Rescued me off the side of the road 20 miles from town, then got me back under way. Checked in with me several hours later to make sure everything was still okay. Thank you Sir!!!!

I’m a commercial driver my name is Patrick I work for a company called lucky star carriers we haul cars coast to coast. I was coming through this town and I was losing air and realize that I had a brake chamber that was out in my truck. I was concerned because it was a very small town but I called this company And they were able to connect me with the mechanic that was able to come out and help me out. Then he also not only gave me someone that could help me, but he followed up with me to make sure that I was taken care of. I love small towns Because the people here ride with a better integrity than I’ve ever met from anybody who lived in a big city. I’m a small town guy grew up on a cattle ranch . the big city is full of toxic human beings and you would never find this kind of integrity that you can find in a small town. Can’t wait to go back and live on the farm. And also, I am very appreciative of having people like this company helping others. That’s what it’s all about. Thank you kindly
I can't express our sincere gratitude toward Jeff, thank you sir for your help on yesterday 07/25/2023. My husband and I got stranded Sunday with a bad radiator, and I need it to pick up my radiator at Liberal KS. I requested a wrecker and you didn't had no one available and you didn't had to help. I can not say ENOUGH good things about this God sent man. My daughter got stranded in the middle of nowhere, last night, in what the National Weather Service has said is the worst snow storm that the area had seen since 1992. My daughter being a Texas girl doesn't know how to handle the snow very well and the GPS took her off the main highway on some backroad. The car slid down the hill, and halfway into the ditch. Being almost a foot of snow on the ground the tires would not release. They luckily had enough gas, and the car still being able to run, was able to keep warm for over 13 hours stranded. We called our insurance company, AAA, and every tow truck company we found. Every single company told us that where my daughter was, was not reachable and that they had shut the roads to the weather conditions. Then we found Jeff!!! He was willing to drive almost 100 miles to come get my baby when nobody else would and also offered to lead her back to a major highway. He also was able to get the sheriff department out there to check on her before he could get there, and get them to allow him to access the closed road. He had been on his way for over an hour when a Good Samaritan showed up and was able to pull them out. Jeff was more than willing to be on standby until she reached safety. I offered to compensate him and he declined. There are still great people out here that truly have peoples best interest at the forefront and not just about money. And not to mention he answered the phone at 2am. Thank you so much Jeff for being willing to go out your way for my baby when nobody else would and when I was 1000 miles away and wouldn't be able to get to her. Your an angel earth side.
Jeff is amazing! He came 50 miles from his shop location on a late Sunday night to tow our van and travel trailer, suggested just the right service center near the place where the van broke down, (that accepted warranty work), and contacted us the next day to help us locate and get a rental car so we could get home. We believe he went beyond “the second mile” to help us. We highly recommend you call Jeff when you need auto parts or towing!

Last year I got caught in an apocalyptic thunderstorm and pulled over onto the shoulder of the highway in the middle of Colorado. Jeff answered my call at 8 or 9 o'clock at night and was immediately on the road to come tow me out of the deep mud. He was extremely friendly, and charged a fair rate. It's nice to know there are good people and good businesses out there still. Thank you, Jeff.
NOT GOOD! Needed a part for my truck, always got the same ol answer..... I'll have it tomorrow, or next week, or Friday. Spoke in person and on the phone always same answer. Did another surprise visit and he ran and hid.
I dint need any help, I can waste my time just fine by myself.

Jeff Was Amazing With Us. We Were Traveling & We Ended Up Getting Stranded & I Had Called Him He Spent 12 Hours Going Outta His Way For My Wife Our Daughter & Animals & I. He Got Us A Belt Off Of One Of His Old Vehicles For Our Vehicles, He Got Us Into A Motel At Like 5am And The Later Towed Our Vehicle To The Hotel For Us. This Man Was A Blessing May The Lord Bless Him. We Will Definitely Go Through Him Again ☺️!!!!! Thank You So Much Jeff Much Appreciated Man😊😊
4 am in the morning, Jeff came out and helped me with a seized tire on a hub. He was able to break it free and get me on my way in about 10mins. Definitely would call him again if I’m the area and in need of assistance.

Extremely kind and helpful. AAA sent him when we got a flat tire that had a locking lug nut that I had lost the key for. It was midnight and he showed up with a smile and directed us to the best place to fix it. He also dropped us off at a motel and made sure we got in ok. You cant ask for much more. Thank you Jeff!

Our rental truck overheated and broke down a half hour outside of town, during a move from out of state. A fan clutch and an hour later we were back on the road with no issues. Great people, great service!
I highly recommend Jeff!! We're from out of state and wound up in a ditch on a back road. Jeff came out and pulled us out and down the road until we hit dry land. He was very friendly to a bunch of "out of towners" and had great prices. We appreciate him so much!
