They are a damn scam, they publish one car and sell the other I bought a car that turns on and rolls, and it arrived without transmission shaft without crankcase without battery without cables, I had a video published where the car starts the engine, the photos do not show any of the problems The worst thing is that I call and they tell me that the Car is already my problem they only deliver, they don't sell cars

As a title company isn’t it your job to get the documentation to clear a title rather than leaving the responsibility to the customer. You sit at a desk with thousands of number at you fingertips and know what you need in order to clear a title so why is it put on the burden of a customer to sit on hold for 3+ hours for you to even tell me what was needed rather than just returning it in the mail no notes no information on what else is needed just sent back and told it’s wrong. Now I have to sit on hold with a bank for another 3 hours to get a lien release from an account I have no information on because not only did you send my title back you sent it to New York instead of Colorado where I live. You as a title company could have received this information faster than me sent it to me and connected me with a notary to get it back to you. I haven’t received my settlement from this yet so it’s not like I have a car to just go meet a notary. My closest back is 2 hours away. There is no service in customer service anymore, why am I doing your job for you? I used to work in mortgages and ALL of these steps I’ve described were NEVER the burden of the customer.

Only reason for 2 stars Ireland who helped me was very friendly. She is the reason i gave it 2 stars. This place is so disorganized!! So first off they make you check in online when you get there via a QR code but there are no clear signs telling you to do so. It’s not like I was the only person to not know to do this. As I waited almost every other person that came in also didn’t know to do it. So I then checked in on line, and people that came in after me were getting helped before me. One guy was there to do the exact same thing I was doing and got there after me but got helped before me. After I checked in it said my wait time to get helped would be 45 minutes!! 45 minutes!! Just to grab a few items out of my car. When I called I asked if I needed an appointment. The person I spoke with said no and to just show up. If it is that long to get helped why wouldn’t you want people to schedule appointments?? While I was waiting another lady came in who drove 50 minutes to come down here. She said she called before coming to make sure that the auction was going on. Was told on the phone it was but turns out it was not going on. So she drove 2 ish hours for no reason. Like I said once it was finally my turn to get helped Ireland was very friendly and helpful!

Awful experience, if my insurance didn’t require I use this place I never would have. Multiple items stolen and damaged from my vehicle. Call center/ customer service reps are extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. The manager Eric Schleeter is probably the most unprofessional of them all. After my initial experience to now (5 months later) there has been no resolution, compensation or even a real apology for the stolen and damaged items caused by his team. I have requested updates multiple times and am ignored each time. Eric seems unfit to run this place at any capacity. I’d stay as far away from this place.

Nobody in a hurry and the place isn't handicapped accessible, so if you're coming to drop off a title, you have to call them to come down and get it. Got everything handled, but it was frustrating.

this is a terrible place. I waited for documents for two and a half hours. The time in the application showed 17 minutes and decreased to 5 minutes, and then began to grow to 13 then to 20 minutes and so it continued all this time. when I asked what was happening, they simply told me to sit and wait. so be prepared to spend 3 hours of your time just sitting and waiting for documents. and at the end they will give you a paper that the title will be sent by mail

If you're in a hurry then NOT the place to come! Due to the pure volume of vehicles they move they have a system in place to take care of customer requests in an orderly fashion. Expect a wait of anywhere from 15-45 minutes on the average. Reps are business like and precise in what they do.

I had a bad experience when I bought this truck and with them in the auction pictures where the picture of the condition of the truck came, it didn't have that dent when the tow truck took it out of the storage it had a hit that it didn't have I made the claim there As soon as the tow truck took it out and the person in the photo told me that they couldn't do anything about it because the vehicle was already outside the storage and that they were no longer responsible for what happened to it outside, but they did give it that Hit by a forklift or something, the vehicle was just lifted onto the towing. I recommend that you do not buy the vehicles he sells are pure trash. Those cars should better go to the junkyard. There is no point in going to see them in person or on the web because it doesn't appear as they are. They know very well that they are selling pure trash...

Stay away at all costs. I gave one star simply because I had to, to leave a review. This company hires thieves and they don’t care to hear about it. My car was brought here by my insurance after an accident. For a company that claims to be 24/7 secure this statement doesn’t apply to being secure from their own staff. I had items stolen from my car including a pass I had for my disability which clearly showed the disabled symbol on the front, as well as money, crystals, gift cards, a phone charger, and a necklace made for me by a woman in Haiti when my mom was working at the hospitals there. When you call the company to report missing items they tell you they can’t help and that you need to contact your insurance representative to file a complaint with their manager. That was a lie and my insurance said they’ve never heard of anything like that. Like many others in the reviews on this company I filed a police report in hopes that eventually people in vulnerable positions with their vehicles won’t experience this type of tragedy in on top of losing a vehicle.

My totalled charcoal subaru impreza was stolen by copart and I have NOT been paid. Accident happened in February, copart stole my car in March I say stole because they refuse to pay me! Yes you heard me. Copart towed my car wrote me a check for $900.00 just for it to bounce. Was told to fill out extra paperwork for my car before I was even paid. I asked why (was never told) than threatened by copart. So I signed the extra paperwork. Still no new check and now copart is saying they paid me but I have no $900.00 in my statement history. These people are frauds and they stole my car. I am filing a police report on your lot and I am contacting the city hall about this. Also I will be talking to lawyers for legal advise on this company. I called the office and they are acting like they don't know what im talking about.

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place they will scam you. They won't sign over a title that's registered in there name and we have bill of sale. They are terrible people do not bid on their vehicles.

Fast, friendly service. They had to take extra steps to get my plates from the basement and they didn’t seem bothered by the extra work. I appreciated their help. I read the reviews before going, and knowing that my time was valuable to me, I made sure I got there early (when I knew it would be less crowded), and I made sure I had what I knew I would need in case of any questions or concerns. I was in and out within 40 minutes, and Ireland was a pleasure to work with.

Broke into and destroyed my locked glovebox and stole personal property including my old registration slips, emergency cash, and license plates before towing my vehicle back to me. AAA uses this company to return your salvaged vehicle to you, beware and avoid if you have the choice. I have filed a police report for stolen property against this company, you should do the same if you have experienced similar treatment.

I call the dept on a Friday and said I was 190 miles away and if I drove down on Monday could I get to view a Jeep Wrangle they had there. I was told that would be no problem I just had to check in when got there. I said that would be great and I would be there between 3 and 4pm on the Monday. I drove all the way there on the Monday to be told I count view the Jeep because there was an auction on. I explained I had called on the previous Friday and was told it wouldn't be a problem. The young lady at the front desk said she would ask a manager if there could be an exception made. He said no and wouldn't even get off his backside and come and see me. I drove all the way back so that was the best part of a 400 mile journey. I called the customer service off the next day who said they were sorry and couldn't understand why this had happened so They would investigate and get back to me. That was a week ago and still no call. Don't waste your time with this branch.

Shady, Slimy liars and thieves. My husband was in a head on collison and our car was totaled. Our insurance adjuster assured us that we would receive a call from Copart to get our verbal release before they took it from the tow company. My husband went the tow yard to get our things from the car before Copart showed up. The tow yard let us know that Copart had already taken our car and that they stated that they had our verbal consent. Lies. No one contacted us and they basically stole our vehicle. Our car was listed on their auction website before I even received payment from the insurance. Anything that was in our car was gone and despite reaching out to the manager several times, I've received no contact back. Copart stole our car and our things and I guess that's that. Avoid at all costs.

Anthony gave me a ridiculously low-ball off for my RV of $1600. Then I realized that the same company offered my insurance almost $5000. as per a copy of a quote ID on their letterhead. Anthony stated to me "unfortunately that is the max". This is a predatory business. You are better off selling on marketplace or donating to a more honest company.

You can call this facility everyday, for several days straight and no one will answer. You can even email the manager directly numerous times, and no reply. It's been 4 business weeks since I've received a title, still no title. Everyone was completely rude and mean when I had picked up my vehicle. No one had answers, Everyone already assumes I've been doing this for 113 years now and I should know exactly how their system works because people will for sure pick up the phone to give you those answers. Clearly I'm being sarcastic. This place sucks. Completely. Everyone at this facility doesn't even want to work. Typical poor business ethic. Poor leadership. Poor management.

Thought I’d save time by driving 10 minutes here vs mailing in my title. Left after realizing if I mailed in my title it’d probably get there before I was seen in line. Should’ve read prior reviews but no one was seen the entire time I sat there and my time kept jumping on when I’d get seen with zero confidence they’d actually get to me.

My car was totaled in an accident and taken to them. Once I was out of the hospital and finally able to get there to collect my personal belongings most of the items were “missing”. They accepted no responsibility and told me tough. Pretty terrible feeling to be kicked while you are down.

I bid and won a vehicle from this place. When I picked up the vehicle, there was marker writing on the driver door window that said, " fuel pump not working." That writing was not on the live auction pictures. Had I known the vehicle had a bad fuel pump, I would've never bid the amount I did. When I tried contacting them about it, they said they weren't going to do anything for me and that I should go preview vehicles before I bid on them. I don't always have the time to go preview them, and after reading some reviews on here, I know I'd run into a similar issue if I did go preview them. I'll be contacting better business bureau as I'm not the only one with issues with this place.

Very bad service. I will not get the title of the cars I bought unless I call them always. And the answer is rude. And they always do not send The title brand title Disclosure ( DR 2710 ) is required to the dmv ! . My question is: Is there a manager who checks and follows up? Waiting for the titles I bought two weeks ago. With Dr 2710 . The app saying the title ready to be mailed before 2 weeks ago. I hope this email is clear to everyone. And there is no delay in sending all the required From the Auction. Thank you

My car was towed here per insurance. When it was returned to me the tow was very nice and understanding. My plates were missing when it was returned but I called Copart and the staff was very friendly and nice. They found my plates and FedExd them to me. I received them a day later. No issues with staff and my car was returned to me in the condition it left.

This is the worse copart facility I have ever dealt with. I have been a copart member for only a short time now, however I have purchased multiple vehicles from several different locations. This location specifically, damaged the front end of my vehicle with their forklifts and are claiming that because my transporter left without claiming the damage there, that they are not responsible. How is my transporter supposed to know what damage is supposed to be there and what isn’t? Furthermore, what difference does it make if the transporter brings the vehicle to me when he has documented evidence that the facility caused the damage? I have emailed Cody teter multiple times and he doesn’t seem to care to help at all and has placed a hold on my account just because he can. I highly highly highly recommend you stay as far away from this facility as possible. Cody will be receiving a complaint as well as a complaint from the better business bureau. I hope $1,000 worth of damages was worth all this.

They WRECKED my Tesla!!! I recently bought a Tesla from their member auction and when the Tesla was delivered, It was Wrecked. Damages that were not on the vehicle at the time of sale. I hired COPART to deliver my vehicle and apparently they damage it in the process!! The bumper which is not cheap is also missing. The damages are for about $5,000+ and it's been 2 weeks to this date and they have ignored all my calls and emails. They keep telling me a manager named Cody will call me back but he hasn't. They claim no one else can help me but him! STAY AWAY from this business, I will be contacting local news channels to share the story and seeking legal advise to reach a resolution.

Signed up for online Que. It says 5 min wait, but it was over an hour and half. Terrible customer service, the front desk did not seem to care they lost our license plates. We had drove over 6 hours ONE WAY to pick up our vehicle and couldn’t take it home without the proper plates. When we checked on the vehicle, it was stored in a dusty dirty place. All the other super cars had tarps over them, ours did not and it had a broken window. The car was filthy. The gentleman trying to help find the plate was very nice, but the entire experience was AWFUL and obviously extremely time consuming. 12 hours of driving and 2 hours at the shop for nothing. They did not offer any kind of compensation for this giant inconvenience. But instead said they would have to start CHARGING for storage fees. We cant leave their facility until they find our plates.

Lol, their posted 'Mission' & 'Vision' statements are a joke and do not apply at all. Smh. Just awful & dishonest all around. Someone needs to put a muzzle on Jeanette, the loud mouthed white hair lady who sits 2 cubicles behind the front desk. Nobody wants to stand in the lobby & listen to her complain about them having to do their jobs after we've waited over an hour in line just to complete simple tasks. Also, please inform Jeanette that its absolutely a customer right to request ANY form that is to be signed at Copart, BE COMPLETELY & ACCURATELY FILLED OUT before a customer puts their legal signature on it. Considering especially the plethera of NEGATIVE reviews for this place that spans back years, theres NO REASON why anyone should trust these people. Do your due dilligence if youre gonna do business with these people, & do NOT hesitate to request transparency, thorough explanations on anything that seems unsure, & DO NOT sign any forms, including Power of Attorney forms for your insurance to handle the title in total loss claims, without first requesting the form be properly filled out by the title department. Thats what these ppl get paid to do off the value of all our assets. That is not the customer's responsibility. She's lucky I dont like to waste my time arguing with old people. Whomever was sitting in the back corner office that she was barking to, I feel sorry for you. Everyone, including the 'manager' who works the counter, all look stoned & incoherant. The people who move the cars in the lot disregard any care or respect at all for your property. Your vehicle will get damaged & your belongings will get ruined or stolen. Their service que they make you sign into online upon entering is redundant, the ETA on wait time never changes, & you WILL wait for 30 mins to an hour or more. Very miserable & bitter atmosphere behind the counter & its extremely apparent that none of these people care to do what they are being paid to do. Maybe if yall did good business & treated people right, you wouldnt have such a bad rep & dread your jobs. Overall, not the customer's problem, & we'll make whatever requests we are entitled to make at your counter.

Terrible customer service, especially Michael, I was the first in line and he decided to serve someone else, in general very bad service. I picked up 3 cars on 6/27/2022 and arrived at the office at 4:50 pm and was told that they were already closed, Copart closes at 5:00 pm
