I had my vehicle in for multiple repairs. After picking up the vehicle the fan assembly came apart while driving on the highway, which they worked on. After having to pay some additional fees, I got the car back. Shortly there after, the rear axle assembly started to fail due to their work. Another shop currently has the vehicle and documented the failed repairs. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and they have yet to respond. Do NOT trust this repair/service department. Their work is half ass and their service technicians are not thorough, causing additional repairs and untrustworthy customer service.

Poor service. I have made three attempts to get my rotors and brake pads replaced that Boulder Nissan recommended. Each time they didn’t order correct parts or all of the parts. Today July 7th went to my scheduled appointment to find they only ordered 2 rotors instead of 4 but 4 break pads. They can’t even get the parts ordered correctly. What a waste of time. I have no confidence in their ability to order parts or service correctly. I have always taken my vehicles to Boulder Nissan. I had planned to purchase a new Titan but not from Boulder Nissan. I wouldn’t recommend Boulder Nissan for any parts or service. Very unprofessional. Asked for a quote and service person said they sent but never did. This is the worst service ever received from a dealership.

Excellent customer service! I am always impressed with the team at Boulder Nissan. Their attention to detail is superb, and I'm glad to have my 2020 Rogue's routine maintenance done there. Thanks for everything!

Service department fails to deliver "service". Arrived early for my appointment, checked in for standard lube, oil, filters and after an hour and a half they STILL HAD NOR EVEN STARTED the scheduled service. When I asked politely to leave, the service advisor handed my key back with NO APOLOGY or sympathy for wasting my time (add another hour for driving 2 ways). Done. The End.

First off, Nissan Boulder service is the best Nissan dealership I have worked with to date. I purchased my 2020 Titan from Tynans Nissan in Aurora because it was the only dealership that had the truck I wanted but it’s too far of a drive for maintenance. Having had less than positive experiences at two other Nissan dealerships in the northern Denver area, I decided to give Boulder Nissan a try. I wish I would have gone there from the beginning. I brought my truck in for a couple manufacturer recalls and a couple other items. I pointed out the factory touchscreen for the radio had some delaminating issues and the drivers side door panel had been showing wear&tear from where I rest my left leg while driving. Without question or difficulty they ordered a replacement radio unit and door panel to be replaced under Nissan’s 5 yr/100k mile warranty. Fantastic service and even better communication. I worked with Kristie in the service dept and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. If you’re looking for a solid, reputable Nissan service dept, you have to give Boulder Nissan a chance to earn your business. I did and my only regret is that I didn’t start trusting them with my vehicle sooner. Thank you so much!

As far as Nissan services go, these guys provide a great service. They are transparent about what your car needs and won’t offer you things to upsell, stating they are needed. Huge in my book and Highly recommended.

We bought a used 2020 leaf from here this year and we use their chargers to fill up when in town since a selling point is that they would have them available for public use. The fast charger throws errors frequently, they are constantly taken by either cars for sale or other people trying to get a few bars. Even when everything goes right they are slow. Even the fast charger! I have had to sit there for an hour or more in the cold to be able to get home. I am dissapointed that these are not up to spec for the new car batteries which hold more juice, and that they are poorly maitenenced. Its just not a selling point if its not a viable option. If these get maintained more often I will change this to a 4 star review.

I've taken my Nissan here a few times since moving to the area back in September of 2021, and it's been an easy, enjoyable experience each visit. Everyone here is extremely helpful and polite - after having more than a few ~delightful~ experiences being price-gouged for standard work in the past at other service shops, I've been very impressed with their treatment and fair pricing as well. I went here for an oil change a week or so ago and they even applied a discount to my bill after seeing I'd been here before - I didn't need to pull out my coupon from my previous brake replacement. 10/10, I'll keep coming back!

These men are a joke. Make sales without complete or functioning key parts. Don’t stand by their customer. And told me it was my own fault. Not recommended for women. These guys are interested only in what they’re getting. Manager asked if he was supposed to “read my mind”. 2022 has no room for their misogyny and lack of customer service.

Not pushy at all I actually had to approach a salesman. Helped me find and purchase exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new or used car. Low pressure and excellent service. Might be my car buying experience ever. Thanks to Anthony well done!!

UNTRUSTWORTHY I went in to purchase of Tacoma only to find it didn’t have a backseat so rather than figuring out how to put a backseat in it I went a few models up. I bought the truck on the lot with all the bells and whistle‘s. I was guaranteed it has been inspected but a little over a month later my $28,000 Toyota Tacoma with less than 50,000 miles on it has a power steering leak and it’s going to cost me $800 to fix. I was initially offered a warranty which was overpriced and I said no because a Toyota Tacoma with less than 50,000 miles on it shouldn’t have any of the problems listed on the warranty. My mechanic, who I trust, was doing an oil change and an inspection at my request. He said he could see how Boulder Nissan’s mechanic might pencil whip the inspection because this problem would be that rare, but this is most likely something that would’ve been seen on an actual inspection. I spoke to Ted and give him an opportunity to make amends and he instead offered me a warranty. I have an $800 loss on the purchase of this vehicle and they want to sell me more coverage? Rather than correcting their error they try to take more money from my pocket. I highly recommend you choose a different dealership.

The service department has gone downhill. I have been going to Boulder Nissan for almost 10 years and I will not be returning. In October, I went there for a simple oil change and waited 2 hours. I went to get an oil change this morning and was told that the battery terminal had corrosion. The technician did not replace the terminal cover and as I drove off the lot my car was making a loud rattling noise on the passenger side of the car. Turned my car around and the service adviser had to dislodge the terminal cover from another part of the car.

I tried buying a battery for my key fob. The guy charged me on the credit card screen $50,000 for a battery that cost $5.42 of course I brought it to his attention and didn’t put my card in. But it was extremely unprofessional.
