After having an issue with another towing company I called Roadside Towing. They were fast to respond and took great care when loading my very low car on the flatbed. If you are in need of a tow and don’t want to worry about damage to your vehicle Roadside will take great care of you.
I've personally talked to 3 different people when I called. One person said he is a driver, other two stayed unknown. My husband's truck broke right near this company's office. We waited 45 minutes for the towing truck to show up. Nobody ever showed up. We missed 2 calls from the driver because we had a infant with us and we were taking care of him. When I called back the driver said we did not answer the call while he was at the location. We were outside, in the truck bed with a baby. He definitely could see us if he was at the location. We truly believe nobody ever drove to our location. We needed to take our truck down the street to a dealership, less than 5 minutes from our location and this company's office. It seems to me that somebody decided that our request was not worth the time and money and just decided to not work with us. Very unfortunate.
The guy who showed up took a couple of hours to get there ,this was a particularly busy day and they were lots of accidents but when he did show up he was able to hook up the truck quick to my car and I only had about five blocks to go so he dropped off the mileage charge and also gave me a break on the tow charge. there were other companies who would have charged me the full amount, and also insisted on 125 to hook up, these people only charge $100 , so I would say this experience was pretty good and he seem to be a nice guy
Hung up on me before I could even finish asking for a tow.. Then leaves a sarcastic answer to my review? Absolutely unprofessional.. I would never recommend a company this sloppy, careless and shoddy.
I called them and they towed my car to a shop in a timely manor and that is great. I have to say they charge too much my destination was 4 miles from my house and I was charged about 200. For that distance I say anything over 120 is not cool. 50/50 on calling again
Our tow driver was great, very friendly finding us and had a very pleasant hour and a half ride with the driver to the dealer. He also gave us a recommendation for a repair shop that was much cheaper than the dealership we were taking it to and also gave us a ride to a hotel afterward. Overall great experience
Roadside Towing was awesome! After waiting for other tow trucks for 5 hours, Roadside Towing came to my rescue in a matter of minutes! The driver was very nice and professional and I would recommend them highly!

My car broke down on a busy street late on a Sunday night; I called a bunch of local towing places but most either didn’t answer at all or told me they weren’t available. One said they could get to me in 4-5 hours. Luckily, I then called Roadside and they said they’d be there in 45 minutes, then showed up in less than 30. Super friendly and good communication, delivered my car to the repair shop quickly and safely, and the pricing seemed very reasonable. Very good experience with this business! Thank you!
