As someone who prefers to do business locally I would usually encourage business in places like this. Truth be told you should run. They will not stand behind their products and use excuses like you should have read the fine print. Dissapointed in the new owners and management.
I appreciate that they ordered a part for me as they are the only part house in town. Although I am stuck at the truckstop down the road. I called to make sure my part had come in. They said yes, said I would be down in a bit. Got there at noon, and hand written notice that they are closed for lunch today from noon to 1. So this guy could not tell me this when I called. I would go somewhere else but alas you are the only one in town. You should keep your customers more informed.
Best damn NAPA store in the state of Colorado hands down I'm a owner operator me and my beautiful 18 wheeler broke down NAPA knowledgeable and patient with me on getting the correct parts to get me back on the interstate plus they have a mobile mechanic on stand by!!!! Shout out too Road Dog and the whole NAPA FAMILY🫡🙏🍻
Friendly folks that work there. Have always had on hand what I needed if not always always the next day. I have found they owners as well as employees will try to do whatever they can to help a person out, thats just the people they are just good people. I have broke down a couple of times and bless them they let me wrench on my truck. Did whatever they could to help me out. Prices are comparable to anyone else. Highly recommend!
This is a family owned business that is amazing! They helped us on every level and saved us hundreds of $$ and are just some of the nicest people we have met on our travels!
