After I filled up the application on line, they gave me an offer by phone, I was skeptical at first, I was thinking all the process is on line, but I gave it a shot, after other companies low balling me, after I agree with the offer, they start with the process, which is really smooth and helpful, I recommend this company, very professional and save my time.

I had to ask for a better payout, and I thought it was a scam based upon them missing a pick up date. They kept telling me that I was then next one up and they never showed up. I kept on calling and they put me first and were very accommodating the next day. They sent me a conformation of the payout via email and everything turned out really well. I would recommend them for a junk car pickup.

These guys made the transaction easy for me. My car had a blown engine and needed additional work so when I saw that the junkyard wouldn't give me anything for it, I called these guys. They towed it from the garage at no charge and wrote me a check. Sure, it wasn't much, but it was something and was worth it for the convenience factor. The only gripe is that the tow truck driver never contacted me, I had to have their dispatch bug him a few times before he called me. Otherwise, a good experience.
