Brandon and his team arrived early for the pickup and immediately assessed the job. He presented a very fair price and upon approval, went to work and accomplished the tasks flawlessly. He and his team were polite and customer focused. I would highly recommend Junk King!!

Important - The individuals who picked up my bulk residential junk told me that their minimum fee was $150.
Great service by the individuals handling the junk. However, this company is not transparent with their fees, even though they have a standard printed document that their employees carry with them during pickups, which is certainly available as a PDF via email.
When asked, the company would not provide an estimate over email, even though I was very specific about the item to be picked up, including it's condition and location. One person moving a relatively light, if cumbsersome item, from the curb into their truck cost me $150. It took less than two minutes.
It is clear that this company relies on you being hit with the fee as the junk is ready to be loaded into their vehicle.
Jarred and Jeremy did a great job hauling away a ton of stuff I wanted to get rid of. They were kind and communicated clearly, stayed in touch by text before arriving and were very efficient. Junk King was fairly priced and easy to work with.

They’re efficient and worked fast, my storage unit was cleared out quickly, even on short notice, and overall it felt like a win-win. I even let them keep some items, as a tip.
However: if you’re trans, be aware that they misgendered me repeatedly, both in person and over the phone. After realizing I’m trans, they even switched to using the opposite gender. That mattered to me, and it’s something they need to do better.
Also, double check everything before they leave. A few sentimental and potentially high value items I clearly said I wanted to keep were missing afterward, and I can’t say for certain what happened to them.
They’re good at the physical job and fast on short notice, but communication, respect, and final walkthroughs could be improved.
The guys did an incredible job removing all the dirt and rocks, along with other miscellaneous junk from my property. It was a bit more than they expected, but without reservation, they did a complete clean up, and had to fill close to a 2nd load.

Great expereince! I booked online. On day of service they called before they started my way so I knew when to expect them. They took a look at what I had for them, gave me a fair price and did a thorough job of clearing it all out. Can't ask for anything more!

I have used junking several times now they're always highly professional quick to give a quote. Kind helpful if you are disabled like I am they will work with you on getting the things removed but also helping with Linguistics or tools that you might need to disconnect connected devices. Each time that they've sent out a team to help us they've given us a Equitable quote they've been very kind professional friendly I mean they are my go-to people for removing junk and I'm very thankful for them.

The guys at Junk King were fantastic! They were in the neighborhood several hours in advance of the appointment, asked if they could drop by early, gave us a good bid, and finished the job in minutes. I would recommend them highly!
