Sure I got the cash for my car and whatnot but I was told a "few hours they'd pick up my car" never showed. So when I called again, they said they were "on the way."
Still never showed, then I called one more time for an ETA they said they were booked. And this was on Saturday, they were closed on Sunday. So today now Monday they called and said they were on the way over..um I wasn't home, maybe have better communication on these type of things.
I forgot the name of the driver, but 8/28 my wrangler broke down and my insurance had Mijares tow my vehicle. I couldn’t be happier. Quick pick up. Very very polite kind and professional. Would definitely recommend!
This tow company is Janky. I called in with a flat tire and the tow truck that showed up didn’t even have a compressor to try to fill my tire up so I didn’t have to back it out on the rim. Then when I asked the frank if my girlfriend And I could ride with him to discount tire he told us No. not to mention he had a terrible attitude while he was Putting our truck on his toe bed.
Hands down one of the best experiences I had with a towing service! My driver, Will, was very friendly and professional. Super helpful and was very knowledgeable. Car troubles are always stressful, but my mind was put to ease when I realized I was in good hands. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Horrible company. Kept changing the show up time and after over 3 hours of waiting, they canceled the pickup, leaving my truck on the street and where the city ticketed it and eventually tow it. Costing me alot of money and time!
Don't use this lazy poor customer service company! Get a real caring tow company!
I used them through my insurance company and Jesse came to get my vehicle. He was very nice, helpful, and professional. He got to my car faster than expected, I want to say about 40 minutes or so. I realized after the fact but we were dropping it off at a storage yard and when the lady gave me directions, he spoke and I put my finger up to say just a minute, it may have came across rude but he didn't get rude back and was very helpful and kind still. Sorry about that but thank you for your help and ignoring my rudeness!
Do not use mijares towing...they are clowns. They are totally unprofessional and don't seem to know what they're doing. Showed up at wrong address and called saying they can't find the car. I explained they were about a mile or so away from where they were at and gave them the correct address. The driver Omar was a complete jackass while speaking to me on the phone and was very rude and dismissive. Said maybe he'll show up later. I asked for an estimate and he said he didn't care if we used them or not and maybe an hour or 3 hours...I spoke with another employee of mijares named Francisco and he was pretty dismissive as well and told me to call the office. So I called the office and tried to get an answer from them and talked to some complete morons who was even worse than the first 2, and to make a long stroy short he said they were not coming and hung up like a complete coward. Beware of doing business with companies like this. Save yourself the headache and try to hire American towing companies that value your business. This was trough roadside service that I pay through my insurance company. They too were disappointed with the quality of mijares towing..they will be escalating this company for further review for future use. They sent me a different company and everything went smoothly..they knew what professionalism was...I would absolutely warn against using mijares...they are a joke in my opinion and I do many reviews on companies good and bad..
They were dispatched through my insurance when I blew a tire on the highway. Originally quoted 60-90 minutes, but they were there within 20 minutes. Got me loaded up and dropped off at my shop. Thanks for the help in a scary situation.
We were on our honeymoon and got a flat tire. The spare was also flat and the driver literally rescued us. He was also informative on cool places around and was a delight to ride with. Dude was fast, reliable, easy to talk to, and very professional in the way he operated.
My driver Joe showed up quickly and was very friendly and fast. Another towing company was supposed to come but actually canceled my appointment and told me they could reschedule for a pick up at 9pm instead of 530pm, meanwhile my phone was at 7% so I am very thankful for Joe and Mijares!
Great tow company, they took great care of the car, arrived with a nice flat bed and took care putting on all the straps. I took there card as I’ll use them again.
Horrible. Picked up my car and was supposed to deliver to the body shop, but lied and said the body shop told them to take it to their yard. Got to the body shop they had no clue of what I was talking about because mijares never called. Had to call the insurance company to make them take my car to the shop and threaten to call the police. Shady towing company please call your insurance and body shop before letting them take your car.

They worked to pull my 2500HD out of underground parking with chains and then put her on the bed.
Ceiling was too low, 7 ft at Embassy Suites downtown Denver, to get the normal hauler down there.
Make sure you get a receipt at time of tow.. Do not believe them if they say they will send to your email.. I tried for several months to get a receipt so that I could get reimbursed from my auto insurance company. The tow truck driver, Willie Taylor, decided to use company truck to tow but pocketed the money. His manager didn't know about the tow. So manager refused to give me a receipt. Tow truck driver Wiie Taylor, would not return my calls. So I didn't get reimbursed. You want to decieve your job, thats on you but don't screw me over.
Update: Ended up waiting 4 hours and nobody arrived. No contact or communication from Mijares Towing and had to transfer to another company through roadside assistance. What a waste of time, do not use this company.
Waited over 2 hours for a tow assigned by insurance through roadside assistance. When I called, the person responsible for my assignment was out of the office and had to redirect me to the main office. The main office had no response other "sorry we are very busy we will send someone soon," without any information or ETA. The business had absolutely no communication with me and only responded to my provider when I called for help. Even then, I was told I had to wait 30 more minutes.
My car needed to be towed from a parking lot in inner-city Denver, not a rural area far away. They still were completely incapable of completing that kind of work. Unacceptable really.
They were called to tow my truck by my insurance company after an not at fault accident. They refused to take my truck to the designated location and then left my driver door open in the rain for a full week with the keys left inside. They refused to let me access my truck to close the door and lied about the door being closed and locked while I was standing in their storage yard looking at my truck. Items were missing from my truck after being in their possession. They held on to my truck and refused to take it to the body shop even though my insurance had already paid for the tow so they can collect more storage fees. Do not under any circumstances trust these crooks with your vehicle
I was very pleased with their service. I went through my insurance for the tow and they towed my car to the location of my choice. I asked the driver if he could give me a ride to the location to which he did. The young man was very nice and respectful. He was very careful with my vehicle from beginning to end. My only call out would be the time it took them to pick up the car, 20 min out turned to an hour. I still gave them 5 stars, it was peak hour and I understand things happen. I was able to track their trip through my insurance app which I thought was really helpful. Overall, the experience was good and I'd use them again.
