Matt came to help us in a bind with a car that went off our driveway. He showed up super quickly, had such a positive attitude and was kind to the driver. He was an excellent driver as he has to “thread the needle” and made quick work of the situation. I’d highly recommend Hamilton Towing as a result and definitely ask for Matt! Thank you Hamilton.

Fantastic service and help! My son is in Boulder going to school and had a truck problem. Clayton from Hamilton towing not only was prompt but also helped my son fix his truck and get him on his way. He didn't just tow it to make a dollar, he looked and found the problem and showed my son how to fix it in case it happens again. Hopefully we don't need their service again, but as a mom far away from her college student, I'm thankful for companies like Hamilton Towing for stepping up and being helpful and kind.

Erika towed our EV when a tire went completely flat. She was awesome! She showed up in just a few minutes, was friendly and fast, knew what she was doing, and got us towed to the tire place in short order. This was initially through AAA, but we'll definitely call Erika again in the future if we need anything!

Clayton and Hamilton Towing were fantastic to work with. I had a really difficult tow...an old truck that sat for 34 years in a small storage building...locked steering wheel, no key, flat tires and a really tight work space. They were really patient and thoughtful about how to get the job done safely and with great care for the car and safety. Would definitely recommend Clayton and the crew at Hamilton Towing.

Tony showed up in 8 minutes flat! He quickly got my daughter and I into the truck where the A/C was running (it was 100 degrees outside!), and loaded the bum car carefully and quickly. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Best towing experience I've ever had.
I was in my way to work, stop @ loves to get my coffee as to keep me awake through the night (truck driver), came back to my suburban not starting up, called for a tow, I spoke to Clayton, very friendly and professional, updated me as to the time he will be arriving, took great care of my vehicle and dropped it off exactly where I wanted it, I can’t begin to thank Hamilton towing especially Clayton for their help in taking care of my towing needs and getting my vehicle back in the condition he picked it up, thanks again!!

Better late than never, right . SOOOOO…I had a catastrophic tire failure due to a trashed bolt just left in a parking lot to ruin someone’s day & that it did lol.
I spent the better part of the night stranded in circle graphics parking lot, watching shifts begin and then END due to the no spare tire BS in new cars.
An inflation kit or even patch would have done me zero good. It was bad bad. Tire shops had long since closed and AAA and Acura Roadside assistance dropped the ball for 9 freaking hours, as I rang in my Birthday sitting ALONE, in the dark - patiently for a flatbed tow.
HAMILTON TOWING saved the day, once they were actually dispatched I think it took my driver a whole 5 minutes to come. Jesse was an incredible human being & handled my baby quickly, and efficiently. We had a super nice convo on the way to drop the car off in Boulder, as well as on the ride home.
Next time I’m stranded I’ll just save myself the HOURS upon HOURS of waiting, calling to be told someone was on their way - then hours later told that driver was not coming, due to someone closer being “dispatched” when in fact this had not happened. runaround after runaround, until I cried and pleaded with Acura roadside to DO SOMETHING.
Finally someone called Hamilton, I wish I’d just done so myself but I have free roadside service so I was adamant about using it, plus I thought someone was coming over and over I suppose this turned out to be a dual review - ACURA roadside assistance 2THUMBS DOWN, and HAMILTON Towing, 2 THUMBS and 2 Big toes, upppppp!
Id rather PAY than ever wait that long again, through no fault of Hamilton I must specify , they hadn’t even been called. All 9 hours I waited, they were literally blocks away with nothing going on
Literally these guys were a sight for sore eyes & I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them should I be stranded and unwilling to leave my vehicle unattended, (Acura theft being a huge issue. ) Jessie handled literally everything, all I had to do was be a passenger princess.
I love to make a short story long, apparently.

It’s been a while since my call, Feb 7th /8th to be exact & it’s still fresh in my mind how safe and taken care of I felt. I quite seriously can’t say the same of other Tow companies I’ve dealt with.
Excellent service! Made it possible through meeting at rendevue point in no cell area. Moreover, perfect retrieval of a seemingly Impossible situation. Clayton the driver was calm, respectfull, and precise. Glad to have this wrecker service through my local AAA dispatcher. Could not have a better experience considering the dread of being super stuck. I highly recommend!!
Pattie the driver was very helpful and kept touch to give us updates about when she would be arriving and when she dropped off the vehicle at the mechanic. She arrived quickly and helped push our vehicle that wouldn’t start
I’m so disappointed by this company’s customer service team. I called to inquire options for payment and the lady that answered was extremely rude and dismissive! I was so shocked frustrated and ready to get off the phone call so I let her charge me. I asked her about the receipt only to find out that she didn’t even know what she was charging me for, the amount per mileage,.. She started quoting me a higher price than what both my insurance and towing person quoted me. This only added to my frustration and def shows how unprofessional she was! I don’t understand how she can work here and charge people without knowing what she is charging them for. Holly was great but the way I was talked to over the when all I was trying to do is pay for the great service that Holly had provided is unacceptable to say the least!
My car required a tow due to tire flat and wheel complication. Holly S., road technician, responded promptly following referral from my auto insurance with Hamilton Towing of Longmont and Boulder Colorado. Holly was efficient, quick on her feet in setting everything up, and always careful with my low profile vehicle. She was very knowledgeable with electric hybrid vehicles like mine which are tricky to safely put in neutral gear when there is no person in the driver's seat. Holly also made certain that undercarriage protective caps were properly replaced after disengaging the tow chains following the successful tow . She kept me informed of every step and the assurance of the safety of my sporty vehicle. With Hamilton Towing and Holly S. in particular, I appreciate the excellent response and care offered to my vehicle.
Had a great experience today with Hamilton. The tow driver picked my van up from the gas station after I had brake fluid leak, and he took it to Brakes Plus for me. My insurance said the tow truck would be there 60-90 minutes and he arrived in 5-10 minutes!! He was super friendly and fast. I am beyond impressed with the service

My car wouldn't start and required a tow. My insurance company got me in contact with Hamilton Towing with a 60-90 minute ETA. My vehicle was on the flatbed about an hour later. Joe was my tow truck driver and he was very polite and professional. Had a good time chatting with him on the way home and he even accommodated my request of dropping the car in my driveway for me so I could work on it easier. Joe was also very courteous and careful with my vehicle being that it is lower than your average car on the road. He made sure that nothing was damaged and that it was properly loaded and unloaded from the flatbed. If you ever need a tow and Hamilton is an option or your insurance company dispatched their services, rest assured you will be in good hands.
Everyone that I interacted with here was great! It did take them a couple hours to get to me due to a lot of other tows going on, but not much they could do about that. The ETA they gave was fairly accurate. I had my car break down at Lyons and it was giving me trouble before that, thankfully it held out until I had cell service. I first used them through USAA roadside assistance to get me to Longmont where my roommate met me, and then the driver (Manuel I believe) worked with us and Hamilton Towing to let my roommate use her AAA roadside assistance to get us another tow from them back to Denver to my regular mechanic, without having to spend additional time waiting for them to contact and dispatch a separate tow. Really couldn't have asked for a better resolution to getting my car stuck on the road an hour from home.
