Thankful for the staff at this fine facility which recycles used household hazardous leftovers, old chemicals leftover in our garbages, and any other waste . Appreciated so much!
The female worker, Mary, couldn’t have been raised any worse. Girl doesn’t have manners, almost convinced me not to buy anything, but I couldn’t give up a $15 bike rack. That girl needs to be raised right and learn manners.
They were pretty fast getting us loaded in and out within an hour , docks are a bit tight but nothing crazy , employees are pretty nice . We would come back .
This review is actually for the CHARMS facility which is at a slightly different location than the regular eco-cycle cardboard drop off but close by. It's so great to have a place to drop off outdated laptops nearby. I had 12 laptops that I had accumulated over the years, and they only charged me three bucks since laptops are technically free to recycle but there was a handling fee, understandably!
I just called and the lady on The phone was rude. She couldn't answer any of the questions that i asked. She just keeps saying "don't know and if you get here they maybe help you that". I guess that's how Boulder people are, rude like the don't get any.
