I needed my spare tire installed as one of my tires was going flat on a Sunday morning. I was able to easily make an appointment at the Firestone center. Then we're able to check me in within 3 minutes and I was out within 30 minutes. Terrific, friendly help!!

I drove 16 miles to avoid the firestone thats 1 mine away from my house because I had such a bad experience at that one. This firestone in firestone blew my socks off, they were awesome, extremely helpful, got the job done quickly, communicated every step of the way from confirming appointment to completion. You should probably have this store manager mentor your other store managers!

This review is long overdue. I had been having so many issues with the Firestone in Longmont, unable to complete services they set appointments for, lack of communication, poor customer service. The team at the Frederick location got me in lars minute, completed the service Longmont was failing to do, and made the price right for me. I think I don't mind driving to Frederick for that kind of service!

Chance was super helpful and got all of my issues fixed! Im usually super worried about mechanics quoting me ridiculous things that I know are alright but he got me straight and got me back on the road ASAP! Will definitely be coming here again!

I wasted my time to come to this location 30 minutes from my house because all other Firestone locations have been poor. This one is now added to the list as I came down to get my stuck lift gate checked and they did not look at my liftgate at all when that was something they stated they could look at and fix. What added fuel to the fire of not fixing my liftgate or even looking at it was the fact that their rep Stu Lesnick was swearing in front of multiple customers just because of the computer systems switching and frustrating him. He was obviously unable to emotionally regulate himself while on the job and he also got snappy with another coworker for no reason at all. Very unprofessional and he is a large reason why I will only come back for my free tire rotations and will not spend another cent unless this is rectified. I am tired of getting burned by Firestone. I will find a local shop and pay more for that. Edit: had another poor experience today after I had been reached out to about this situation. I let it blow past but fool me twice, shame on me. I will spend 100s to go get disrespected elsewhere 😅

When they are not busy, they have the capacity to give great customer service and many times do. However when faced with peak times, walk-ins trying to usurp appointments, or general problems, the customer service is lacking. None of their prices are competitive or low so they really only can keep customers by providing excellent service. Great service from them is not consistent which is what bothers me. After over an hour from my appointment time, I finally saw my car being pulled into bay for service. After 2+ hours later (for an oil change), I went snooping around and found my keys sitting on an unmanned desk with paperwor, finished. Earlier they had said the service would take 60 to 90 minutes and they would call me when done. Both were lies. The most annoying part is that the rep Chance was gaslighting me and saying he was "about to come back in to" ring me out but there is no truth in that- he was mid convo when I had another rep go ask for a small discount on the wiper blades I asked firestone to install, to give you more business because I generally liked this location. For 80+ bucks, those three blades were not worth it. Chance is usually pleasant most times but was likely having a bad day and taking it out on others, which happened last time I was there. Last time, an older veteran working there was swearing (in the lobby) at another coworker for not doing something for him. I don't mind swearing but for a business, it was really inappropriate and I did report that too. The auto shop is not some locker room, it is a business. Chance only offered a couple bucks discount. Not stating the amount of "a couple", I decided 5 dollars off and negating the issue (by saying 2 hours was not that long and that today was "just one of those days") was NOT the type of making it right I was looking for, so I told him to save the discount and I would spend my next 200 dollars elsewhere. Thousands of dollars spent at this new location already yet it means nothing to them. I worked in customer service for nearly a decade regarding retail so I know how easy it is to make it right with a customer. Instead of a discount, they lost my oil change business, which will add up to nearly 1000 in the 2026 year due to frequency I change it and type of oil I purchase, unless this situation is made right. If this type of poor service continues, my tires I will likely need in the next half year will come from discount tire, as they apologize for ridiculous wait times.

The team at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Firestone are awesome. They got me taken care of in a very timely manner when I needed a cooling system repair on one of my coolant hoses on my vehicle after a lower coolant hose failed causing a massive coolant leak. Chance the service advisor made sure that my vehicle received the proper services necessary to address the coolant leak as well as demonstrating way beyond excellent level of customer service.

Went to have a nail removed from a tire on my vehicle and they told me I had to buy a new tire. Yet the day before I went to another store and they told me it wouldn't be an issue, but they didnt have techs to fix it. So I made an appointment for today at the Firestone location. When asked why they wouldn't fix it when the other guy said they could. His response, "He must've been a young tech." Sounds like a scam to me! These tires have great thread on them.

If you’ve ever sat at a red light wondering if your car is about to disassemble itself out of spite, this is the place to go. Abraham worked on my car and somehow turned a 170k+ mile vehicle that had opinions (loud, rattly ones) into something that actually drives nice. Oil change, wheel bearing, tie rod, four new tires, and the heat shield that had been rattling like a mariachi band every time I stopped — all handled. No small task, and yet… my car hasn’t felt this good since I first got it. I genuinely enjoy driving it again, which feels illegal at this mileage. I also feel safer on the road, which is kind of the whole point. Taylor, the manager, deserves his own shoutout. When a part had to be ordered and things didn’t go exactly as planned, he went above and beyond — clear communication, reassuring updates, and making sure I was getting the best price possible. Zero stress, zero nonsense, just solid human service. By the end, I wanted to hug both of them. They did everything right. If you’re looking for skilled work, honesty, and a team that actually cares whether you leave happy (and not hearing mysterious rattles), this is your spot. Highly, highly recommend.

Needed my tire sensers recalibrated. Not only did they do it quick and painless but they didn’t charge me. Also talked with a guy who was super helpful and great personality. Thank you guys and I will come back here if I need anything!

I came in with a low tire and chance found a tiny nail in it right away, he got it patched up for me on the spot with no appointment. Excellent service I will definitely be back!

The Firestone in Firestone was so accommodating and so nice! I had a screw in my tire and I didn’t even get them at Firestone. They took great care of me, and got my tire patched so quickly!

The staff at this location are professional and courteous! They don't beat around the bush and they are honest and forthcoming with details and information!! Best outcome from a less than ideal situation thanks to these guys. Tyler and Stuart are both great! Highly recommend!!

Zero stars, avoid this place and its lying staff. The district manager is the worst of them all making the place a total joke. Hires staff that are clueless and no experience. The district manager should be fired from what he has pulled on staff members. I hope this triggers a call from Tony or someone higher up. Avoid like the plauge..!!

Love this location the staff are the nicest, friendliest folks. They do a great job. Been there twice - never crowded, always clean and well maintained lobby, tv is always on. Only complaint- no vending machines.

I recently had a flat tire on my F450 Ford truck in the parking lot at Home Depot just across from the Firestone in Firestone, CO. Your employee, Chance, went above and beyond to help me plug this flat tire. The facility was closing in less than half an hour and he stayed late for a couple hours to get that tire plugged. Being a heavy duty commercial tire it was quite the struggle but he persevered with a great attitude! Chance is an exceptional member of your team and deserves high praise! Well done!

The best and honest care center i have known. Fixed a flat when another place said the tire was unrepairable and wanted $900 to place all my tires. These guys fixed it and got me on my way. My next set of tires will be from Firestone in Firestone Colorado!!

So I've been using Firestone for alignment, tires , really just basic stuff( mostly because I do the work myself) for years and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with any of them. This location was a different experience entirely. The staff was very helpful and I feel they did me a favor. Went in for an alignment and turned out I had other issues, and they were real issues. They were able to get me taken care of in a timely manner and were very commutative about the progress and delays . Anyways, I couldn't be more happy with my experience.
