Mountain Truck took great care of our motorhome and squeezed us in to get us back on the road. We are from Florida (RVing) and traveling further west! Mike, service manager, and his mechanics saved us and we are very thankful!!

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful, I have been told by lots of stores in the area that they didn’t have what I needed even before looking. Not here they made my problem theirs and got all the hydraulic fittings/ advice I needed. Thank you

it's a large franchise all I need is a good staff find one with a good staff and you got a good Carquest. Do be careful there are scams everywhere even at the top of the biggest most successful companies
I quickly learned this is where the good 'ol boys get their parts and chat about their last successful complete engine overhaul. I felt like Dennis Hopper on a flashy motor-sickle on the way to Mardi Gras. Haven't felt like that Longmont, like ever. But much like the service dept of Mountain Truck, they count on your ignorance. A simple return on a tool that did not function correctly and left me with 2 additional days of repair and damage turned ugly. I was literally laughed at. "Supervisor pls?" "Out. For hours." So I called from the parking lot. Out must mean alone time in his office. I brandished broken bolts, they were thrown. After much grumbling and assurance that they sympathized very little for my predicament, they returned my money and I walked out, returning to the 21st century.
They are not a real carquest store. Can't help with any warranty issues. So who's going to warranty what I buy from them if I'm not here when it brakes.
I've had the same experience as Matthew B. I definitely recommend these guys as well. It's hard to find good knowledge in a parts store anymore but not the case here.
