Had a rock kick up and destroy my oil filter canister, they had myself and vehicle picked up within 2 hours of it occurring. Had my oil pan off and a replacement on the way within 4 hours of it all occurring.

After our Toy Hauler was rear-end by a Semi-Truck and totalled it, they came out and towed our RV to their yard. The owner opened his salvage yard to us anytime we needed it. Also, they helped out if needed some assistance. Furthermore, we could not of asked for a better company to handle our RV towing and assisting us as needed. He arrived with the right equipment to tow our 37 foot motorcoach and he knew how to do it right. This is our home and we have heard horror stories about harming coaches in tow. There prices are hard to be for the quality of work they do. Trust me when your in the business that I’m in, we have people begging for the work we have. Don’t go with the competition they’ll end up calling reliable anyway to help mitigate the situation and problems to successfully complete the job.
I was rear ended during rush hour on the diagonal. We couldn’t pull completely off the road to exchange info. Reliable towing driver, Kevin, just happened to come upon the accident - pulled up behind us, turned on his lights and kept us safe from approaching traffic. He also helped the woman who hit me bend her wheel well so she could drive away. All this just because he cared about keeping people safe. That’s the kind of person Reliable Towing hires and sends to you when you are in need!

Definitely would not recommend. Was in a pinch and already under a tow truck from Wyoming when a different plan was made. Called these guys for advice as to where to park and he refused to help me. Definitely not the type of people I'd want helping me. And no I do not have the wrong location. We were trying to get advice on a parking situation in your area. It was 100% your employee. Very unprofessional to refuse to help someone out just because we didn't use your company.
Absolutely horrible service, stay away from these amateurs. My truck broke down in Denver, just wouldn’t stay running... and instead of putting it in neutral and pushing it out they tried to start it and revved the engine which cracked it causing a loud explosive pop which frightened everyone outside the apartment complex. They proceeded to tow it to my fathers shop and didn’t say anything. We discovered the broken engine shorty after and I had to purchase another vehicle. This company probably hires amateurs to do their work and they obviously don’t care to do a good job. I’d recommend you take your business elsewhere.
Our travel trailer broke down on the side of a highway in the middle of nowhere. After a terrible back and forth with our awful roadside assistance, Reliable Towing had our back! We were able to follow up with the request our roadside assistance put in and spoke with the driver, Ciaran. He was fantastic! He gave us correct and accurate information and was understanding, friendly, and DAMN good at his job! It was quite the ordeal getting our 30 foot camper up on the bed of the truck and he did it very professionally and with precision. He saved our butts that night! Thank you so much!
Reliable towing sure did save our day. We had someone hit our slide in truck camper that was on a bumper pull trailer on a stand. The camper got knocked almost off the stand. Had a different tow company come and couldn’t help us. They recommend reliable. Reliables guys were very professional and quick to get my camper back on the stand. After seeing their team perform one morning, all hands on deck to pull a fully-loaded tractor trailer out of a ditch, I swore then that these fellows would be my go-to truck haulers. As a former heavy duty tow company owner--I am very appreciative of the help today when I needed it. I'm back to driving OTR and needed help after getting stuck in the mud and snow at the place I was loading at. Very quick response time, polite, and knew what they were doing. I was shocked at the price because I was expecting a much higher amount but they are very reasonable and would for sure use them again if I'm ever in the area and in need of services. My nephew recommended Reliable Towing as the best towing company to move a shed from our neighbor two miles down the road to our place in our mountain community. Many people had tried to move the shed with various equipment and were unsuccessful because it was in a tough spot to get it from and very heavy due to improvements that had been made to it. Reliable sent the right equipment for the job and the right man, Ciaran. It took awhile and many adjustments of the chains and equipment, but he was successful! It was a stressful job and he handled it perfectly. I'd highly recommend Reliable Towing. In reading the reviews, of course people who have had their car towed are going to be unhappy - duh! But Reliable was very "reliable" and did a great job!
I was very impressed with Reliable Towing. The estimate of my wait time was accurate, the tow truck driver was professional and friendly, and the cost was quite reasonable. If I end up needing another tow I will be calling them again and I highly recommend them to everyone else!
