  The minimum charge for trash is way too high. The charged me $61 to dump around 200 pounds of trash. That's $610/ton.

  Most insanely priced dump anywhere in America - they have 0 desire to accommodate and want to charge $60 for a car thats barely got anything in it. I will be dumping my trash on the road because of this - blame Western Disposal

  The truck drove right up to the closed street sign and hauled our dumpster to the truck. Without asking. Bravo for doing the right thing, even when it’s a lot more work. Bravo!

  I like the staff and the new location. I'm giving less than 5 stars because they didn't update their Holiday hours and closed the day before Thanksgiving leaving me with a full load of leaves on the back of my truck for the next 3 days. You could see the frustration with a line of Landscapers being turned away at the gate. With the snow coming in many of us will be left without a truck to load our equipment on for our routes.

  I know this is a waste disposal place, but somehow, it is much cleaner and more professional than all of the places further east. If you are in Denver It's better to make the drive, you will be treated better and save money.

  I was surprised when they moved locations, but I found the new one easily. I've been here ~4 times, and have encountered friendly staff that charge me appropriately. There are big signs everywhere, and it's easy to find the Yard Waste Area. I'd give them five stars if it wasn't smelly (joking).

  I used to really like coming to Western, their old place was fine by me and old staff were really personable. New site is bigger and could use some better signage for both the staff and visitors. Staff drive like demons and visitors like wide eyed tourists. The gate Staff constantly over charges or doesn't listen to you when you answer their questions. If they think you are "doing a job" they will charge you more. But I personally work on my mother's property and I have been trying to clean it up for a few years, by myself on my off time (not that I should share this here or with the front gate ladies) but the front people are always questioning me and sneering when I reiterate my answers. One of the guys even told me that I said I had just come from a job site once! What lol! Did I bring my laptop or a spatula? I don't earn my living from working as a landscaper, wish I did, i love the outdoors and yardwork. But alas, I'm a chef and twilight as a customer service rep... So i guess my summation is the staff should point their fingers on themselves and introspectively look at their life choices. Don't take your anger out your customers. Have some compassion... I'll still be dumping here and will update my review as time progresses... Hopefully they will take my advice... But, I'm doubtful
