They allowed me to text with an hour's notice of when the car needed to be picked up, and they showed up right at the requested time. Ortiz towing was able to assist us quickly in towing our non starting electric vehicle to a dealership for service. They were professional and very honest. They noted that our 12 volt battery was low and told us that we may be able to replace it and avoid a tow, but we opted to have them take it in for us. They're reasonably priced as well. Would definitely use their services in the future if needed!
Victor is a great guy, who will definitely take care of you. He was cheaper than anyone else I was able to find, and arrived within an hour of inquiry. He was super quick to get things loaded up and was even nice enough to give me a ride to the service center. He was punctual to the set up time, well priced for distance, very conscience of how long my vehicle is making sure it didn't scrape the bumpers on the ground, and also asked about the problem with the vehicle. If we need a tow I am definitely calling him and referring him to friends and family as well!
