Michael is the best! Went to this location a few days ago to replace my missing gas cap and my car just so happened to die in the parking lot. After purchasing my gas cap I asked Michael what would cause a vehicle to chug/sputter, fluctuate RMPs, and eventually stop running. I then told him my car had died outside in the parking lot and he immediately offered to help. He ran a diagnostic scan and was spot on with what he originally thought the cause was. He took the time to explain to me what was going on in terms I could understand, what would need to be done to fix it and approximately how much it’s going to cost. He also attached my tethered gas cap for me. He was super helpful and friendly, I’m very impressed with his customer service. He definitely deserves a raise! Thanks again Michael.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped us get our car scanned evidently we’d gotten a little bit of bad gas on our trip and he reassured us and gave us safety and security for being 12 hours away from home! Thank you young man!
Just went here because one of my headlights went out and had to come back because someone that owned my car before me replaced the whole system, I didn’t get his name but a guy with short brown hair came out to my car, knew exactly what and how to replace it, and spent maybe 20 minutes outside in the pouring sleet, elbow deep in the front of my car replacing it. That man is my hero, I will be forever indebted to him.
We used to live close to this location and the staff had always gone out of their way to help me out. Most recently, my 16 year old son had driven up to boulder and a clamp on his exhaust came loose. Matthew at O'Reilys went out at 7:45 at night and installed the clamp for him. Matthew and the staff there have always gone above and beyond, its hard to find knowledgable mechanics these days, this location is full of them!
My battery died while I was at the nearby Safeway. Jacob helped me out, even grabbed some tools and swapped out the battery for me. Really appreciated it!
Bought the wrong lights a few months ago - lost the box & receipt. Christian went out of his way to try to get me a refund, helped me find the correct lights, and then installed both headlights & high beams. Great service.
I’ve came in a good amount of times and the staff is always really kind and even offers to swap my windshield blades for me. I really like it here too, it’s always clean, stocked and a great store.
Got here at 9:47 AM to grab some stuff before heading home and all the lights were on but all the doors were locked and nobody answered the phone even though 47 minutes past opening time according to posted hours. Not even a note on the door, incredible!
I received a coupon for my birthday so I thought I might some motor oil. After they rung me up and scanned my coupon, I noticed that the price charged was not the price listed on the shelf. I pointed this out and they said they could return the oil, but my coupon was already used and I couldn't use it again. Not sure if I believed the guy, but I said return it and I won't by anything...ever again. The oil is still cheaper on Amazon and Walmart without a coupon. This is not the first time I had problems with the O'Reilly but it will be the last. It is not like they are the only parts store in Boulder. Closed my rewards account and that is that. Not worth the trouble anymore.
Oreillys is great for warranty and brake pads.
All kinds of stuff.
It's good to mix it up and not go to the same old place for your auto parts.

What happened?? This location used to have very knowledgeable staff but they all seemed to have been replaced by a bunch of kids who are polite but have very little automotive knowledge. They keep selling me the wrong parts, which never used to happen.
Nice store and helpful staff I have been going there for many years, HOWEVER their prices have gone thru the roof! One Qt of oil $12 @Amazon $6 Wiper blades $38 @Amazon $24. I want to shop and support locally I cannot at this store Sorry.
The assistant manager, Richii was so helpful and courteous. He and the staff went above and beyond to get me in and out of the door quickly. Thank you Richii for helping me with my headlight!
I was at O'Reilly's today to get windshield wiper blades and the assistant manager, David, was the one helping me. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had to go in the back and search for a couple of the blades and he did it with good cheer lol, not like some other places I can think of. I recommend this O'Reilly highly.
Israel came out to my car and installed a few different replacement bulbs and really helped me get all my brake, back-up, and turn signal lights functioning perfectly and was very professional and polite throughout. Thank you Israel. Jay
I visited O'Reilly for coolant, and Richie provided excellent assistance. He not only helped me find the right coolant but also poured it into my car and even checked for leaks. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and definitely plan to return.
new review: Lord, do I miss the days when OReilly's employees knew how to do more than just read the names and prices of products off a computer screen. Just absolutely apathetic and borderline useless. Way of the world these days. I'll buy off amazon, next time.

This store went from being one of the cleanest, best managed stores in the state to an absolute dumpster fire.
There is no one in the front to help, manager yelling at an employee in the back, and absolutely nothing is put away.
We needed late evening assistance with a blown headlight while passing through Boulder. Kevin at O’Reillys’s was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He found us the correct bulbs and then he even installed them for us on a chilly Boulder evening. Highly recommend!
Nothing but great experiences at this O'Reilly location. The staff all seem to be crazy car enthusiasts and offer personal advice which may be contrary to buying a more expensive part. I find this very refreshing and have always enjoyed interactions with the staff.
Prices are similar to other do-it-yourself shops, and they even offer a free tool lending program!
Employees may not be as polished as a top tier service shop, but I'll take rough around the edges and personal recommendations over profits any day. I'm a customer for life.
O'Reilly is always amazing! Their customer service is superb. Any time I have an issue with my truck, they are willing to go outside and help me if I need it. Excellent variety and quality of products in the store, very knowledgeable and courteous staff! Plus they give a military discount which is always appreciated. O'Reilly is always my first choice.
