The experience I had with purchasing vehicles from Eric at DTI was great. He worked with me to get exactly what my company needed. He even came and picked up my driver and I from the airport. The trucks where cleaned, gased up and ready to go. I will continue to purchase from this company. In fact I just purchased 2 more F450.

Ok. Whew. I can’t say enough good things. Don’t know where to start but this is my second purchase because the first was so good. Bought my first big girl truck by myself 3 yrs ago. Ryan was so helpful and honest. We made friends. He sold me the coolest truck that was extremely well maintained it turned out to be a unicorn and the best thing I ever bought. Over the years I have sent many people to him and he helped them all! Found my self needing another truck for my growing fleet so of course I returned to Ryan and Eric at DTI on Steele street. Expecting the same great service I was blown away by the way they did even better this time. Exceeded expectations 1000% Didn’t know that was possible! But they took care of all the things I asked of them and without any hidden cost or fee. The level of service is often missing in the world anymore. They got all my paperwork done , picked me up from airport, did full inspection with me made a few upgrades at no cost to me. Even made sure my 12v was working so I could charge my phone on the ride home. If you find yourself in need of a good truck you are in the right place! Oh and I got a cool trucker hat for my collection and a T shirt. 2 down and I know there will be a 3rd!
Excellent buying experience.
I just got home after buying a lightly used F-350 stakebed and it was an excellent experience. They picked me up from the airport and had the truck ready to drive when I got there.
The truck ended up showing a random TPMS code on my test drive. First, DTI took it to the shop and had them diagnose it. The tire shop thought they had it fixed so I went on my way. On my way home the light came back on and DTI has offered to help with the cost of repairs.
It is clear they have integrity and stand behind their products.
For used light/medium trucks and equipment, use DTI!

We purchased a dump truck at the Steele St location, the 8 hour drive we took to get there was worth it! From the first phone call to purchase time, communication & process was smooth. Nelson was very assertive but not pushy, and even though no warranty is offered they stood behind a minor issue with the a/c once we got back home. Would definitely buy another truck from DTI!

Ryan and DTI trucks was a pleasure to work with. I had been monitoring a truck for a time and had talked to Ryan about it. Once the price dropped a little to where I was comfortable in buying and contacted Ryan he made the hole process very simple.
