like they were partying or something. I explained that I was sitting on the side of a busy highway trying to help my mom and the guy laughed and told me I had the wrong number.
(Edit: When I told my tow truck driver what happened he kind of shrugged and apologetically said “that was probably Hassan” (Or something similar to that) I’m still furious and I hope whomever it was is not allowed to interact with customers in the future.
He literally refused to help.
Think long and hard before you choose this company. They left my elderly mom in a bad situation on the side of a highway and did not care to help or even show a shred of care.
I am so thankful I was driving distance and could help her out. These guys certainly were not going to… (see edit. The guy who did the tow was great)

I am away on what was supposed to be a vacation. My daughter had to call AAA because her vehicle broke down. These morons show up to tow my daughter’s car to my house. When they got to my house, The best option they could come up with was to put the car in my front yard on the grass. Not across the street from my house, Or down the block, not on the gravel driveway on the other side of my property, or any other possible place, but my front yard! On top of that, they drove out of their way instead of a direct route to my house so they could charge her for the additional milage, above what AAA covers for the tow and they only accept cash. Google Maps confirmed the distance for me. When I tried to call them, the driver lied to me and said he didn’t know who towed the car but he would call into the office to find out who it was. When I tried to call back after never hearing from them again they won’t answer the phone. They would Only send me a text message with my daughter’s phone number telling me to make arrangements with the vehicle owner to move the car. Be warned if you do business with these idiots who knows what they might do to your car or how bad they will take advantage of you.
I had such a difficult time dealing with my car needing a tow, AAA was giving us the run around for almost an entire day! Finally they got in touch with Denver Express Towing, and my savior Carlos came to my rescue! He made sure when he called that I was in a safe location, he let me know how long until he would arrive, and even kept calling with updates. When he got there, he was able to help me get my car out of the parking garage quickly and to the dealership without any hiccups. He even called after to make sure everything went okay at the dealership. If all the employees are as awesome as Carlos, everyone should use them! Thank you Carlos!!

It's weird to be writing a positive review of a towing company, because having to tow your car is never a positive experience, but the experience I had with Denver Express Towing was excellent from start to finish. From Polo, who took my call and scheduled a tow as quickly as possible, to Mario, who did an AMAZING job of getting my very uncooperative truck on and off the skates carefully and with clear experience and attention to what he was doing, I now know there is never any other tow company I will call in Denver, should I have another issue. Thanks so much guys! You made a bad day nowhere near as bad as it could have been, and were fair on pricing, on time, and careful with my beloved truck.

I am not one to usually leave a review, however I was so impressed with our experience I wanted to share it. I called AAA to have my sons car towed and Diego called me back immediately. He was courteous and told me he would be there in 20-30 minutes, which he was. When he showed up he worked quickly and efficiently to get my sons car off the side of the road. He was professional, kind and very patient, he even waited at the tire shop to make sure we were all set with them before he left. I would highly recommend this business and hope if I ever have to call AAA again that I will be able to request them.
