I was given one price and told there would be a deposit. I said I was leaving at 8pm. I received a text at 1140am they'd be there in an hr. I had a truck to love some of my things from storage as I'm relocating up north. I said I needed a couple hrs but I didn't have access to the truck for two hrs so I moved across the country n left my belongings in storage because I couldn't put them in my RV. This is a huge move and when I say I plan to be leaving at 8pm I don't expect at 1130am he will be there in an hr. He got there and couldn't tow without the tires being replaced .. new to rving n he did go to tire shop. He said meet him there I went to the tire shop and he wasn't there. I called him he didn't answer. The tire shop was closing at this point it's 5. I drive to the Koa n my camper is gone, the tire shop is closed and I have no idea what I am suppose to do because I have to pay for these tires and we sleep in the camper. It took me calling a friend to call him about an hr later until I knew where he was or what was owed. It's a nice gesture to take it to tire shop but it was utter chaos, lack of planning and then got worse. I zelle him for the four tires and I am traveling in a sedan with two children and two kittens across the state so he is ahead of me. I get a hotel midway so kids can sleep and get a message on the tires he put on at 6pm he got a flat at 4am. A woman called me for payment that was not due in until delivery. Zelle has rules about new contacts n transfers couldn't send until I was suppose to. So lack of communication with customers and each other it seemed and I had already sent zelle tire money paid the deposit and put 800 towards rest of the tow. I get a dark picture that my tire was being changed in a garage it's strange because where is there a garage on 95 at 4am and then I find out there was fake turf at a neighbors where RV was being dropped that got torn up while he was dropping it. I was not in the yard but this neighbor I didmt know was calling the police and they settled on a 100 for the torn up turf. I didn't know this when he added 80 addictional dollars to the expensive tow and already four tires installed when he left the night before. I'm assuming the $80 tire change request was to pay for most of the turf money he agreed to pay that I didn't know about because ironically the spare tire is still on the camper. A move across the country in an RV I live in with children n two kittens needs to be timed. I'm a single mom and it was the last of every cent I had, I planned a small cushion till I could start work there and four tires and a fake spare tire change blew that small budget to nearly nothing. I couldn't communicate with staff ..there should have been a pick up time specified like 8pm like I requested because after the worst possible start to a move across the country as a single mom. I also have to pay to go back across the country to obtain my belongings, pay for storage unit every month I can do so and I drive a Honda these would have fit in an RV and pay to bring my stuff across the country again because they don't communicate pick up times 1230pm and 8 is a big difference. I also don't like being lied to. Disappointed is a understatement. Felt lied to, dropped and I may lose half of everything I own because they decide when they are coming n leaving. Horrible start to an already difficult undertaking. Shameful.
The team at Monarch were fantastic. We needed a tow on a weekend night from a tight parallel parked spot. They brought in two separate trucks and then made sure to get me home safely. Best of all they went WAY above and beyond to get the car into our garage within reach of the charger.
Nobody ever wants to be in this situation but I give them a ton of credit for their professionalism, timelinness and care for our vehicle.

Awesome company! Needing a tow means you are already in a stressful situation. The crew at Monarch are fabulous and help make the situation a bit less painful. My tow driver was Dominic and he is an amazing human being and awesome to work with! Kudos to the Monarch team.
My daughter and I got stranded up in RMNP, and Monarch came to tow us back to Thornton. Brad was our driver, and he was absolutely amazing! He called ahead to ask if we wanted him to grab us any food or drinks since we’d been stuck on the side of the road for a while — such a thoughtful gesture. He also managed to fit me, my daughter, and our dog up front with him, which saved us from having to find an Uber home. Brad and Monarch truly go above and beyond for their customers. Monarch towing saved me a bunch of money after coming out to tow car to the dealership - the driver did a quick test on the battery and it was down to 10%. i called off the trip to dealership and bought my own battery. Issue solved. Driver was very nice and helpful. thank you!
Monarch towing was extremely helpful and understanding after my daughter was hit by an uninsured motorist and I was out of town. Monarch towing was phenomenal at getting the vehicle towed home and delivered right where I asked them too. Their kindness and professionalism were much appreciated during a stressful situation.
I was stuck on a single car width wide mountain pass off-road and had a flat with no spare. Not only that, my car requires a different kind of service. I had no idea how anyone was going to get to me, let alone get my car off of that pass. Casey (owner) and Dave arrived on the scene calmly with a thorough understanding of my vehicle, the situation, and a plan. They got me off that road and home safely that day and without their care, professionalism, attention, and incredible "roadside manner" it could've been VERY different. I am so thankful for Monarch, their staff, their knowledge, and incredible service! They are my first and ONLY call if I ever need it again.
Driving to my parents house after work about a miles drive and my car just died and on a hill. I went i to my State Farm app and requested a tow and was given a 40-70min window before arrival. 10min later Anthony of Monarch Towing said he would be there in 15min and he was. He was kind and friendly and even tried to figure out what was wrong with my car in hopes that it didn't need to go to shop. We'll, it did have to go to the shop and Anthony took excepti9care of my car and got it to the shop sage and sound. I hope if I ever need a tow again its with Monarch and Anthong. He really is great! Shoutout to Anthony Rizzo! This man had litterally the best service ever. Very helpful, very kind, and very efficient. He helped me get my motorcycle towed 1 hour away without leaving a single scratch on it. This guy deserves a raise and I will definitely be hoping to have his service if I ever need a tow again. Tire blew out on the side of the road on Highway 60 on Mother’s Day. This company was contracted with my insurance carrier Roadside assistance plan. They were easy to contact and reassured me. The technician would be arriving in 25 minutes. I was pretty far out away from any local towns. Afterwards, the technician, Michael, called me to make sure He had the right location, spare tire and lug nut socket for my 4 x 4 and reconfirmed his arrival time. He was very professional, friendly, confident, as well as competent in lifting my four-wheel-drive truck to remove the ruptured tire. He had me back on the road in no time.
I had to have my Jeep towed down from Nederland to the dealership in Boulder. Luckily, I have towing insurance and Monarch showed up to tow it. They brought a very secure flatbed vehicle and the driver/operator was very nice and very efficient.
These guys really helped me out today my cat locked the truck with it running while he was in it and monarch was here within 10 minutes of calling. He even unlocked the truck for no charge to me! I really appreciate them and will forever call them in the future thanks again ! Very grateful for these guys

Really amazing, honest service. My Tesla needed an emergency charge and they came out, was supposed to be like a 45 minute job. My Tesla had issues because it was so cold, and they spent an additional 2 hours troubleshooting and solving it. Didnt charge extra, and even took the time to explain some ins and outs of optimizing battery and making sure this doesnt happen again. I highly recommend them
I recently had my vehicle towed from Fowler Chevrolet after my tires and rims were stolen while it was there for service. The towing company transported my vehicle to an auto body shop and generously provided temporary wheels and rims. I was informed by the body shop that the towing company is allowing me to use these wheels until new ones are sourced for my vehicle. I highly recommend this company for their exceptional care and concern for my vehicle.
When I first spoke with Casey at Monarch he was very polite and helpful with trying to meet my needs in the moment on a weekend. Anthony was dispatched and he gave me actuate updates on his whereabouts and time he should arrive. I'm this situation my vehicle was in a remote location with limited cell coverage so I had to get a ride to town where I was able to call and arrange for the tow. Anthony met me at this location and picked me up to go to my vehicle. He was knowledgeable and was able to get my vehicle started shortly after we arrived. So helpful letting me retrieve my many belongings after towing my wrecked car to their business and prior to being sent to the collision repair shop. The owner answered my call and got her car safely off the street that night. David towed it 35 miles to my house the next day, and the price was incredibly affordable! He was really helpful and nice! Reliable, professional, and trustworthy, I highly recommend them!

Helped us in every way he could, was patient while figuring out options, and was genuinely concerned with making sure we were okay. Our new Rivian refused to leave the garage , David from Monarch Towing knew exactly what to do. Minimally invasive, he was able to provide enough power to the car so that it could be backed out of the garage and onto the tow truck. No hooks or dollies just soft anchor straps to hold it down on the truck bed. Very professional and effective!
Could not say enough how much Monarch Towing saved the day today! I needed roadside assistance to get a tire changed. They were communicative prior to arrival, arrived right when they said they would. Changed out my tire to my spare but educated me along the way. So kind too! I got stuck by glacier lake next to Switzerland trail in about 3ft of deep snow, definitely way in over my head with my stock 4Runner. Being new to Colorado we had no idea of the off road recovery services nearby. It was getting late and I was pretty stressed out about possibly being stuck all night in the woods. To say I was happy to see Casey and Rizzo is an understatement, they got me out in no time on a narrow trail. I’m forever grateful to them and will recommend them to everyone I know that needs help getting unstuck.
Had to have my truck towed from Boulder to Denver but was a little concerned about the tow company and staff being knowledgeable and confident in handling a very new EV. While Monarch’s driver, Brad, showed up on time, he was very communicative and professional even before then by calling and texting me for updates prior to his arrival. Once he arrived, he took the time to explain that Monarch is the only tow company in CO certified to tow the specific vehicle and that he’d been trained himself on how to do it. He never once got annoyed with me standing around, watching, and asking questions. It took a little while to safely get the truck on his flatbed, but that’s because he took a great deal of extra care in everything he did all the way up to securing each and every individual wheel to the flatbed. Luckily, I didn’t have to pay for this tow but if I had, I would have gladly done so for such a top notch experience. I won’t hesitate to use Monarch again when I need a tow.
Anthony is THE MAN. We threw a cam bearing in our 1978 F250 and were stuck between Boulder and Longmont. Anthony got there in decent time ( 45 min ) and was very professional. I needed to tuck the f250 into a tight spot in my garage with a fairly steep driveway and he nailed it perfect first try. Thank you Anthony for helping us today. you ROCK!!!
Winch out service. Legacy slid backwards down steep driveway and over the edge, 25ft down steep bank of 100+ft gorge. It perched precariously there overnight. Casey took my call and talked me through concerns. Anthony showed up, suggested cutting a couple of pine branches prior to moving the car. He used techniques and equipment I'd never seen before. Using a 2-way winch on a 3-way boom, he surgically winched the front and back of the car back up onto driveway, controlling both ends of the car precisely the whole way up. Insurance handled the cost, so I didn't comment on value. However, the hourly rate was the same as the other services I called. Furthermore, Casey and Anthony clearly valued my business and worked hard to do the best job possible. I do not believe they are gouging their customers.
Monarch Towing were exceptional in responding on behalf or Tesla Roadside service. My car was in bad shape on the side of a country road and the driver Anthony came to my rescue with a terrific positive attitude and hustle demonstrating great ability and great care for my vehicle. I recommend highly.
