After calling numerous other towing companies and being told they couldn’t handle my project. I was referred to Mike. He had the confidence and knowledge to handle this tow with zero issues!! Dishonest! We hired Action to do a job for us with a pre-negotiated rates they agreed to - $300 per unit x 6 units and it was sent to them in writing. That is a typical rate we pay to most other tow companies we hire in CO and nationwide. We have these jobs done all over the country everyday by tow companies and we have NEVER had a tow play the dishonest game that Action did.
They did some work on three units but didn't come close to doing what we agreed, and they didn't contact us to discuss any rate adjustment as our PO required. Instead they took one of the units back to their yard and held it hostage until we paid a ransom of $1,200 because they said it was more work. It was exactly what we described to them. He also required we put in writing that we wouldn't dispute the credit card charge - isn't that a sign that they knew they were being dishonest? Action didn't honor their quote, didn't do the work we hired them to do, then shook us down. Very unethical and crooked.
After we paid their ransom, we had to hire another company to do the work they should have done (and the other company did it for the same rate that Action quoted without any issues or complaints). We have filed a complaint with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and will be pursuing other means to recoup the ransome we had to pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! These guys are predatory and will screw you over!
Mike was absolutely amazing!!! I blew my tire out on I-25. Got scammed by another towing company, told him the story & he was there to help within 30 minutes. I could not have had a better experience with him. Great local company to use when you’re in a pinch. Thanks again Mike!!

We had an excellent experience with action towing. They have great communication and timely. Their price is fair and their driver is courteous and flexible. On September 3, 2023, my check engine light came on while I was driving down East Hampden Avenue and my car went into limp mode. As it was a holiday weekend, I was calling around in a desperate attempt to find a towing service to drop my car off at the KIA dealership. I called Action Towing and was greeting on the phone with amazing customer service and a promise of prompt service. When Christiana arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile then got straight to work. She was so efficient and confident that you can tell she is not new to the towing business. She graciously provided me with a ride to the dealership and was a pleasure to talk to on the ride there.
Although I hope to never be broken down again, it is good to know Action Towing will be there if I need them!

We are so happy and thankful for this great company. Very nice staff answering the phone. Extremely easy and very clear to schedule. They were able to make it to our location within 15min. After assesing the vehicle (keep in mind we already had roadside assistance check it out and tell us it definitely needed a tow) the awesome technician , Mike, was able to save us an unneeded tow to the mechanic since it was something extremely simple. They were very kind offering a discount to the total since we didnt need towing. It's hard to find service like this anymore. If I ever find myself in the position needing a tow or hear of a friend looking I'm definetely going straight to Action Towing. Thanks again for everything and keep up the awesome customer service!
Definitely the company to call if you need a tow in the Denver area. After trying another tow company that was extremely rude and gave a 3 hour wait time, we called Action and Michael was very kind and helpful. The driver arrived in 30 minutes during the evening rush on a Thursday.

Action Towing is the best! After waiting for AAA for over 2 hours and being told 3 different times it would be another hour - we called Action Towing. They were there in less than 30 minutes. Very professional, efficient, and attentive. It took the driver less than 15 minutes to load the car on the tow truck. I highly recommend this company and send them a huge thanks!
I was stranded on the shoulder of I25 with a broken ball joint during rush hour, the first 2 towing companies that I called weren't interested in recovering my car. The 3rd towing towing company that I called agreed to send a driver, 45 minutes later they sent me a text saying their truck broke down and work has been crazy... Not what I wanted to hear. I then called Action Towing and spoke with Mike who was very proffessional on the phone. Within 20 minutes he arrived and despite the dangerous recovery situation (stuck on the left shoulder of I25 just north of I70) Mike maintained a positive and down to earth attitude the entire time. He hauled my car to the shop and drove me home at a very reasonable price. So if you want to make the best out of a bad situation then make sure you call Action Towing first!
I'm more than happy to write a review for Action after their helping me last night after 11:00 PM (and sorry, I didn't get the name of the excellent tech who took care of us). Absolutely helped me, my wife, and two boys get the car to the nearby tire shop, then located a hotel for us that was right up the road, and took us there. That's just the short version of how he helped. So glad I called this place.
Incredible customer service. I was stuck late night off 22nd and Blake. Called several companies who were talking 2-3 hour wait time and outrageous rates. I called Action and the driver was there in less than 40mins. He was courteous and friendly. I have a BMW 750LI, he was familiar with the car and this made the tow process quick and simple. It's happened to all of us...came out to my truck to go to work at 7:00am and it wouldn't start. I called 3 other towing companies prior to Action Towing and got no answer from anyone. Some companies say 24 hours, but don't hold their promise. Farouk with Action Towing answered my call immediately! He was at my truck within 20 mins of my call. He dropped my truck off at the mechanic and went above and beyond when he even offered to drop me off at work so I wouldn't be late! Farouk saved the day and I will never use another towing service in the future. Honest, professional, and punctual! I will recommend Action Towing to all of my friends and family!
Broke on the side of the highway. Called action towing and they arrived immediately and got me to safety and to a mechanic shop for a great price. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
