Brought in #1 insulated copper on 2 different occasions within a 4 day period. Called ahead of time for price by myself and my husband to ensure pricing was correct. First time was fine and correct with around 200 lbs. second time, and I dealt with the owner, I had around 800 lbs with the exact same copper. Verified price over the phone by myself and husband. When they were checking me out and writing a check the owner and office person both verified the paperwork and the amount and the price of the copper. They had me wait a day and a half to cash the check so I took it to my bank to just deposit the check since, we knew that my bank would put a two day hold on the check since it was a personal check and because of the amount of the check When the funds needed to be released and weren’t it completely overdrew our account because the owner decided to put a stop payment on the check because they were now claiming that they paid me the wrong price, and now they were stating the price of the copper I took in, was over a dollar less than what they paid me. I knew I could get a much better price at other locations then and would not have taken this amount of copper to them. If that was the price they were going to give me so I asked for my copper back and of course they are claiming they don’t have it, needless to say, don’t do business with scammers and fraudulent people such as this and appropriate steps on my end are now being taken

Hours say til 430 but when I arrived at 4:05 on a Monday (after driving about 45 mins to get here) the gates were closed and no one came out to offer assistance and I know 1 of the employees saw me. Frustrating. Will go somewhere else tomorrow.

Tried to schedule a pick up multiple time in the last week. Was told that they would be there to pick it up. They "no showed" both times. Called to try and schedule a third time and was told by the gentleman who answered to call back and leave a message and that he'd then put us on the books. This business is in desperate need of an administrative assistant who can manage the books for them and make sure that services scheduled actually are fulfilled.

There customer relations is despicable... My friend dropped his wedding ring maybe 10ft inside the fence. We walked up And while asking the employee there if we can look around for it We saw it from outside the fence. We asked him if we could look around, Literally just walk maybe 10' inside of the gate take a look and then leave. He said no... Then we brought it his attention that the ring was actually right there and he tried to forcefully remove us....... I don't know if that should be considered theft or what but don't go here....
