Same story, I parked only 5 minutes to receive something and when I see they had already immobilized the car, they are stalking people that is their only job. Terrible
I honestly had no issue with paying, but when I came to my car the guy with initials IH was coming towards me rude. So I want to be honest and say that I was very rude back but I would have just figured it Out anyways.

Just want to suggest for people to not be so rude. Maybe. I am attaching his lettering and initials also the time is incorrect I was at the store for 18 minutes not 1 hour.
I also recorded this interaction and made a report to Public Utilities commission. Will send another one and will continue to email you guys.
This company operates less like a towing service and more like a predatory trap. They sit in the parking lot of closed businesses, watching for unsuspecting drivers, and then immediately boot vehicles — not to protect property, but to collect quick cash. There’s nothing ethical or community-minded about their practices; it’s opportunistic and profit-driven at the expense of hardworking people. I would strongly recommend avoiding any property or lot where they operate, and I hope property owners rethink partnering with a business that treats the public this way.
Similar to other stories. $160 is excessive for booting my car. I parked illegally to grab a bite to eat. I thought I would be okay since someone said they would watch my car while I ran in with my baby. This financially hurt me.
I understand that I parked in a tow zone but it was literally for 2mins just so I could run and get my bike tire filled up with air. Mind u, the parking lot for a store called conu’s and it wasn’t even open. Watch the camera it was literally 2mins I came back out to my car to a man that had predatorily waited for me to leave my car so he could immediately place a boot on my car. I had no money to pay the $160 fine he was trying to give me so I had to sit in my car for almost 3hrs trying to figure out what to do. He still charged me $140 and that was the only money I had to eat off of. So if you see this tow company sitting in parking lots, just know they are predatorily waiting for people to instantly leave their car to boot. I felt robbed and I’ll be financially hurt for a while. Plz whatever u do, be careful. They are predators!
Similar to many stories I parked in an empty lot with the store being closed and I ran into a place to get my son something to eat, no more than 7 minutes there was a guy waiting for me in the lot with my truck booted and didn’t care to hear me out. They did take a picture of my id and card which was weird to me. Gross and disgusting. The lady of the place the spot was for came out and gave me a hug apologizing because they’re loosing business due to the towing company towing patrons. Very disappointed in the lack of humanity.
My college aged son had his car booted today. I understand that he parked illegally (in a lot of a closed business) but demanding a photo of his id and credit card is not only unnecessary it’s suspicious. When I called to ask why the photo of my son’s id was necessary I was yelled at and sworn at. Please call the police if you are booted by this company and DO NOT allow this man to photograph your id!!! Regardless of his claims that this is “to prevent calling your bank to dispute charges”, he does not need a photo of your id!!! No other business is going to ask for a PHOTO of your id to prove payment! This is predatory and gross!
Booted my car after I parked in a lot for 5 minutes when my 5 year old had an emergency bathroom need. 5 minutes. I missed the signs saying parking was only for customers in that spot and that was my fault. I was dealing with a potty emergency. But really- 5 minutes. Predatory and unnecessary. I paid the $125 after they made it clear they didn't care.
Trainee booted a few days ago vehicle while I was on call for emergency and was extorted for high price to remove unable to dispute since I had to leave and they knew it.
I really appreciated the boot you gave me this morning in a lot that was empty because both business there were closed. I get it, I broke the rules but it’s completely unnecessary. Your company clearly practices predatory towing, but can’t now because of the new law. I hope “predatory booting” works out just as well for you. Enjoy your $125.
It's a good place to find good car parts I found off-road vehicle there they just need some work you could sometimes find yourself some new toys at the junkyard the people are nice over there
Weren't able to tow a bus, but they were polite about it, directed us somewhere that could help and got back to us quickly. Friendly, quick, would recommend for a smaller or medium vehicle tow, though they did seem busy at the time

What a great guy and great service Couldn’t recommend AAT more strongly. Estimated arrival time was pretty accurate. Called numerous other companies but they never got back to me or had much longer wait times. Very professional all around. Would go with them next time (which I hope I never have to).
