Update 2026/02/13- Once again EXCELLENT Customer Service from Eddie at Victors Towing. Our new Nissan Truck wasn't starting, possibly electrical issues so we called Victors Towing again. The response time was excellent and the communication from initial call to drop off at dealership! Very careful uploading of vehicle to tow truck and great communication. Very friendly and professional work!! We will definitely recommend them to all our friends who need towing!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
2025/01/02 Amazing! Excellent communication from 1st call to pickup for towing. CASH for your wrecked vehicle too. I was helping my senior neighbors get their car towed from Walmart parking lot after they were involved in an accident on the road nearby. Unfortunately it was an old car, no collision insurance so I was looking for least expensive option for them. The other driver hit their car so hard that the front end was totally pushed in, frame bent, and engine pushed back, damaging radiator and more. Not driveable. Knowing all this, Eddie at Victor's Towing called back quickly, gave me a quote and were on their way within the hour. My neighbor and I met him with the paperwork needed and they paid on the spot for the totalled car. I received updates via text until they arrived, as well as copied of all the paperwork completed. Eddie was kind, professional and explained everything clearly. Car was towed away and all is well. I'm truly impressed by the customer service from beginning to end! Will definitely share their business info and call again if every we need another tow!! Highly recommended!

Worked with Victor and had the best experience ever! I needed a car gone quick, I was in such a tough spot. I was visiting for the holidays and had a car I previously couldn't get sold that was getting tickets on its registration. Victor was the only company willing to come and pick it up on such short notice, and when he came to pick it up he junped it for us, handled all the paperwork and made my part so easy, and he was done in maybe five minutes? Cash on the spot, super professional and courteous-he was so eager to help us! He even offered us more than the other local companies. Don't go to Peddle, don't go to cash for cars or junk cars, go to Victor.
