All my parts came in a timely manor. Everything was in good condition minus the spark plugs. The boxes were crushed which wasn’t a good sign. Thankfully the plugs weren’t broken. Prices were good also.
Excellent communication, Seller reached out ASAP to verify my address as it "looked" a little off, they were correct and the issue was fixed and parts shipped quickly. Great price for authentic manufacturer parts.
As always fast shipping, OE part (matched 100%) tried other OEM (OEMs are knockoffs ) and did not fit or work properly. These were cheaper than the dealer and even the knockoffs.
Excellent place for parts - they let you see the inventory on their items so there is no guessing. Always promptly shipped and great prices. Even reimbursed me for a recalled part. Much better to deal with vs the other two sources on the eastcoast.

I've never heard of this company before and just came across it on Google and boy am I glad I did. They had the best price and definitely was the fastest. I paid for next day shipping and that's what I got at my door the next morning. Awesome service! This is where I will be ordering my parts from now on as long as they are available.
Sorry but the product I received was not what I was expecting. The picture in the advertisement was deceiving. I ordered new radio knobs for my 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero and they look nothing like the ones I needed to replace. They are much smaller in diameter than the old ones. Not sure what to do with them since they are useless to me.

Dare I say it, BETTER THAN FCP, Euro!! Yes. It has been my experience that pricing is better and shipping is hella faster.

What stands out for me with RM European is the reliable two-day FedEx delivery at $9.95 shipping cost. They seem to have multiple warehouses distributed around N. America to enable this. Good selection of OEM parts.

These folks are first class. They beat their competitors on price (FCP Euro) order it on Monday and you have it for Friday to go work on your car. You got a problem with a damage delivery of a product they'll take care of that right quick. These folks just do a great job everybody should buy from these people.

Quality Porsche parts at a good price (without the price-gouging on shipping costs that some other suppliers charge). There are lots of Porsche parts suppliers but I have found RM European to be the best for price, service and quality.

Never got my order, emailed Alex and it took them 3 days just to respond and blame FedEx. He said they would reship and I would get an update but it's been another 3 days. All they did was change my status on their website to reship. Then they had the audacity to send me several emails asking to give them a "positive" review when I haven't even gotten an update on my order, let alone actually have the product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This company will scam you.
Update: they sent me the order after finding FedEx lost my package.. the order arrived a few days later than expected but they corrected the issue so I commend them for that..
I ordered parts to replace worn suspension on my 2002 Boxster S . Parts were reasonably priced as was shipping . Parts were delivered one day after I ordered . Parts had no visible damage . I gave a 4 star review because I haven't installed the parts yet . So far I am very happy with my first purchase from RM European.
I have made several purchases from RM European Auto Parts LLC. I am very happy with the overall experience. Their product availability as well as options for different budgets is great. Even many of the OEM parts are much lower priced than you can find elsewhere. The site is straight forward and easy to navigate. Since they have multiple warehouses with real time inventory showing where they are in stock, they will automatically choose the most efficient warehouse in terms of reduced shipping times. I am often surprised when the parts show up the next day or within 2 days of ordering and not having to pay expedited shipping rates!
In a critical situation, I required a replacement oil drain plug for my Porsche. RM European provided me with the necessary component, as well as a wide range of other parts for Porsche enthusiasts and numerous European brands. I am highly satisfied with their services and intend to continue doing business with them.
Consistently and by far the single best vendor of replacement parts for my 2010 Porsche. Places like FCP and ECS push headlines where they claim warranties and customer service, but they wildly overpromise and painfully underdeliver. RM is detailed and super-fast, and always a competitive price if not always the lowest price.

I own an Audi SQ5 and and want to keep it in top running condition for as long as possible without breaking the bank. I no longer need to search the whole internet to find the best prices on the things I need to maintain my European vehicle. RM European is almost always priced better than the competitors. I buy all of my Motul oil and Mann/Purflux oil filters among other things from them. The only quibble I have is that other sites provide free shipping on orders $50 or more, but RM European requires $150 orders or more for free shipping. So I have to wait until I need to order a lot a one time for it to make sense to order from here. If I just need a 5L jug of oil and an oil filter, the savings from the lower price is negated by the cost for shipping. If you want to stock up on essentials and you have at least $150 worth of items in your cart, then you really can't beat it.
Was hoping I found a local gold mine, based on my wife's previous experience with RMEuropean, but feel a bit let down.
Despite the fact google lists them 8 miles from my current location, all the parts I ordered shipped from out of state with no pickup option. The packaging was negligent on all orders from how it looks
A motor mount barely secured in a destroyed box, and a whole set of gaskets and seals for an engine I'm working on now, and the metal outer sealing gasket is folded up and creased pretty badle, since it was shipped in a flexible envelope with no discernable "Do not bend or fold" markings.
Basically I can't even use the things I ordered, they probably will not seal correctly.
I did install the mount but if it leaks, that's not going to work either. Guess I'm not ordering from here
Update: RMEuropean did respond so I'll give credit there, but now that I'm doing this work and discovering several parts packaged (like the pulley cap pictured) also didn't match the part number on the bag, I give up. Already ordered replacements from somewhere else and got the right things immediately. In this instance I don't have time to chase down RMAs and am not clear I'd get the right parts anyhow
