I was GUARANTEED an offer after telling them the condition my truck was in and once they arrived to pick it up, they started haggling the price even though I was told that they wouldn’t and that the price was guaranteed. Super frustrating process, seller beware as they’ll try to scam
To the company’s response: I had advised you about the issues when I called for a quote. I did not leave anything behind and truthfully told you the condition my truck was in, this is why I am frustrated because I did not lie about its condition during our call, yet I was lied to about the guaranteed price . If you would’ve never guaranteed the price, I would understand the haggle, but I was lied to.

Roy was SUPER! He showed up right on time, was professional and courteous. He made sure the clearance was good before pulling the car out, it was in the back of the house and he had to back up his truck between the fence and the house, wasn't a lot of room but he did it. Fast and friendly service! I filled out the questionnaire on their site and they reached out within 5 minutes. They were very direct and reasonable with their quote. They estimated an hour and a half but actually came early and communicated with me to make sure the earlier time would work. When they arrived they did a quick inspection of the car, made sure I was okay with the price, filled out the paperwork which only took about 5 minutes, then loaded and hauled my vehicle off. The whole process took less than two hours and was very hassle free! I definitely recommend using this company for any used car selling needs.
