I highly recommend Reed Towing, Pat was the technician they sent out to tow my car to my body shop of choice. The company itself was fast in taking care of my needs and very kind. Pat was kind and thoughtful and treated me with respect. He let me know his time when he would arrive he let me know when the car was dropped off and then what condition the car was dropped off and told me he was sorry about my situation. Call Reed and Rush Towing when you’re in a bind and need reliable help on the road. My insurance agent gave me their number several years ago to tow my jeep when it broke down. They have been friendly and quick to show up every time since. Gives me a sense of security knowing they will be there when I’m stranded. Add their number to your contacts and you’ll be glad you did when you least expect it.
They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I believe Jenny was the dispatcher she told me when Pst would get there. Pat was great! He called to give me an ETA. He was kind and put my mind at ease in a stressful moment. I even gave him a wrong towing location and had to change it and Pat took it in stride. Shawn from Reed Towing performed the most perfect pickup, tow & delivery that I’ve EVER experienced in my entire life.
He called 30 minutes prior to arrival at our garage; arrived at the apartment security gate instead of the Residents’s Only gates where most providers end up; & was the first ever to find our garage without additional instructions where others have been lost for hours in the confusing maze of streets/side streets that make up our apartment complex;
Then, he greeted us with a sunshine friendly personality, told us that he worked with someone with our last name (distant cousin, Pat), answered our questions completely, & expertly loaded our battery dead car onto his tow truck/delivered it to our repair shop, Toy Doctor.
Thanks again Shawn for making this process so simple, smooth & enjoyable (almost never happens for us old senior citizens).

I was referred to Reed's by Arapahoe Kia. My car wouldn't start when I was trying to leave work. The lady on the phone was super nice and got a driver out to me within 40 minutes. Dustin was nice and professional, had the car loaded in a matter of minutes.
While the circumstances sucked as to why it had to be towed, they made the process a lot better.
I called Reed towing from the side of the road, in an area I wasn’t familiar with. The person that I spoke to on the phone was wonderful and helped me figure out my location, amidst my stress. She dispatched their driver Pat out to me and he got there so quickly! He was very kind and made sure my ride was on their way to get me. Pat explained the next steps to me, and assured me that my vehicle would get to the shop ok. I called, explained my situation (AAA left me hanging like a bad prom date due to my bricked Tesla), and hung up. 15 minutes later, Shawn was at my house ready to pick up my Tesla. Needed a tow truck to bring my 4runner to Toy Automotive. Called a couple of places and Reed had the fairest price of all the places we called. Service was top notch. Communication was on point, courteous, and respectful. Service was professional and we felt the transport of the car was secure, we had no concerns whatsoever. Reed & Rush Towing - stands out amongst all other towing services. Jenny (owner) returned our panicked call immediately and Pat (driver of a flat bed truck) made sure we were taken care of even after hours. Seamless link with our insurance company made the whole experience as expeditious and reassuring as possible. Check other towing sites...I doubt they'll have the 5 star rating this company has - give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

I recently had a coolant leak on my Dodge Viper and needed it towed out to my repair facility in Parker. Dustin showed up at my house on time and was ready to go! No more boards and pieces of wood used with low cars - he had Race Ramps and was super professional with loading and made me feel extra confident. Shawn was amazing in getting my car started from a dead battery and hauled to car dealership. He was punctual, arriving early, very courteous and professional. The set up was quick and easily done over the phone. the driver, Justin I believe, showed up around an hour or so after the call which was perfect, and the price was fair!
