Driving in morning traffic and the truck is weaving between traffic and driving aggressively. Put on the light bar and decided to stop on the side of the road while there wasn’t any cars that needed a tow around.

I was seeing a patient and I thought I was parked in the ALF parking lot…I wasn’t and within 30 min my car was towed. This is my fault 100%. The problem I have is they damaged my car, and set off every dash light, I tried calling them since I was pulled off down the road just to see if anything happened and surprise no answer. I was then advised by my dealer that they do not believe my car is safe (due to the warnings on my dash) to drive so I unfortunately had to have my car towed again to the dealer. The other tow company was excellent highly recommend Marv’s quality towing. This whole thing cost me money, time, and it directly interfered with my work. Again my fault for parking there the damage and needing to be towed again is not my fault. This company is located on a dirt road with many large pot holes, the building appears to be abandoned, and the one staff member wasn’t helpful and even though I was being kind and respectful (it’s not there fault my car was towed) the staff member treated this like a joke and laughed a couple times when I was asking “what’s next”. Very unfortunate, the people that own the parking lot may want to switch to a more competent tow company. In total I spent $616, if you have your car towed by this place I’m sorry for you.

If I could give negative stars to this company I would. I have had the worst experience with this company. My car was towed at my apartment complex which I have been living in for 2 years now AND paying parking fees. This company is hasty to tow cars based on false claims and hearsay. The fact that anyone can call this towing company and get towed "just because someone said so" speaks to their company culture and morals. The staff is rude and the woman who "helped" me today was treating me like a liar. Not to mention, my car somehow accrued immense fees in the span of about 4.5 hours. This company preys on college students, let the rest of the reviews speak for themselves!!!!!

BEWARE, I parked in the sprouts parking lot for a whopping 20 minutes before my car gets towed, I needed to get something squared away at the ups store in williams village so i figured it wouldnt be an issue as I never park overnight and am polite about not parking in a spot for too long. But nope, car got towed, and it is finals week, so just the most stellar job from these predators. No warning, no nothing. Very very shady stuff.

They tow extremely quickly and indiscriminately. The woman on the phone that answered after 45 minutes was one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken with. $489 for a tow that I picked up immediately. I’ve filed a complaint to try and have it resolved fairly and we will see what happens. Also, they’re open on Sunday 12-3pm

I arrive despite their website claiming they're closed, and their phone line is dead, very deceitful. I thought I had to wait until Monday to pick up my car. I begin to talk with the lady about my car very politely and she had the worst attitude and made my day even worse having to deal with her. I paid nearly 500 dollars for my car that was impounded at 1 am for less than 12 hours. As a college student this sucked, this only happens in boulder CO

Absolute HORRID company. I parked in a lot & went into the supermarket, when I came out my car was towed! It's as if they pick & choose what cars they want to tow as a cash grab. I wouldn't be surprised if the other establishments were in on it. Plus they NEVER answer the phone... You're better off just going to their shop & contacting them face to face.

Scam artists and thieves. Got towed for being in an almost empty parking lot for all but 10 minutes. Had to Uber to their property, and when I finally got there it took them over an hour to finalize my report. Asked the lady how long it would take since I don’t have all day and she simply said she didn’t know and wouldn’t go and check for me. Ended up getting charged over $300. I should not have parked illegally, but $300 seems insanely high and is much higher than most tow bills I’ve heard of. Pretty sure they scratched my vehicle as well. Was seriously considering chewing them out but as I said, I don’t have time for things like that.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. This company and employees are awful!!! I have lived in an apartment complex for 3 years, had to take my car into dealership due to my breaks going out. They sent me home in a brand new rental car so they could fix my breaks. My office is closed so I could not get a parking tag. I go out to leave for church this morning and my rental car (with dealer tag) was towed. We are in Firestone and had to drive all the way out to Boulder, wait on the phone for HOURS to get an answer, then when this girl comes to “help” us, it just got WORSE. The lady at that front desk has an awful and nasty attitude. They charged $400 and refused to give us any information to speak with owners or management. This company should not even be in business but they are because you have to pay the money to get your car back. I hope that get shut down soon. Side note. There were multiple other cars in my parking lot that did NOT have tags and they only towed mine, when asked why they say they don’t pick and choose but they chose mine!! Worse towing company ever. Another side note: my car has 3 car seats in the back, your stealing money from a mama just trying to raise her family and survive in this awful economy. DO BETTER!!

These people are liars and scam artists, they towed my car last night illegally from a guest parking lot in my fiancés apartment complex claiming I needed a guest parking pass, which is a lie the leasing office had let me know over a year ago that no parking permit is needed and that only cars parked in resident parking are ever towed. Someone decided they needed to make their money dishonestly apparently and then when I called for an explanation about why my car had been towed and not any of the other vehicles the lady was snippy and then proceeded to tell me the amount to get my car out might be almost 400 but after 6 hours in the impound it would be 72 more plus a dollar an hour. I went to great lengths to get cash to bring with me and had to spend money on an Uber both to my bank and the pot only to be told that my balance was 100 lesss than what I was originally told and they didn’t have change so they got $30 extra bucks from m. $400 and I didn’t even park somewhere I wasn’t supposed to… definitely will be hiring a lawyer

They towed my car since I didn’t have a parking permit which i understand but they left it with the exhaust split up and the diffuser all scratched up. Also, they decided that they won’t be releasing the car unless I show and American identification that they claim that it is a policy which i know not true. So, they made me stop a random person to get my car out of there.

BEWARE. A very shady operation. You can find info to file a complaint on the bottom of your receipt. You WILL need it. Not only did they say on the phone its 89.00 to get the car back (which was towed because it got stuck in the snowstorm in a persons private spot...nice neighbor....they charged me $301.00!!!! And I had to walk into that filthy tow yard with a shovel to dig my car tires out of the ice! Then I had to wait for them to open the gate and then THIS! They destroyed my SHIFT LOCK button trying to open it and the top just pops off but I guess they didn't know what they are doing. I will be filing a small claims suit. This is unacceptable. First see the snow covering up five residents' parking spots (one is mine) so why would they tow it anyway? Hello it was a blizzard???? See picture below of destroyed Shift lock key.

This is the worst towing place, they’re a scam!! They wrongfully towed my car from an Apartment Complex. They charged me for notification fees when they didn’t even notify me and would not allow me to pick up my vehicle a couple hours after they towed it. They said I could not pick up my car until 12pm so basically until it was convenient for them to allow me to but charged hourly fees on top of all their other fees. When you try to talk to them over the phone they hang up on you and if you stay something when picking up your vehicle they threaten to keep your vehicle.

This towing company is contracted out by the apartment complex where my son got his car towed without any warning. The state of Colorado indicates that they have to give a 24 hour notice before towing a car of apartment complex parking lot. The lady apparently didn't like to be questioned, she was very unprofessional, rude and condescending. I guess that goes with the buisness. If you're going to charge so much at least get someone that has decent customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They towed me for “not having a permit” and then released my car to me for free once I proved I had one. Employees at the office seem reasonable, but the drivers appear to be greedy and soulless. Hope to never see anyone from here again.

24-hour appointment scheduling?!! No. You have a three hour time frame to pick up your car on weekends and you will still have to pay 90 EXTRA DOLLARS to pick up your car when you pick it up when it’s convenient for them. Might as well leave it to the following day to pay the 40 dollar charge for keeping it there 24 hours. I also bet they tow most of their cars Friday night to Sunday to make it LEGAL for them to charge over 250 dollars per tow because either way, you will be paying over 300 dollars. WHAT A SCAM.

This is your typical scummy tow company. They'll come and steal your vehicle in the middle of the night, then extort you with ridiculous fees to get your vehicle back. Business hour indicate they're open 7 days a week, weekends from Noon - 2pm. However, if they steal your vehicle on a weekend they'll charge you AFTER HOURS to pick up Sat / Sun even though they indicate operating hours, makes sense... What more can you say when your sole business is screwing others?

They towed my car with zero warning for simply parking on the street outside of my friends apartment where there is no signage saying I couldn’t park there or I could be towed. There was also no indication of hours when I called so I drove all the way out to Boulder to not get my car back until 12 the next day. The guy towing cars was very nice but couldn’t help. Lady on phone was SO rude. I recognize she is just doing her job but there is no need to be so mean. I am a college student barely making ends meet. This has financially devastated me and all for no reason. I wasn’t in the way, i wasn’t taking someone’s spot, I wasn’t parked by a fire hydrant. I was just parked on the street. How can you possibly be so cruel? Reflect on your morals and see if this is really where you wanna be.

Towed my friend's car despite me buying the online permit for my friend's car so that he could park at my Apartment complex. When I brought the permit receipt, they did not charge us and admitted it was their error. Wasted hours of my friend's time and was frustrating. They had absolutely no reason to tow the car. The staff was kind and helpful once we got there and explained the situation, though

They gouge you in the price to pick up your own vehicle which is no different than a robbery. Guy working there would not take any responsibility for it and just blamed it on the prices that Colorado sets. Since they don’t open till 9 I was just under 2 hours late to work which is cutting out my money so they steal your time and money that you could use to help pay the price or the other bills that literally everyone has. They towed it from broomfield all the way to the far side of Boulder which is also pretty ridiculous seeing as they stole my transportation to get there.

These guys towed my car without notifying me, when I called to check the representative was exceptionally rude. When I go to pick up car and inquire about disputes they referred me to there only option :email. Upon emailing them, they failed to assist me with dispute process which is LITERALLY their job. They simply told me no refund will be issued and that’s all the help I got. So disappointed, this place shouldn’t even in be in business, they just take advantage of people.

Tow truck techs must not know what they are doing considering they towed our car all the way to Boulder from Loveland and completely destroyed the front and back end of our car! They have no respect for peoples cars and I have yet gotten a call back from the owner or a manager! They will pay for this. Better lawyer up.

I was parked in a lot outside my girlfriends apartment for about 2 hours when we heard the sound of a tow truck outside we walked out to see my car already loaded up on the tow truck. Keep in mind it is 5 days away from Christmas and she lives in an apartment that is mostly students so there was maybe 5 cars in the lot that could hold more than 30 cars. We tried to tell the guy we could just move the car somewhere else but he said was obligated by law to bring it to the impound. We follow it to the impound and when we get there the guy says we have to pay $315 to get it released. Just an awesome way to start Christmas especially since I was supposed to use that money to buy Christmas presents for my family.

My partner and I were doing contract work at Colfax and 225 at roughly 2:30 AM on July 09, 2019. We watched as this company drove by towing a nice car(white SUV). The support wheels they utilize to support the vehicle literally fell off into the steet and there was a crazy amount of Sparks. They had to have done damage to this person's vehicle and I'm positive they won't report it, and try to play it off if the owner calls them out on it. I would never allow this company to even look at my car let alone touch it. Extremely unprofessional, and it looked like a circus when they were gathering parts off of the side of the road, and eventually re-towed the car.

I got towed, which is what it is. When I went to pick up my car, there was a scratch on the rear passenger side door. My car was in near perfect condition, this is the only scratch now on it. I asked if there was a way to file this and the woman working pulled up the pictures taken of my car before it was towed and claimed that the scratch was already there. However, what she thought was the scratch was actually a glare from the camera flash which was farther back from the rear door than the scratch was. I pointed this out and she went out to my car to take pictures of the scratch and we filed the paperwork for it. About a week later I received an email from the tow company saying that they found that they were not liable for the scratch to the car and the case would be closed. They gave no explanation as to why they were not liable for the damages. I called them asking if they would send me the pictures that they had of my car before it was towed and they said that I would have to take them to court for the photos. The court fees would be more expensive and more time consuming than having the scratch repaired so I guess they screwed me over. This company needs to stand by the mistakes of their employees and pay for any damages that they cause. At the very least, I wish they would’ve sent me the photos taken of my car prior to being towed so I could prove that the scratch wasn’t there before they towed it. I guess I’ll be spending another $1100 to fix the scratch on top of the $240 for being towed, thanks Boulder Valley Towing.

I was towed from my apartment complex because the tag had blown off my mirror. I feel that Chloe and Anthony really went above and beyond to assist me with working through the issue and making the best out the situation. They were professional and courteous throughout the whole process. You hear endless horror stories about tow companies and my experience here could not have been further from that. Remember to be nice and polite because these are people with a very difficult job working to do their best and support their families just like the rest of us.

The worst. Fancy trucks bought from the spoils of the people they screw. Also known as Wyatt's, Lone Star, Klaus, and others. This vehicle was towed with handicapped plates, placarded, from a handicapped spot. After they refuse to bring it back, we get to their office, in the middle of nowhere, carefully placed just outside of city limits, which is not ADA accessible. We were actually threatened and nearly physically attacked by their manager. On top of everything else, the vehicle was damaged and they wouldn't even allow you to inspect it before taking possession. STAY AWAY, hire somebody else to tow for you. These people are thieves. The managers is unstable, the woman running the office is rude and is only proud that she can park wherever she wants. I'd push my car before giving these people a dime. As a former shop owner and tow company owner/operator, they are honestly, one of the worst run companies I have ever dealt with, and that's saying a LOT.

I wish I could give negative stars. This company is terrible. If you're calling from downtown Boulder you're good but if you live anywhere else and this company is the only place that your apartment complex allows cars to be towed through, you're screwed because they're going to put you on the lowest priority because you're not a big enough paycheck for them. so keep that in mind before you use this place. especially if you pay for a parking spot at your apartment complex and someone else is in it you will not be this Company's top priority and you will get shafted. if this is a place that your apartment complex is contracted to, don't live there cuz you will not be considered a priority at all.

This guy loves to cherry pick cars at night. The signs for parking are all placed on dumpster sides where no one will logically/easily see them. I just literally watched from my house as he drove around the complex, looking at every couple of cars just to find anything he could. Last week We get home late at night from work, had 3 sleeping kids, and at 7am the next day as we're trying to get out the door to work....our family car is gone! He leaves no warning or contact info. I spent hours trying to find her car. We literally just moved in and he tows my wife's car full of car seats on a whim when it was parked directly in front of our home. Then he's completely rude when I finally found him after calling the cops. The apartment managers didn't call this guy to come out either, they were out for the holiday. Shady operation. Very crook minded to steal easy targets from mothers in the middle of the night. Maybe they should post signs where they can clearly be seen. All our cars are even registered to our house, so what happens in winter when he can't see the parking tag? Is he just randomly tow people? Happy holidays pal! $300 you just took from our kids.

Worst ever! I called them to get my towed car. He said I could come now to pick up my car. After I got there, the door was closed and nobody was there. I called him again and was told he would get there in about 20 minutes! I waited there for him for about 30 minutes. He should have told me he would be there around what time when I first called him. He didn't apologize at all and was very rude when I complained about that. Property owners, do not contract with them. It will ruin your impression.
