Ok. Whew. I can’t say enough good things. Don’t know where to start but this is my second purchase because the first was so good. Bought my first big girl truck by myself 3 yrs ago. Ryan was so helpful and honest. We made friends. He sold me the coolest truck that was extremely well maintained it turned out to be a unicorn and the best thing I ever bought. Over the years I have sent many people to him and he helped them all! Found my self needing another truck for my growing fleet so of course I returned to Ryan and Eric at DTI on Steele street. Expecting the same great service I was blown away by the way they did even better this time. Exceeded expectations 1000% Didn’t know that was possible! But they took care of all the things I asked of them and without any hidden cost or fee. The level of service is often missing in the world anymore. They got all my paperwork done , picked me up from airport, did full inspection with me made a few upgrades at no cost to me. I just got home after buying a lightly used F-350 stakebed and it was an excellent experience. They picked me up from the airport and had the truck ready to drive when I got there.
The truck ended up showing a random TPMS code on my test drive. First, DTI took it to the shop and had them diagnose it. The tire shop thought they had it fixed so I went on my way. On my way home the light came back on and DTI has offered to help with the cost of repairs.
It is clear they have integrity and stand behind their products.

Once the price dropped a little to where I was comfortable in buying and contacted Ryan he made the hole process very simple. I want to start this review just by saying that the only reason it's a 3 star is because Ryan Setterington has kept his word and has been responding to my questions and messages regarding the truck even almost a year after I bought it. (realistically looking back at all issues I've had it should be 1 star)
Just because the business has great reviews unfortunately doesn't mean that they will sell you the truck in fully working condition as they promise beforehand. INSPECT IT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN BEFORE YOU BUY IT! (I almost didn't at all and also was in a time crunch as I don't live in Denver and flew in just to buy the truck)
I have had numerous issues with mine (all issues that shouldn't be there as they aren't minor and their service team should have known about them. Here are a few - broken ac condenser fan (obvious at the front of the truck), malfunctioning heating in the cab, non-functioning glow plugs, huge thread difference in the front two tires, headlights shorting and going out constantly, false reading on the speedometer, non-functioning fuel gauge, leaking hose in the liftgate (fixed before I bought it after I made a point of it), major leaks in the box (not fully fixed even after a secondary visit there).
What I paid for the truck was premium, even after they asked for $1000 on top of the asking price I gave it to them with the hope that I am actually getting an older truck but without problems (so they said).
I do think that most, if not all of the problems that I discovered after the purchase, would have been addressed shortly after, if I lived closer to Denver and could drop it off with them, but that's not the case and that's not the point. The point is that even things that they knew aren't the way they should be (tire threads difference, problem with the heating in the cab, the broken fan of the condenser) were not addressed before I went to see/buy the truck that's very disappointing to me and have cost me a lot in order to get most issues addressed and fixed. They made effort to help and compensate, (ultimately most (NOT ALL) issues were addressed after 2 follow-up visits, but at the second one I also gave them another $1000, don't ask what my fuel, hotel etc expenses were in order to do those 2 visits) but that's too many issues to have in a truck that you are paying a premium for!
Conclusion: if you live around Denver and have time, they'll probably address the possible issues that your used truck might come with, and you don't notice at purchase, if not - brace yourself for a lot of money spent on repairs on top of a premium price paid for the truck.
