I had a car accident, the car was smashed and did not seem worth fixing. I found cashforcars. com and entered my car info. I got a phone immediately from Annes and he made me a very reasonabl offer. No game was played. I accept the offer (on a Friday ). The next Tuesday the car was picked up while the driver handed me a check of full offering amount. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. I search 6 websites and got quotes. This one was the highest for selling a 20 year our truck in good condition, good engine, but in need of other mechanical issues more expensive than I wanted to put into it. After I got the quote the initial call was a bit “clunky”.. not great to understand, talked a bit fast and had to hand off and then repeat all of my information once and then again when the dispatch “check in” call happened. But the local tow yard driver was very professional, on time, quick and accurate with the paperwork and check. If the title transfer and state registration refund goes smoothly (and the check does not bounce), then the completion of the transaction was very good.

ABSOLUTE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/BUSINESS EVER. Don't waste your time waiting around for these guys because they will NEVER SHOW UP. When you try to call the call center about it, you'll be on hold for 30+ minutes only to have someone finally pick up the phone, then lie to you about being on the list for pickup. They will not give you a window of time for pickup, nor will they give you the phone number or name of the business of the pick up service. They will only give you a 'should be there within the next couple of days" answer. SERIOUSLY, WATCH OUT AND STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SO CALLED "BUSINESS" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
