I had a fantastic experience with American Towing thanks to Cody, who went above and beyond to help me out. He was incredibly friendly, supportive, and clearly very knowledgeable about the situation I was in. Not only did he handle the towing with care and professionalism, but he also gave me a ride to the drop-off location and even offered a lift back home since it was on his way. I snapped off 4/5 of my lugs on the side of i-25 and i had nick grove come out and help me, he didn’t only tow me, he helped me out at the shop after the tow making sure i got everything i need to get back on the road, and made sure the guys didn’t rip me off because he knows his stuff. In the end, he went above and beyond the line of expectations, nick is the best tow i have ever gotten and i will be calling him for every tow i need in the future. American Towing is 10/10, and 5 Star!

Through some extremely unlikely and tragic circumstances, my vehicle was towed by American Towing. The employees were kind and helpful and really did right by me. I was lucky that, if this situation had to happen, it was handled by such wonderful people.
My tire went flat while driving down the highway. I called and had gabe Thompson as my driver. He was super quick. Very communicative he called multiple times to update me on where he was and how long it’ll take till he’s here. He was efficient when he arrived. Had my car ready to go within 20 minutes. He was friendly and kind. These are super upsetting situations and his attitude and positive conversations really helped this experience a lot. Overall this truck driver deserves recognition for being phenomenal. Thank you gabe!
My car was stolen, when the police found my car, it was towed by American towing. Shawna, who helped me out from the very beginning, went above and beyond to assist me and my needs.
She not only does her job very professionally, but she is very personal and very helpful. Under the stressful circumstances I was dealing with at the time, it was really nice to deal with someone as kind and understanding as Shawna.
So if you ever need a tow truck…. DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT AMERICAN TOWING.

My son's car was towed here due to a crash. Shaunna (sp?) went above and beyond and came in today on the weekend so we could get my son's belongings out of the car and understand "next steps". Thank you for being courteous and compassionates, professional and responsive. It made an already very difficult and painful experience a lot easier.
Kenzie was the best she got to my location as fast as possible And provided the most excellent towing service I could have asked for American towing is the best towing company and Kenzie was the best tow person and I appreciate this company a lot
Kenzie arrived shortly after I called. She was friendly, polite, and I could tell that she absolutely knew what she was doing. She instructed me in a few things; and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. She towed me to the Firestone Tire place in Longmont just off of Hover. I felt that she was professional but very approachable, patient and I felt good in her hands; because I could see that she was taking care to go easy on the rim that was exposed on the front passenger side.
I would highly recommend her to anyone. She learned the business from her father; and I could tell that she was comfortable with every part of the process. I'd have given 6 stars if I could!
My car broke down and American Towing came within 45 minutes. The woman who answered my call was professional and friendly. Dwayne who drove us to my mechanic was wonderful. He was efficient, kind, and a pleasure to work with. He was so friendly and went above and beyond. Hope I won’t have to use them again, but now I know who to call.
30 dollars a day after tow fee for storage.
Edit in response: yes the PUC does set the LIMIT that a licensed company may charge. The PUC states that the fee MAY happen and that the 30 dollars a day may NOT be exceeded under storage for nonconsensual tows. However, you still do anyway. Meaning that, on top of your tow fee, you don't HAVE to charge over 900 dollars a month, just to store a vehicle doing nothing under no cover in your yard, but you do. That is my point. Although legal, it can make someone who was already financially disadvantaged have a much harder time recovering their only transportation to work.
Maybe don't treat everyone like they dont know what they are talking about?

I wish I could leave 10 stars! Today Bryan pulled my jeep out of a deep ditch during a snow storm and saved me sooo much heartache!! He showed up and had my jeep out in under 30 min!! An impressive feat with as bad as it was, trust me. He was an all around awesome fella, and I was so pleased with the service! It was a nasty snowy day and his first concern was my safety. He immediately told us to get into the truck to stay warm. I couldnt be more satisfied with this towing company! Thanks again, Bryan!
On the weekend of Aug 24th 2019, my son and I traveled from Utah to Colorado, I was going on a charity ride that Sat. The key to my son's motorcycle broke leaving us stranded. Thank Goodness I work for AAA and have a active membership that covers our Motorcycles. I can't say enough about this company, We had Driver (City) Bryan, who picked up my son's motorcycle in Frederick, Co. and he drove us to a Parking lot in Denver, to meet a mobile locksmith to have a new ignition key made. HE was super awesome and careful with the bike, and a super nice guy to boot! He had frozen water bottles which he gave us when we arrived, which I appreciated very much after following them on my bike through all the Denver Downtown game time bumper to bumper traffic, and also all the freaking road work going on every where around Denver. He even told us to give him a call back in the event that we were not able to get a key made and he would make sure we made it back to our AirBNB safely. Awesome Company and Awesome Driver. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Not good with names but I got initials here on work order with BD or BO.. Not in great state of mind getting my work truck towed and still 900 miles to home. Dude shows up and takes care of business. Professional ,friendly, and asked about my dog and needing some water. Thanks again..
This is an outstanding company. They helped deal with the insurance company and even made sure they didn't tow my car to salvage before I had a chance to get into it and make sure I had everything. I would give them 6 stars if it was an option!
