Towed my vehicle to the Nissan dealership and they left the car sitting with the doors unlocked and keys sitting in the front seat of the vehicle. Typically a tow company should at the very least drop the keys off with the service department so the vehicle can be checked in.
Not only was this unsafe for the vehicle to be left like that but we also missed our scheduled appointment because the car wasn't checked in.
Troy is an amazing guy. Bought a car in Saturday and it broke down after 10 miles of owning it. Troy came out quickly and took great care of my car, and made sure my husband and l got to safety. Would give more stars if l could!!!!!
Mike at Northside arrived at our location promptly and resolved our problem quickly. My vehicle was back on the road in less than ten minutes. I always appreciate the help provided by Northside.
Awesome service driver was so helpful....unfortunately his dog bit my husband, badly breaking skin causing nasty infection. Unfortunately we were towed under insurance and at their mercy. I would have expected the towing company to contact us regarding this dogbite...as of yet nothing
From needing a U-Haul earlier this week to needing you to get a car towed today I had the pleasure of Horace coming to pick up my car and drop it off at the shop. Such a respectful and kind man. We got to talking and he is absolutely amazing.. And so helpful I can’t recommend this towing service higher

I was locked out of my car in Rocky Mountain National Park and I had called AAA to get service. Northside Towing company’s employee Mike Gordon drove down the road I was on, waved and passed me. I thought it was odd, but then I got a phone call from AAA saying that they were delayed and couldn’t assist me yet , so I thought he must have another job. About 30 minutes later Northside Towing stopped at my car and Mike hopped out and said he was going to help me. When I asked if he was from AAA, he said no, he had another job and when he passed through the ranger station they asked him if he was helping the lock out. He told them that he wasn’t, but that he would help me if I was still there when he was done. Mike was so kind to help me. He got me back in my car and on my way. I’m forever grateful for this kind man and his towing company! Thanks Mike, you rock!
Nick and his wife were great to work with and made the process super easy for me and my dead truck, the "meowlenium falcon", in getting it moved to a safe location when needed. Towing sucks because it means something bad happened, but these guys made it suck a little less. If I need towing service again, Northside will be my first call, and would recommend anyone to do the same. Quick response, easy, great service, reasonable pricing.

Broke my drive shaft while towing my trailer and Northside came to tow the trailer when I discovered AAA didn’t cover the trailer with my policy. Northside had to come out with 3 different trucks due to hitch problems they did not have the ability to hook to safely but they hung in there and got me towed with a pick up truck when all else failed.
Chris was awesome. Most towing companies I’ve ever interacted with in the past have employed a bunch of mean, rude, jerks…but not Northside. They were friendly, welcoming, greeted me with a smile, accommodating on the rental, and clearly take pride in their work and business. ‘Can’t recommend them enough for U-Haul needs in Longmont…they will be my go-to moving forward!
This is a fantastic company! We found ourselves in a pickle when we blew a tired on a busy winding road and didn’t have the tools we needed to replace it. Mike drove 35 minutes to us and had the it off and replaced very quickly. It was a very reasonable price too. Would 100% recommend!
Can't say enough good things about Northside and driver Mike. Our vehicle caught fire enroute back to Wyoming and after the fire department put it out we needed to find a way to get it back home. Mike not only responded quickly on a Sunday, but was willing to drive our baby all the way to Cheyenne. He was courteous, kind, and extremely professional at a time when we really needed to see a friendly face. Absolutely 5 stars!
Mike Gordon was on time, courteous, very professional and quickly hooked our truck camper! Mike came to help us promptly after we called. He was careful and quick. Mike was great. He showed up right when he said he would. He was very personable and pleasant. He managed to back his huge truck to my garage consciously missing all the plants and flowers in my driveway. He towed my car to where it needed it to be very promptly. I recommend him highly
We had trouble with our Chevy van front tire being stuck over a boulder by the river west of Lyons. We called several towing companies and were happy that North Side Towing could look at the photos we sent to them of where our van was stuck and could send the right wrecker or tow truck for the job. They came right away and “Chris”, the driver, was very knowledgeable and got us out and back on the road. We have used a couple other tow services, but we would definitely call North Side again.
Only took them 15 minutes to arrive after I called at 1 AM. Horace was an awesome guy and was able to get my lowered car home without any damage. Very fair price, highly recommended
Our travel trailer broke down in Glacier Basin Campground inside Rocky Mountain National Park. Chris, the manager, was extremely helpful and assured that his team would be able to get our trailer off the mountain to a repair shop. Chris (different from the manager) and Cody showed up and rigged our trailer so they could load it onto a 53 foot platform. They both were polite, patient, and helpful, as I asked a bunch of questions. I'm amazed they were able to get their truck down the mountain as the space was very limited at the campground. I would highly recommend them.
Chris Scheideler had to do an emergency delivery of a new 30' RV rental unit for us when ours broke down just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park. He got to us as quickly as he was able and delivered the unit safely and professionally. He allowed us all the time we needed to switch all of our stuff over from one unit to the other and even seemed to empathize with our unfortunate situation of losing a day of vacation. We really appreciated his professionalism!!
Had a blown tire on I-25 tonight. Called for assistance to get to the next exit and little did we know, they also helped with changing tires (which was extremely needed as we left our Cross Bar at Home). Dwayne swooped us up quickly off the highway and took us to a well lit area and helped to change our tire. He even double checked our tire pressure and took time to answer any questions before he left! Hopefully we will never have to need another tow, but if we do, we will be calling this company back. Northside towing helped us on a high profile commercial job. Had a height restriction and a canopy above us where we had to set a large concrete Vault for storm a strong water diversion valve. Nick and Chris were great to work with. They are professionals!
I was broken down on the tollway and Chris had pulled up very quickly and got me out of the road in less than 15 min!!! Even tho I was fully loaded truck and trailer it was no issue for Chris (: thanks again for the tow and most definitely will use his services again very professional but hopefully I won’t need him tho
Mike was so very helpful getting my car winched out of a very precarious situation! Steep driveway with a steep drop off the side! He was able to successfully get the car out without damaging the fence or scraping the car. Such a pro! And so darn friendly! Wonderful customer service, I am so grateful!
Very helpful and organized. I had them move and load a flatbed with a shipping container. They did it in the amount of time they said it would take and they showed up 15 min beforehand to make sure everything went off without a hassle. Definitely a company that does good work!
Northside Towing showed up at Springer NM they towed my Truck to Aurora CO & Kenworth Denver CO everything was supposed to be fine until Kenworth tried to put back my Drive shaft Northside Towing damaged my Yolke on my Truck Kenworth T 680 2021 It had never been replaced before cause this is a brand new Truck & it was the original Yolke that had from factory Northside Towing denied any damage but the pictures speak for them selves. I would NOT recommend them to any Commercial Truck Driver I had to pay extra $2,000 dollars for their MISTAKE! & if you hired them make sure you check your Yolke before they drop you off! SO I DEFINETLY WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEIR SERVICE! The way the situation is right now Low Rates & High Fuel Prices Plus Their Lousy Work Will Cost You More! Hire Someone Else! (They Cross Threated the bolts) on my Yolke! In Response: Kenworth did NOT touched the Yolke They discover (That it was damaged)when they tried to put it back! It’s easy to disregard responsibilities on other People but Kenworth people are very professional I had to pay extra $2000 bucks for your Driver’s MISTAKE! Call Kenworth Denver to find out that the Yolke arrived like this! It’s NOT Kenworth’s Mistake it’s my Mistake by hiring you!
I had a tire blowout at the start of my trip home to Texas. Called about seven towing companies with no response. Northside towing picked up, had clear communication even at 5:15 in the morning, and had a driver headed my way despite it being the end of his graveyard shift.
The tech was courteous, friendly, and well experienced. Towing experience was excellent and very well priced. I don’t have roadside assistance and paying was a quick and easy. All-around a pleasant experience despite the circumstance.
