Jimmy and his team did amazing work on my car! Highly recommended anyone with car issues to stop by.

It is truly rare to find a mechanic this honest nowadays, which is why Eagle Automotive is an absolute gem! They have been taking care of all our vehicles for the last 10 years, and I am consistently blown away by them. They fix everything from our work vans to our Audi, and every single time, I am so deeply impressed. Their integrity, top-tier quality of work, and exceptional customer service are unmatched. They get the job done quickly and flawlessly, and their pricing is always super reasonable. What really sets them apart is that they truly stand behind their warranty. We’ve even had situations where an issue came up after the fact, and they honored their word with zero hassle. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fleet or our personal cars. If you want honest, phenomenal work from incredible people you can 100% trust, Eagle Automotive on Crestline is exactly who you want to see!

I had a brake inspection on my 4runner. Mechanic said I did not require service and performed a road test. No charge. I really appreciate the honesty. I will always trust this facility.

Great experience. They did a presale inspection for me. Professional, courteous, thorough, and timely. Highly recommend and will return. Thank you.

I’ve been going to the store on Kipling for a while and they are a 5/5, absolute best service. They didn’t have availability on a Sunday so I came to this one and was greeted with unexplainable charges on the quote. When I asked the team to tell me what they were for, they couldn’t. After accepting the amount just to get it done, I waited for 20 minutes for my ride home only for them to come over and tell me, first, they no longer had time for me that day, even though I called and ensured availability and after asking if there was anything I can do, was told that none of the techs wanted to touch my truck because of my “attitude”. I was nothing but cordial and only asked for an exploration as to a charge. I never even spoke to a tech! I have no words except that I will never go there and am contemplating never going back to the other location. What a disappoint to find that they have no customer service, are overcharging customers, and straight up lying on multiple fronts. EAS on Kipling is great but don’t go to the Littleton location on wads and Crestline.

The team was super friendly and great to work with. We needed a plug for a tire with a hole due to picking up a screw. We were able to get in same day and with a fast turnaround they had us fixed up within the hour. Great service.

The shop next door appeared out of business so stopped onto Eagle. Oil change was less expensive than what I’ve been paying and got a very well documented inspection report with photos. Approved the recommend recommended brake fluid change and the car was ready at the estimated time.

This shop has always treated myself and my family very fair! Reasonably priced and the best work I’ve seen! Mind you they have the best warranty for repairs made there as well!!!

Stay away. Told me my rear brakes measured 4mm and needed to be be replaced. Brought car to Lexus and they measured 7mm and said brakes were fine. If I had needed brakes Lexus would charge $250 less than EAS quoted.

Employees were great, friendly and informative. I felt no pressure to get anything done that I did not want to. They addressed Issues is she’s that would need to be taken care of in the future and to just keep an eye out.

Wonderful to work with. Helped me through a mess of a warranty. Were very understanding and the work was done faster than the dealer took to just look at the car. Huge thanks

Do not under any means use these people. Pay me the 10x price they will charge you for and I will direct you to a handful of better locations.
Quite possibly one of the biggest scams I have ever bore witness to...I hardly know any mechanic work and they were willing to charge me 2400$ for a job that is 500$ that I was willing to pay 1200$.
I can only hope that one day I can drive past this location and my eyes may be graced to see they are finally closed so that the joy they took from me may yet be returned.Apr 18, 2026 -
You are the most inconvenient Oil change store ever. You have to drop off the vehicle and since I live close by, I just took a walk and I had 2 cars for an oil change two separate dates and each time it took them literally four hours and 3 1/2 hours. Those excuses of full service shop and people going to lunch and having work from previous day are just ridiculous. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Complete rip off. They charged me nearly $200 for a diagnosis. Told me I needed $12,000 in exhaust repairs. Ended up getting it fixed for under $300 at a place off of Santa Fe and Evans. These people are scam artists. Also started sending me incessant text messages that were annoying and difficult to stop. I would avoid this place at all costs and I would never take a vehicle here. Every other mechanic shop in the world offers a free diagnosis and they didn’t tell me they were going to charge me before they offered to diagnose my car then when I went to pick it up, they told me I would owe them $200 to get my keys back. They held my car hostage and stole $200 from me for doing absolute absolutely nothing.

Please if you don’t know enough about cars or car repairs do not come here. My father who may soon get his driving privileges taken away. got ripped off by them 2 times. He went in to get a head light changed a few months ago, not only did they mess that up and i fixed it myself this week. They talked him into a 4,000 dollar suspension upgrade, on a toyota tacoma with 70,000 miles…. The tires he got with very few miles on them went bad. had a bulge on the side wall of an toyo open county AT tire. They didn’t warranty it charged home 250 for the new tire. seriously. scammy business. find someone else unless you wanna waste your money

Great experience bringing my car here. I will be coming back for all of my repair needs. Shout out to Chris and Victor for being knowledgeable and easy to work with, my car is running great and I’m very satisfied with the work done.

Initially, I believed the service provider, Chris, was very professional. However, after everything that has happened, I no longer feel the same way.
When I first brought my Jeep in, I did not mention that I had hit a pothole because I believed the issue was minor and had no intention of filing an insurance claim. After speaking with Chris and hearing his recommendation to take the vehicle to the dealership, I decided it would be best to involve my insurance company.
At that point, the only service performed was a diagnostic and computer check. No repairs were made, yet I was charged approximately $600.
After I informed Chris that I had involved my insurance company and explained the situation, his attitude noticeably changed. It felt as though he was no longer interested in assisting once he realized payment might need to go through the insurance process rather than being paid immediately.
My insurance company later inspected the vehicle and initially determined that they could not confirm damage related to my claim of hitting a pothole. As a result, they held me responsible for the $600 diagnostic cost.
However, after transferring my Jeep to the dealership, the technicians were able to identify the problem within 45 minutes. They also found visible dents consistent with damage caused by hitting a pothole.
Given this new information from the dealership, I am now concerned that my initial claim may not have been fully or accurately evaluated. I would appreciate this situation being reviewed again, as the dealership’s findings directly support the cause of damage I originally reported.Mar 12, 2026 -
Tried up upsell me for an unnecessary "Level 2" Alignment on a solid axle vehicle with only 2 points of adjustment. "We have to check the camber, the caster, the thrust angle" Those are all FIXED NON ADJUSTABLE on a Jeep.
If you have a Jeep Wrangler, know that only Toe and Steering Wheel Center are adjustable.. you literally can't adjust anything else.
I ended up driving 2 mins away to Firestone, and for $99 I was in and out in 1 hour with a perfect alignment!Mar 08, 2026 -
We had some work done on my car, and it wasn't right. It had a strange noise when we got it back. I made another appointment and the shop found out the part was faulty. They made it right and stood by their warranty. That is a great shop. Thanks guys!

I called them last second because I felt like I wasn't getting a good price at other places for my 2012 honda civic LX! I called and Victor fit me in last second but him and Chris were both so friendly and transparent. It can be very intimidating to go to an auto shop as a lady I feel like if you dont know much but they both really took the time to make sure I understood everything I needed to do and why and just such friendly guys! Highly recommend anyone looking for vehicle work!

Victor came out to my car to check an issue. He was able to fix it. These guys do amazing work and are super friendly. Richard runs an amazing team at this location.

Very poor experience. Untrustworthy service and operation.
- Had brakes inspected on Tuesday and was told they were in “excellent condition” at 7mm (front) and 5mm (rear); came back on Thursday and was told brakes were 7mm (front) and 2mm (rear) and that the rear rotors had grooves present and need replaced
- Thursday service was only supposed to be to replace headlight bulbs and was told that would take an hour of labor and my appointment was at 8:00am; I communicated when I booked the appointment that I needed the vehicle back by 2:00pm which was confirmed not to be a problem. Vehicle was not logged for an appointment until after 9:30am and was kept all day while a full inspection was performed. I was never informed that a full inspection would be performed or that they would have the vehicle all day.
UPDATE: I took my vehicle to a mechanic that I knew I can trust over 2 hours away from Denver. They did a full inspection of the vehicle and confirmed that the brakes and rotors were in really good condition and definitely did not need to be replaced. They also found that most of the suggested repairs/replacements found in the EAS inspection report were either wrong or unnecessary.
In summary, EAS tried to sell me brake pads, rotors & other services that were unnecessary & unwarranted.Feb 06, 2026 -
I had a great experience with EAS. They were open on Sunday which was a plus. And they quickly diagnosed the issue causing the check engine light and got everything fixed ahead of schedule. Everyone was nice and professional and not trying to oversell. 100% recommend!

On a Saturday I took our Mercedes GL 450 in for a Mercedes B-1 service. This service includes oil/filter change with Euro synthetic. Also, replace air filters, cabin filter and brake line flush. EAS, was able to complete the oil/filter service, however, the technician found the other services a bit more complex. As such, they called me and let me know. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up, Triston, showed me what they found and I have to agree that the work required a specialized tech to manage the job.
What I appreciated most about this is they made the call informing me and didn’t attempt anything that may have caused bigger issues. In other words they saw something they were not familiar with and stopped. That’s the way a professional operation works. Triston, is bringing this to the attention of his Master Tech on Monday.
So our job isn’t complete, but I thought my experience should be brought to the attention of our community. You won’t, or may not find honesty like this in every auto service shop. I appreciate when folks tell you straight up that they may not be able to handle the job. They paused, raised their hand and said they need additional input before moving ahead.
Thank you Triston, and your EAS team!
Much appreciated!Feb 01, 2026 -
Victor Gallegos / Salesman was GREAT to work with his professionalism and honesty where a breath of fresh air compared to other places I have been to, I felt comfortable with his advice also Dana / Mechanic handled my car with care and it runs smoothly.

I received a coupon in the mail for a 4-oil-change package for $149. I called EAS to schedule and spoke with who I thought was a very kind older gentleman. I gave him the year, make, and model of my Volvo, and he explained that they usually have to order the oil filter for Volvos, so the service might take longer. At no point on the phone, not during scheduling, not during drop-off was I told my coupon wouldn’t be accepted or that there would be any kind of additional charge. In fact, he reminded me multiple times to make sure I brought the coupon with me.
When I dropped off my car to the same gentleman who scheduled me, again, no mention of any extra fee or that the coupon didn’t apply because my vehicle is foreign. Nothing.
When I came back to pick up my car, I handed my coupon to a different guy at the counter and told him I wanted to utilize the 4-oil-change package for $149. He smirked and said “That coupon doesn’t include your car.” I asked why, and he turned the computer screen toward me and pointed to a note saying the coupon excludes my car.
I explained that the man who scheduled me knew I had the coupon and he asked me several times to bring it and that he also knew the exact make and model of my car. He even told me ahead of time that they probably wouldn’t have the Volvo filter on hand and would check and order it if needed. The counter guy just repeated, “Well the coupon doesn’t include your car.”
I asked to speak with the gentleman who scheduled me and asked if their calls are recorded. He said yes, they do record calls and then told me the person I scheduled with "was the manager". When I asked to speak with him he looked at me in my eyes and said “He’s gone.” I asked him to please call the manager, and he told me, “No.” and again, "No I'm not going to call him."
I was honestly stunned. I told him I expected to pay what we discussed over the phone and not $120 for a single oil change and that if the pricing had been upfront, I would’ve gone back to Midas like I did last time. He still refused to call his manager. I told him he could call his manager and settle this, or I was taking my car because I was not paying $120 for something that was never disclosed to me. I saw my keys on the counter and grabbed them. I have never been heated enough to do something like that in my life. He tried to snatch them back and actually scratched my hand, then jumped up like he was about to physically confront me while saying, “Oh, are you going to call Mr. Scott? Of course you’re gonna call Mr. Scott,” referring to my husband who had just dropped me off.
I stayed in the lobby and called my husband to come inside, and again asked the guy at the counter to call his manager. Before I even finished asking my husband to come in, the guy at the counter suddenly called the manager, “Richard.” Richard asked for a photo of the coupon and had the guy read the fine print to him. They went through it line by line, and there was absolutely nothing about foreign cars, special oil, or any additional charges.
After replaying the whole situation in my mind, I genuinely believe the manager I scheduled with wanted me to bring in that coupon because he knew he could try to hit me with an extra charge for having a foreign car. Then the guy at the counter made another smart remark while my husband and I were standing there. I told him this whole situation could have been avoided if he just called his manager when I asked. He said he’d “get in trouble” for calling his manager “after hours.” It was 3:30 PM on a Friday.
I walked out of there feeling completely taken advantage of first, because I’m a younger woman, and second, because I drive a nicer vehicle so they probably assumed I’d just pay whatever they told me without question. Their behavior was the opposite of “honest and professional” like their website claims. The man at the counter should be fired for the way he spoke to me, for refusing to call his manager, and for making comments about me calling my husband.Nov 15, 2025 -
This place is a brick and mortar shop that commits highway robbery. You can take your car anywhere before here, and this place will have the highest priced services that your car "needs" suggested to you at outrageous prices. Even after the other shops looked at your car and found no problems. The prices would be worth it if their service work was good, but I just had an alignment and struts changed. They charged over 3k for the service. (Parts for that job are less than $500 and they finished the job in less then an hour.) Less than 6 months later, while getting an oil change, they informed me that I needed an alignment and the same struts changed. There's other fishy tactics I've seen them do, but I'll leave them out for now. Do not go here or any other Eas store. You will regret it.

I got a screw in my tire and didnt realize until Friday leaving work. I had a can of fixaflat to get me to EAS. Alex Linnabary was amazingly helpful and so kind. He popped on my donut real fast and told me to just drop the tire off Tuesday morning on my way into work. (Monday was labor day).
Richard helped me Tuesday and was wonderful too! I'm a first time customer and will definitely be back because of these two and their professionalism. Thank you!!!Sep 02, 2025 -
Five stars all the way for Chad and his crew! They were seriously amazing. His team got me in the very next day and had my AC fixed in no time. Everyone was super friendly, the whole process was smooth and easy, and the service was great. Honestly just so refreshing to work with people who are efficient and awesome. Highly recommend, and I’ll 100% be going back if my car ever needs anything again!
