Fix Auto recently repaired my 2008 BMW 335i after it sustained front-end damage in an accident. The car is now as good as new, if not better. Not only was the repair and paint work top=-notch, but they worked diligently to get all of the needed parts even though BMW no longer produces some parts for this older model. Fix always goes the extra mile to make sure that everything on the car is repaired and working just as good as it was when it came from the factory.
Incredibly frustrated with the service I'm receiving from Fix Auto. We chose this place because of the high reviews and as one of the recommended collision repair companies from my car dealer. They have had my car for 6 weeks now and we have received zero communication about updates for about 4 weeks. Never in my life have I had car work last longer than 2-3 weeks even when ordering custom parts - which is the only explanation I've been given by staff. They are telling me it'll be another two weeks before I get my car back! Feeling very powerless in this situation overall.
Joey Williams and his staff were great always welcoming, he stayed in communication with me about my car even reached out to the insurance company about extending my rental .. My car was detailed when I came to pick it up, I’m a very happy customer.. Thanks Joey appreciate you!

Fix Auto quickly repaired my Honda CR-V passenger window that had come off its track and that was attempted to fixed at my normal maintenance shop (but they did it wrong). Fix Auto got it corrected in less than 45 minutes! Will be coming back here if future auto body or Collison needs occur.
Unfortunately I have been here 3 times over the years with three different vehicles. No one ever likes to be at the body shop!! Most recently my daughter had a minor accident but they have previously worked on mine and my wife's vehicles. Each time the work has been impeccable and the service and communication top notch. Would highly recommend you give them a try. They worked seamlessly with our insurance adjusters as well.
Unfortunately hit a deer in my 24 silverado and decided to bring it here. From day 1 to completion I was impressed with the service/communication and overall end result. Wow. I am amazed by the work and dedication from the team at Fix Auto. My truck needed the entire front repainted. They went above and beyond to get my truck just right which is hard because I'm very detail focused and hard to please. The paint match was flawless. Dan and his team worked so hard to do it right and I'm so thankful they were easy to work with. I would recommend them 10/10. I truly wish all body shops and collision repair centers were like Fix Auto Highlands Ranch.

I’ve used FixIt Auto a few times now and have always had a great experience. Most recently, they painted an aftermarket part for me and the color match and finish were perfect. They’ve also done other work on my vehicles over the years, and it’s always been done right—on time, fairly priced, and with attention to detail. It’s great to have a shop you can trust. The communication was very poor. I had to initiate almost all of the communication regarding progress on my vehicle. The actual work took much longer than they initially advised me! The Repairs and workmanship on the vehicle we’re very good.
There are a lot of body shops you can find on Google, not a lot that will give you a 5 star performance year after year. The photo is just an example of the shop letting me know what they were doing along the way. I have used this shop for all my cars, from installing new tubs to totally replacing my roof from hail damages. I would not go anywhere else, nor should you.
Fix Auto made my car perfect, and this was a very difficult 4 stage paint. They called in the paint supplier to make sure it was a perfect match. This paint repair was from a hit and run. This covered the entire right side and across the upper tailgate, and is probably better quality than the factory paint.
Joey and the team over there are amazing! Great customer support and amazing quality on repair. My SQ looks better than when I picked it up years ago!

The staff is very nice. They were thorough in inspecting my vehicle for damage. On the surface it didn’t look too bad, but during diagnostics they discovered a sensor was not working. They did not communicate as often as I would have liked, but I got my questions answered when I called in to the office. My car looks great. It was cleaned inside and out.
Fix Auto Highlands Ranch is definitely the place to go with your damaged car. Tracie at the front desk was reliable and professional with phone calls. She even talked with the at fault insurance company and she all around takes care of business. Bob at Fix Auto is the best mechanic I know. Personally, his customer service has inspired me to have better customer in my own line of work. He took care of my truck and saved me a bunch of $. From my experience, Fix Auto Highlands ranch is truly there to help drivers and will take money from insurance companies before they take money from you, if at all. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the area to go here with car problems.
Fix Auto did an amazing job repainting my fuel tank for my 2019 zx6r rebuild project although they said they did more insurance based auto work they went above and beyond to squeeze me in there schedule to get it done. and i couldn't be happier. Big thanks to Valerie and Bob for making this project come to an amazing finish.
I had extensive hail damage to my truck. With the lack of parts, claim and insurance problems it took about 3 months to fix. The repairs look good besides a couple minor scratches that will need buffed. I’m very picky when it comes to my vehicles. I worked with another body shop before and Fix was above and beyond better. The staff was always friendly and understanding. Would definitely use again
We got into an accident. And dropped our Volvo off at a different body shop. Long story short, the other shop did a horrible job repairing our suv. Dan the owner at Fix Auto totally took over when we brought the car in. Repairing the bad work from the other shop the right way. He went above and beyond for us. I’m not use to being given that level of service from a shop. I would highly recommend Fix auto. I will always take my vehicles here for any of my auto body needs.
