When I initially called, I was sent through 3 different outsourced people just to get a quote for my car. They originally offered me nearly half ($367) of what another company offered me for my car ($600). They said they would also cover the tow (Which is the whole point of a company like this) and the title transfer fees for DMV. When I said no thanks, they brought the offer up to $548. After I told them that was still less than the other offer, they brought it up to $625, but this took around 10 phone calls back and forth for the guy I was speaking to, to get approval from his boss. At this point, I was already annoyed and overwhelmed.
They wanted me to send a picture via text of my car's title- NEVER DO THIS!! It is a SCAM and anyone can use that picture to sign over your title to themselves with all the info on that document! Luckily, I knew better and did not comply.
They also advertise that they buy cars with cash- which they did not want to give me. Before they wanted the title, they told me they would give me a bank check or could do Paypal- also very Scammy and misleading advertising. If you say you will pay cash, then you should have cash on hand. DO NOT TRUST.
As another reviewer said, They also told me that they would not show up and offer me less then the "final quote" via phone/email. We didn't get that far, but I have a feeling they would've, had I continued with them.
I ended up having to block their number because he would call me at least twice, then leave a voicemail AND text me anytime I didn't answer. Then he would have another lady call and leave me another voicemail. He also did this when I told him I as going with another company and I asked him to stop contacting me.
Glad I went with CJC- Colorado Junk Cars Auto Network.
Be careful.
