I live in a suburb of Denver, Colorado and have purchased parts from RM European previously. It was great to be able to purchase either online or at their location and then get the parts locally. However, they now only allow you to get the parts from California and no longer stock the parts locally. You will pay the extra cost for shipping, which added to the part(s) could be very expensive... Alas, this will be my last purchase from them as there are many other LOCAL part suppliers that will not make me wait and also charge me extra for the parts that I need now.
There is no misunderstanding. The EXTRA cost of shipping and the "WAITING" caused by shipping the part is the problem. In this specific case the shipping was the delay which in the past did not happen... While you don't have control of the shipping process, you did change your part processing and that is why you have lost a customer.
Ordered a power steering pump. The part worked great. However the customer service side needs work. They don't explain anything about the core or how to send it back, or get your core fee back. I even asked in the comment box if I ship core back in same box. No reply. No return shipping label. So I have to pay for the shipping to get my core fee back. If I get it back. Whoever the dude is who answers the phones is terrible as well. I WILL NEVER use this place to order parts from again.

The best thing about RM Euro is that they ship really fast. It is typically only a few day to get my parts in Wisconsin with normal shipping. They're overnight shipping is also priced reasonably for when I'm in a hurry. I appreciate that they tag "oem" parts, since this is what I typically want. Searching for a part by description can be a hassle. It's best to get an exact part number from an exploded diagram then search for the part number at RM Euro. This isn't unique - it's the best method at other sites as well. They haven't made any mistakes on my orders. I suspect they'll stay my go-to supplier for BMW parts.

Bought a Bosch alternator for a 2013 Mini Coupe S and after a few weeks, the voltage regulator failed. RM European's policy is you have to return the original part and buy the same one again to receive a refund, which is fine. However, the replacement part wasn't in stock, so was told I could buy a different brand and be refunded the original amount (different brand was cheaper). RM European then said it could take 15 days before I receive the refund. 15 days went and still didn't receive a refund. After many email exchanges and being told there are "delays", still no refund and communication ceased. Had to dispute the charge. Not happy with the turnout and definitely won't do business again.

RM European shipped the order quickly and the alternator was a perfect fit for my wife's 2011 BMW convertible. FedEx did not do such a great job as the driver could have pushed the box back twelve inches on my porch so it would be protected by the rain.

Great service. I was a little leery at first because I had never heard of them before. I took chance, because their prices are really competitive and I found a winner. Don't get steered away because they're in Colorado they have multiple warehouses around the country and I got my Denso Compressor a lot sooner than expected. Note: check the stock in their Warehouse, that may give you an Ideal of how long it will take.
RM European is excellent and has always had some of the best pricing out there for my W204 C63! No delivery issues at all and only complaint (not the end of the world) is that I live within 5 miles and wish I could pick up from their office.
I own an Audi SQ5 and and want to keep it in top running condition for as long as possible without breaking the bank. I no longer need to search the whole internet to find the best prices on the things I need to maintain my European vehicle. RM European is almost always priced better than the competitors. I buy all of my Motul oil and Mann/Purflux oil filters among other things from them. The only quibble I have is that other sites provide free shipping on orders $50 or more, but RM European requires $150 orders or more for free shipping. So I have to wait until I need to order a lot a one time for it to make sense to order from here. If I just need a 5L jug of oil and an oil filter, the savings from the lower price is negated by the cost for shipping. If you want to stock up on essentials and you have at least $150 worth of items in your cart, then you really can't beat it.
Was hoping I found a local gold mine, based on my wife's previous experience with RMEuropean, but feel a bit let down.
Despite the fact google lists them 8 miles from my current location, all the parts I ordered shipped from out of state with no pickup option. The packaging was negligent on all orders from how it looks
A motor mount barely secured in a destroyed box, and a whole set of gaskets and seals for an engine I'm working on now, and the metal outer sealing gasket is folded up and creased pretty badle, since it was shipped in a flexible envelope with no discernable "Do not bend or fold" markings. Basically I can't even use the things I ordered, they probably will not seal correctly.
I did install the mount but if it leaks, that's not going to work either. Guess I'm not ordering from here
Update: RMEuropean did respond so I'll give credit there, but now that I'm doing this work and discovering several parts packaged (like the pulley cap pictured) also didn't match the part number on the bag, I give up. Already ordered replacements from somewhere else and got the right things immediately. In this instance I don't have time to chase down RMAs and am not clear I'd get the right parts anyhow
My 92’ Volvo 740 Turbo Wagon ~ the driver’s Front Blinker/Parking light Lens went missing.
I found the exact one on RM European Auto parts. The Lens was reasonable, and the Shipping was too. It came so quickly, that I wondered what was in the mystery box?
The Lens is already here!

Removing and installing the New Lens, was Super easy.
You 1st unplug the female plug from the connector. The light bulb plastic fixture stays inside the Lens.
Press on a few Plastic tabs in the back of fixture, that frees the whole Lens fixture. You just pull the whole Lens straight out the front.
Remove the plastic bulb fixture from the old Lens, put it in the new Lens by lining up the tabs and turning it until snug.
Installing the New Lens. Line everything up, and push the Lens in through the front until it clicks in. Connect the male into the female connector.
