Would avoid using this towing company. Broke down and they gave me a estimate thay was responsible I thought. Then they called back and they said it would be $200 more I need the tow so said it was fine. Then they told me a time they were going to be delivering my truck and waited 3 hours and called and they didn't know what was going on. The tow truck they sent out broke down and they didn't worry about giving me a call. Was told to give them a hour to a hour and a half to get the truck to me. I had requested them to call me 15-20 minutes before they showed up they called me 5 minutes before and then complained about waiting for me. When I had to wait since 6pm that they picked it up until past 9pm the truck broke down about half a hour away from my yard and had to wait another 45 minutes for them to get me the invoice to pay the tow that apparently went up another $200 from what they had told me. Asked if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience and they said they wouldn't charge me for the time they broke down. And that's all they could do. Would highly recommend you use someone else.
To all cdl drivers and companies. This towe driver by the name of Mr. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable about his responsibilities with towing. With a smile on his face Mr Tony told me everything I needed to know about him. This wasn't just a job for Mr. Tony. It was his life mission! Stay safe and be blessed.
Tony was great! Made the whole process smooth and was very efficient! Broke down on I-70 east around mile marker 178 and we were given a 2 hr eta and he was earlier than promised. Appreciate all the help we had thanks to him

Tristan to the rescue Again!. I guess I know what it feels like to be damsel in distress now. Lol... the 1st time Tristan had to come to my house on Tuesday to tow my car Because the ignition was locked. but after he started it and Rocky Mountain didn't charge me I thought Great I'll get through the week and drop it off on Friday for the service. Well the ignition kept locking all freaking week. At this point I'm 20 miles from home my company is closed and getting ready to lock down our parking lot so even if I did get the car started there's no way out!!! I called Rocky Mountain tow and they sent Tristan, He starts the car Without any issues drives I up on his bed and locks it down. Than we head out for a 20 mile ride to Subaru. I could be super aggravated about this but I actually feel blessed. Because Tristan truly is a very great representative of what this company is here for. He honestly treats customers with dignity and respect and puts a person at ease because he's so easy to talk to. Tristan Thank you so much for this rescue good laugh, conversation, and going above and beyond to take me home. I'm forever greatful. I'll never use anyone else for a tow other than Rocky Mountain tow any recovery. I appreciate the service.
