  terrible customer service, sent a block back on accident without its main caps, and the company didnt reach out or didnt give me time to reach out to them. They through away the block the same day of receiving it. Why would i purposely send a block back without its caps.

  Unmatched customer service. I found an oil pan on ebay, but overnight wasn't offered. I found out EJC was selling it so I contacted them directly. No hesitation, pulled the part, weighed it, promptly returned my call and gave me an estimate. I paid, they sent me a text with the package taped, packaged, and thr tracking number. I got the package today! Truly appreciate the whole process.

  The part arrived broken and the manager /owner refused to either reimburse or send a new one. He claimed that the part must of broken in transit ,but there were no pieces in the box, a piece couldn't of magically disappeared from a sealed box , which brings to a logical conclusion that the part was sent broken initially.

  We recently needed several internal engine parts for a 2009 Ford F250 with the 6.4 diesel engine. I discovered EJC on Ebay, and ordered parts. They shipped out the very next day and I received them the following day. The parts were exactly as advertised and worked out well. They were internal engine parts that rarely wear out, and EJC send some in excellent condition. I also called EJC for some other parts and the representative was very knowledgably and friendly. Their prices are good too! I'll be checking with them in the future when we need used parts!

  I could not be happier with EJC! I needed a timing cover for my jeep and after trying & returning 3 from other places I gave them a try. Their online listing actually had high quality photos of the timing cover I was buying instead of just a generic pictures. It was cheaper than any other listing and when I picked it up from their shop in Denver the overall quality was better than I was hoping for. Everyone at their shop was great too! If you need a part go with EJC auto parts.

  This place is amazing! Very hard to find honesty in the automotive world. Never had the wrong part sent to me once. I have ordered the same cylinder head from two different vendors. One place sent the wrong one and another place sent one with bent valves. The one I got from EJC looked new and came right away. Also they have Spanish speaking reps which is good for my coworkers.

  I got my ram injectors here and the guys even gave me a deal since i ended up buying all 6. The best part was that the deal was given when i individually purchased all 6 at different times. Not all at once. Thanks guys. Ill come back again.

  "Great Service and Parts". Purchased a used cylinder head from EJC. The item came quickly and was exactly what was pictured. The item only needed a small amount of clean up and new valve seats. Installed back into my car and runs like a champ. Definitely saved me a ton of money doing this work myself with a cylinder head from EJC. I would recommend these guys .
