  Neo is awesome, he answered when I called. He came right away to grab the keys from me so I didn't have to stay with my broke down car on the side of 225 in morning rush hour traffic. On time, super responsive and communicated amazingly!! I definitely recommend giving him a call if you are in need of being towed.

  My car had a mechanical breakdown and i needed to get to work. Neo took care of my car..messages me and sent pictures the whole way along. He dropped my car to the dealership and gave them my information. Then he sent me a picture of the guy that he gave my vehicle too. He is now saved in my phone and the only one I will use for towing. Above and Beyond service.

  I’ve used Neo twice in the last couple weeks to haul my broken dodge Cummins around town to various shops. He’s a good dude! Very polite and kind and sincere. I’ve never been a big fan of tow companies, but Neo is awesome and I’ll definitely use him again. Would trust him with any vehicle of mine. Great communication and level of service. Top notch.   Don’t bother. We made arrangements for Neo to pick up our classic car for transport to shop. After agreeing on a time and following his direction to send him reminder texts he never responded, never called, never sent text and ultimately never showed up. We tried calling all his numbers but he didn’t answer. Left us scrambling to find another transport so we could get the car to the shop on time. Very unprofessional.

  Driver almost ran 2 carsoff the road trying to switch lanes. Never used turn signals or got back in own lane. I wouldn't use this tow service being that they disregard all others and can't drive safely!! Wouldn't want my vehicle in an accident while in tow.

  Neo was so helpful and nice! He arrived fast with an affordable quote. I had some wheel issues and he got under my car to make sure everything was in place before putting my car onto his truck in order not to cause any further damage. I appreciate the time and care he took in working on getting my car towed. I cannot recomend Neo enough and will always call him in the future if I ever need to be towed again!
