Can't say enough good things about these folks. I had no A/C in the middle of the summer, and after months of troubleshooting the system, they were able to help narrow down the issue, which turned out to be a bad pin in a wire harness for a sensor on the back of my A/C compressor. It took a lot of testing and diagnosing. They were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Even the owner came and talked to me with only the highest praises for his techs. You get what you pay for, and I got some cold air on these hot days. Worth every penny. Thanks guys!

I brought my car in for a routine summer tire change and they popped my brand new $300 tire. They refused to replace it. Then 10 months later the owner comments on my review that he doesn't have a record of my service!? Dont bring your car here. All the good reviews are about window tint or were the previous owners work (who was great). New owner cant change a tire.

These guys are the absolute BEST when it comes to German cars!! I had a seat belt error message on my 2021 BMW X7. I thought it would be a $1,000 bill. They fixed it for $100 PLUS gave me a first time customer discount!!! I will never go anywhere else. You need an appointment but they are fast, friendly and reasonable!! DO NOT go anywhere else if your German car out of its new car warranty!!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!!!!!!!

Jon, the service manager, is top notch. It was very easy to get an appointment and they were nothing but professional. I never felt they were trying to take advantage of me. They did a 30 point inspection of my Porsche Cayenne. The mechanic even topped off my coolant at no charge. This was my first visit and I will definitely be going back for all my service needs going forward. Awesome experience!

First visit to AutoHaus was great! I was greeted by service writer Jon who got right to work on starting the service! Oil change and inspection of our GTI were finished in a timely manner. This left time to get right to work on the only needed repair that was discovered during a thorough inspection. I was on my way in less than three hours!! Thank you to Jon and the AutoHaus team!!!

I came here for the first time recently for an oil change. I have an older Golf, and in addition to the oil change, they performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle, and were honest about areas of concern and work that need to be done but not immediately. The price was great, much better than the local dealership. I plan to continue getting my Golf TDI serviced here, and know they'll keep it going for another 150,000 miles

I have worked with Autohaus often over the years on our 3 BMWs - regular maintenance all the way through to a transfer case replacement. Have always had a good experience. Our X5's rear suspension was sagging last week so dropped it off. Autohaus called me and gave the quote and timeline. I OK'd the work given the quote. I was quoted a price out the door. When AH texted me that the car was ready, the invoice was $442 more than what I was quoted. When I asked the service advisor about the increase, he shrugged his shoulders and told me he didn't know where I would have come up with that number. I would not have ok'd the work without the quote, and they did not quote me the amount on the invoice. I expected to hear that the labor went long, or that there were more garage supplies that were needed. I don't need a break on the price, I understand and respect what it takes for a garage to do this work - the experience, the pedigree. What I can't wrap my head around is the absolute lack of any effort to help figure out where the communication breakdown happened. Instead the advisor literally made me feel, in front of another advisor no doubt, that I was lying about it. The whole experience felt very awkward. That was a very poor customer experience from my point of view.

A standard break job and summer tire swap took them 2 days to do. When I finally got the car back they had popped a brand new tire and didn’t replace it. All their good reviews were from the old owner

Found this place via an employee at a bike night who recommended it for Sprinter Service. I had the brake wear indicator light pop up on my moto van just before a coming trip to Utah. Typically this is something I would buy the parts and do myself, however I just didn't have time to get the parts in and get it done before hand. I called the mb dealer, got a quote and a 2 month out date. I called a couple local brake shops with good quotes, but I was pretty limited to shop door heights due to some stuff we have on the roof. ( Keep this in mind if you have an adventure van or a 4x4) Gave these guys a call and they were able to get me in within a week and their door heights is 10'. The trade off though is they were the highest quoted, a couple hundred more than the dealer, so keep that in mind. They got me in and out within the afternoon. The work was flawless. If you are in a time crunch I think this is good shop to have in your phone, if your looking to save a few bucks, this ain't it, it's gonna cost you compared to other shops. Not a complaint, it is what is, for me I look at it as had I gone on the trip and had a failure it would have cost me even more money.

Was super excited to check this place out because we’ve had such terrible experiences with Mercedes Sprinter service. I will say the service was better than Mercedes. My issue with them is that they quoted me 2200-2500 for a 40k service, Mercedes quoted me 2490 for the same service. I didn’t mind if it ended up being a little more expensive than the dealer, but they send me the quote after we drop off our vehicle and it’s over 2700. Which is fine, they don’t do the work until you say it’s okay, but when I point the discrepancy out to the man I am talking to, he starts to get defensive and tells me I was quoted that much. I told him I have everything written down, so that I could discuss with my partner, and then he starts to talk over me repeatedly telling me all the things they are doing. At the end of the day, they already had our vehicle, so we had them do the service. I just wish they had taken the time to give me the proper estimate, and had talked to me respectfully.

I really enjoyed my experience working with AutoHaus!! Bryce and the whole staff were amazing! They were super accommodating and they executed my car repair with so much ease and support. 10/10 would recommend to anyone else!

Tried to work with these guys, phone/email service was terrible. I was in my Sprinter around town, and someone approached me and said how much better their service was than the local Mercedes dealer was. Decided to give them a try 2 weeks later and filled out the contact us form on the website. 2 weeks, no reply. I then called and asked pricing for a few items, and guy acted like I was a real pain for asking a few questions about pricing. Said he would call me back with an estimate, and never did.

The first encounter was great! I had the dealer's tint replaced with the ceramic tint and they were happy to fix the bubbles/glue on my front passenger window. No complaints here. The gentlemen that got me in was really nice, but to my knowledge, he no longer works there. on 10/10/22, I reached out to them to replace my front driver window tint (for a charge, of course) due to a chip that I made. Ricardo was nice enough to get me in on the same day and got my tint replaced. When I got the car back, I noticed damages on the rubber of the window molding (photos attached) that 1.) were not there before the morning of and 2.) the damages are only present on the driver window, which happens to be the window that was worked on (coincidence?). I asked Ricardo about the damages and he brought out Santino to speak with me. Santino said that it is impossible that they caused these damages (that they only worked on the inside, that they used low heat and if it was their heat, the molding, which they claim to be made of plastic, would have melted before the rubber) and refused to point me to any upper management I can speak with. And of course, he said that they can't be held liable to something they did not cause. I would really appreciate it if they (AutoHaus) can prove that the damages were not inflicted during the service since it seems that our realities do not match here. Maybe a recording from surveillance cameras could help, if any? I brought my car to a third party repair shop immediately after the aforementioned conversation and they were nice enough to give AutoHaus a call regarding the damages to my car. Expectedly, they refused to be responsible for the damages. For now, I will have the third party repair shop fix the damages and I will pay out of pocket to do so. I will update this post if there are changes. TL;DR: I do not believe that I was treated professionally on my most recent visit and, unless they can prove that they did not cause the damages, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. 10/20/2022 Update: Jim, the owner, reached out to me 2 days after the incident. Autohaus ended up paying for my repair bill and I am changing my rating as the business is committed to making their customers happy.

You always take a risk when you go someplace outside of the dealership. I made the right choice. My first experience with AutoHaus was wonderful. From my first call until paying my bill, they were wonderful. Shawn kept me up to speed with everything. He was able to verify previous work done, and made sure I wasn't duplicating previously preformed service, and only getting what I needed this time around. Communication is the key when getting and retaining customers. They've definitely got a customer for life from me at this point.

Had the windows done on my Tesla Model 3 and was very impressed with the job. The shop is clean, employees helpful and friendly and my vehicle was in and out in the time expected. Communication was solid and I definitely would recommend! Tesla Model 3 back windows are a unique design and the price was absolutely fair for a challenging job!

Another visit yesterday and I got the same, great consistent service. I know when I bring my Audi it, that it will be taken care of, above and beyond what is expected. You know what else? They don't fix stuff that isn't broken, can you imagine. I won't take my car anywhere else. Updated 7/2/2021 What a great shop! Quick, reasonable, smart. I have now found my Audi shop for all repairs. Thanks guys! You are awesome!

Zach Mitton and Jake Johnson are the Zen Masters of car detailing. Upon recently purchasing our Tesla Model 3, we were advised by another owner as to its (front end's) susceptibility to road rash. A low, aerodynamic front with its "cow catcher" shape means it receives higher than average wear from gravel, sand, and other abrasives during high speed (highway) driving. A clear, protective film was advised, and the ensuing search for installers led us to AutoHaus of Boulder, conveniently located in our own town. Reading numerous reviews, it became apparent that these guys are no mere technicians. Upon arriving for the estimate, this impression was verified. As Jake went over the car, discussing the details of the job, I could sense the craftsman ethos vibe. His presentation was more that of someone offering to do an art installation, as opposed to just detailing your car. After going over the protective film (ultimate coverage clear bra package), Jake then asked if I had considered window tinting. To my great surprise he demonstrated that the 3 - for all the money we had paid! - had no UV or heat rejection coating on its ample windows. I am forever grateful for this suggestion. While it nearly doubled the price of the work, I cannot imagine not having it now. The work was done during the cool days of April (20 April 2021), when the lack of sun protection wasn't that noticeable. Now into the warm days of late May, the protective qualities of the window tint are readily noticeable. And we will soon be driving to CA. What would have been a hotter, and UV exposed greenhouse on wheels now has a cool, protective interior. Back to our intrepid technicians. The car was turned in on 19 April, just as a major spring snow storm was starting. It snowed heavily the next day. Not only did Zach and Jake show up for work, but due to another customer cancelling, they both worked on my car during that raging snow storm. They did both the clear bra and window tint - perfectly - in one day as opposed to the usual two. I'd wager that someone else might have slacked off on such a day. These guys doubled down and knocked out a big job instead, doing work that looks like it came with the car. I'll attach a couple of pictures, although its nothing new from AutoHaus of Boulder. We are grateful for our car's greatly enhanced protection (both for car and occupants), and for getting to know such fine people as Zach and Jake.

I just have to post a review of the new ClearBra that Jake & Zach installed for my new BMW X5 at AutoHaus. Jake & Zach also installed the ClearBra for my previous car at ClearChoice Window Tinting & Clear Bras here in Boulder, and I was an immediate fan. I was so lucky to find them again at AutoHaus where they’ve opened their own shop. I’ve posted photos of my front bumper in an attempt to demonstrate their incredible technical skill. Paint protection film installation at this level of expertise becomes art. When it’s installed correctly, it’s virtually invisible. Of course you can’t see the film in my photos because it was a perfect installation, but what you might not realize is that nearly all the plastic trim pieces on my bumper are also covered. Look at all the creases, curves and contours on my bumper! This install was no cake walk and many ClearBra techs wouldn’t attempt this level of coverage. I’ve had film installed on all of my previous cars, and I’m simply blown away by their talent in comparison. AutoHaus also applied a special coating to my husband’s Jeep windshield to help reduce glare which has allowed him to drive at night again. And I’m taking in my daughter’s Ford Bronco for ClearBra tomorrow! Witnessing their magic is addictive. I have to find something else around my house for them to put ClearBra on. My lawnmower, maybe. . . I highly, highly recommend AutoHaus ClearBra & Window Tinting because Jake & Zach care more about your car than you do. I’m extremely fussy about my cars, and will never step foot into another ClearBra shop after I saw what they’re capable of. Their pricing is too low in my opinion for what you get, and I’m not sure how they get anything done with all the time they waisted answering all of my questions anyway. Thank you SO much Jake & Zach for going above and beyond for me. My standards were already high, and you’ve raised them to impossible. I am a fan in the most obnoxious way.

No wonder why they have such good reviews. Great appointment scheduling, checks, and very honest on their service. (I know including myself, everyone is sometimes rather cautious about some dishonest places of auto repair services) Would recommend this the first repair shop to visit in Boulder area for your german vehicle. I will be back soon to tint my windows, and any wear/tear repairs for my Audi. I am so glad I found this place, Evan was very accommodating as well. Amazing!

Jake and Zack we're able to get me in on short notice, with limited time, to get my wife's windows tinted as a surprise. They were prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job! I cannot recommend AutoHaus enough and will be bring my other vehicles as well!

I took in my M2 comp for a brake fluid flush and tech inspection for our upcoming fall BMW performance driving school. There has been an ownership change. With Covid the experience at Autohaus is not the same. I really enjoyed the “family” feel it had before. I understand nothing is going back to the way it was before. Work was completed as requested. No bells as whistles as far as super great customer friendly service like before. BMW CCA members were offered a % discount in the past. That no longer holds true. And tech inspections are no longer complimentary either. My paperwork with regards to my car make and model and year was not accurate either. It’s little stuff. But noteworthy.

Excellent customer service with a confirmation call the day prior to service, update on the day of installation, and tint care instructions provided at pickup. From the moment I called to make an appointment through when I drove away, I was treated very well. I had friendly, face-to-face discussions with Michael and Jon. I will bring my A5 back to AutoHaus of Boulder for all future service, and I recommend them to all of you who want your cars well cared for. Consider this: it's a 3-hour drive from my home to AutoHaus.

Got my Tints done at AutoHaus, and i cant recommend them enough. Even though I changed the work the day of to a darker tint and added more windows to be tinted it was accommodated in the same time frame. I have some dot matrix on my windows so it wasn't as easy for them to release the moisture and air right away on the tints due to the texture on the window. They advised to let it sit for moisture to escape and for me to stop back next week, I was busy and put it to the back of my mind. THEY followed up with me to schedule a time for them to make it perfect. I had forgotten that it had been 2 week already. Easy, thorough, and thoughtful. Service like this is what creates returning customers
