Ran into an issue with my vehicle and needed a tow. Joey was very professional and did an amazing job communicating with me and handling my vehicle with care with the transportation. Joe the owner is a great guy. We are farmers and it seems like we always have something we need help with. One time our puppy locked herself in the truck and one of his guys got her out in record time Another time they helped me off I25 when our delivery vehicle broke down. They are the first people I call because they have integrity and help us so fast. Great communication and customer service. Trustworthy, kind and above all are reliable.
Called to request a tow truck, tried my best trying to explain what the situation was and Joe was giving horrible attitude on the phone and in person, especially to my mother. He did not have to be so rude and crappy to us, if he doesn’t like what he does then find another job.

Joe exceeded expectations-- After getting a flat and jumping through a million hoops with AAA, I needed my spare tire put on. He skipped that bit and just patched the tire itself. Fast and easy!
I cannot speak of the quality of the towing company. I have never used them. I was traveling on 287 through downtown Loveland, when a streetlight turned yellow as I was approaching the intersection. I slowed down and stopped as it turned red. A St. Vrain Towing truck behind me didn’t like that I stopped at the light. He honked and flipped me off. Someone random being upset with me is one thing, but you are representing a company. Why would flipping someone off help your business? They have a slogan on the back window of the truck that says “Move over and slow down.” Doesn’t sound like they are that serious about people being safe.
Poor service. AAA dispatched this tow service and they did not show. AAA reached out to them through 4 different agents and was unable to make any contact. I, myself, tried over a dozen times. I waited for over 3 hours. Open 24 hours is false advertising. A no show. Care to respond, St. Vrain Towing?
Barb was our driver. Very customer oriented. Extremely helpful. Got the job done in a timely manner. Kept us well informed. Will request St.Vrain in the future, and Barb in particular.

Barb was literally the best!! She was professional, punctual, polite. Was very reassuring during a vulnerable moment when my car broke down at night on the side of the road. She called me when received the tow and was there within 15 mins of her expected arrival time. I would definitely use and recommend them to anyone. ,

These guys are the worst. Waited hours for them to tell me they are out of my range. I needed a car towed from Longmont to another Longmont location so not sure what the deal is. Rude on the phone. Stay far away! Try reliable towing. They actually communicate with you.
Well my car broke down i called multiple towing business 3 of them they were so expensive I found out when I called the 4 company st vrain towing they were reasonable price and I saved a lot also the service tow truck driver Joe he was on time and quicker thank you Joe for your service
If I could give this towing company negative stars I would in a heart beat. Joey is a horrible business person who can't take fault for ruining customer vehicles. He clearly does not know how to properly tow a vehicle without causing damage. This isn't the first time that has caused damage to a vehicle and then wants to be rude and curse about it. Do not use this company, I would not recommend Saint Vrain Towing to my own enemies. There are much better options in the longmont area, Spartan Towing, Northside Towing and Monarch Towing just to name a few.
Joey was dispatched to extricate a friend's car that had climbed up the curb of our driveway and was dangling with two wheels off. Very tricky positioning, with a real possibility of damage to curb, car or both. Joey took it on energetically and with great care and ingenuity managed to get the car back on the ground without a spot of damage of any kind. All present were impressed - and relieved. Super professional service!

Vehicle recovery. Brad and Joey did an amazing job, carefully extracting our car out of a ditch on a dirt road in the foothills west of Golden. This was after the unexpected and very dangerous snowstorm we had Feb 2021. Our car ended up skidding off the road and jumping a ditch. It looked like a really bad situation, we were certain there was significant damage to our electric car — the battery pack is always a risk. They were so careful checking the car at every move. They were able to avoid all of the rocks and we were amazed that there was no damage. This was at midnight in 15° weather. Brad and Joey couldn’t have been more professional or nicer. It was a very stressful situation for us and they eased all of the anxiety with excellent outcomes.
I had excellent experience with Brad from St Vrain Towing. My car was high centered on a chunk of ice. Brad was especially careful when removing the car and ensured no further damage occurred during the removal. He carefully checked the car over to make sure it was safe to drive and fixed some minor damage to a bumper. Above & beyond service!
I had a great experience with St. Vrain Towing! I was paired with them through AAA - The drivers were genuine and kind when they came to look at/tow my car. They were very thoughtful in helping me find a local mechanic that could fix my car the same day. I really appreciated their help and would definitely use the company again!

I initially had a bad experience with this company. I was in a car accident and the police called the tow truck. Once the owner knew what was going on he called me and was extremely understanding and apologetic for my initial experience. Joe is a very nice guy and if I ever am in need of a tow truck i will be calling St. Vrain. Thank you Joe for making it right for me! It is appreciated more than you know.
